Here is a post from stockjockee
I know he has been in PBLS a long time.
He doesn't sound to happy.

Here is the crucks of the problem.

All the longs I am sure told alot of people about this stock.
Friends, Family ,coworkers and such.
How "F"ing embarrassing man .............

The following is from PA's mouth to our ears.......

"jeesh" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"All of us at Phoenix believe we have a grossly undervalued stock. A few of our more highly qualified stockholders have analyzed our stock and collectively believe that our stock would be more fairly valued in the area of a dollar."

"As we continue to develop Phoenix by using cash, preferred stock and in some cases, common stock to facilitate this growth, your stock value should continue to rise."

"We believe that we have a plan that is both aggressive and attainable, and that will provide maximum returns to our shareholders and business partners."

"We add such qualified companies continually, as is necessary to grow as a holding company in a healthy and consistent way. This enables more positive cash flow, more effective realization of newly acquired companies’ sales and asset potential and the liberation of trapped corporate value."

"The results? Consistent growth in gross revenue, earnings per share (EPS) and shareholder value time and again."

" By maximizing the operation’s growth and profitability near-term, and growing via regional mining contracts long-term, the foundation is in place for a huge upside."

"I believe that we are on an exciting and highly rewarding journey. And, together, Phoenix and our shareholders are a winning team."

" We are working hard to fulfill our promise of creating a strong, profitable, multi-faceted company with short and long-term value."

"We think this is a "small price" to pay for relieving the heavy short selling pressure on our stock."

"Stockholder interference during this time frame is ridiculous and works against all of our interests. Phoenix will remain in a quiet period."

"We at Phoenix hope our supporters are enjoying our philosophy of growth, 'to buy, buy, buy and then to buy some more.' All indications are that this growth strategy is working well for us and we look for a bright future for Phoenix and all our shareholders."

P.S. There is alot more ..........................

And now look at us down 73% since the buyback was
announced.

PA give us some more Rhetoric....................

Please may I have another........
Please may I have another..............
Please may I have another..................

and another..........................................

Dont know about you boys but I am getting spanked !

Thanks PA !!!!!!!!!
