Looks squeaky clean to me.
Their trade payables decreased, and current portion notes went way down, which were mostly refinanced by an unsecured, no-interest convertible note maturing 2021.
They did convert $33K of notes to 2M common shares, at less than $0.02 per share. But dilution prospects improved otherwise, IMO.
A lot to like here, especially considering there are few good publicly traded blockchain/crypto-currency stocks.
They also have partnerships with solid companies - ANX and NetCents.

I simply don't agree

RMRK --> The Crypto Company failed merger?
Is this what happened?
1 - March 27 - Crypto agrees to acquire Rimrock, and settle Rimrock's debts, up to $300K
2 - March 27 - June 7 - Crypto advances $107K to Rimrock for debt payment
3 - June 7 - Crypto instead chooses to reverse merge with Croe, and acquires 100% of their outstanding shares for $404K
I'm wondering: why would "The Crypto Company" need two publicly traded shells. It now has Croe - has it abandoned its planned RMRK reverse merger?
Curious on opinions - evaluating and I may/may not initiate a position next week.
Thanks in advance
No current position in RMRK
make that 99%! Cheers, Fred!
I'm 95% confident they will file on time. They have for years.

Emailed their support line about Ethereum, they responded within minutes. They are considering (per below).

Another missed deadline!
Frustrating, but ticker change will happen - just on their own schedule.
The company is opaque, and sets timelines for itself that it doesn't live up to. They go at their own pace.
I sold half my shares in August at an avg. of .045 - I don't regret it.
Could have done better but it takes some of the risk out.
Still Long DOLV!

Troptions are not very liquid.
Another company I invested in owned a cryptocurrency, but it also has very little volume. It's a valid concern.
Not sure what to make of this company yet... I have no position in it but may research it and consider taking a position.

Ticker change expected 'real soon', per Richard Oravec
at least that's per Grambo4's phone call - heresay, but for what it's worth, RO has been known to chat with investors, and this board has gotten a lot of verified info that way...
full disclosure - i may trim a minority of my holdings over next 20-40 weeks...

Volatile, upwards trend.
The DD has been on point all along - clearly the company is making progress.
Good luck!

It tells me:
1. Management is active in expanding their offerings on the site.
2. They're active in gaining market share/marketing themselves.
3. They have a competitive platform - a 3rd party chose them for their initial coin offering?
4. They may generate some revenues.
Blockchain is a very young space, and there a number of cryptocurrencies out there (BitCoin, Ethereum, etc.). If they are able to make small revenues on high quantity transactions, they may do very well.
In my opinion, a company like this has the potential to profit from the surge in general interest in cryptocurrencies. How many other public crypto-exchanges are there out there?

DIGATRADE (DIGAF): UPCOMING INITIAL COIN OFFERING (ICO)
Nothing except for:
-Past/current financials
-Employee share offering
-More acquisitions
-Ticker change indication
-54M shares returning to treasury (lawsuit)
-Additional paid-in-capital
They've pretty much done it all. Let's see that ticker change happen / PR / Q2 financials.

Still long UOIP - potential here is big
1. IPOs and Secondary Offerings are both sold through the primary market (through underwriting banks' brokers).
Trading between investors takes place in the secondary market. If they sold equity, it would not be an IPO, it would be a secondary offering.
2. There are a number of reasons not to reverse split. Including trading limitations on newly issues shares. It would hurt the company's liquidity.
It also wouldn't change anyone's proportional equity in the company. Unless certain shares had anti-dilutive clauses, and I haven't found any such clauses.
Usually, following a Reverse-split, share price increases proportionally. In my humble opinion, it will not happen.
GLTY!
Long DOLV
If DOLV did an offering, it would be a secondary public offering, not an IPO (Initial Public Offering). The company is already public.
It would decrease current shareholders' % equity. However, if they increase the shares only a small amount, and receive a ton of money, it can benefit shareholders.
It only dilutes current shareholders if they increase OS to the detriment of the current shares' value.
All depends on how much the offering raises, and what % of the company they sell (by increasing OS).
E.g. if they increase the OS 10%, and receive $1 Billion, it implies the company is worth $10 Billion, before receiving the $1B offering proceeds. $11B after.
if the company has liquidity issues, and raises cash, it can improve the company's valuation overall and benefit everyone. Or if the cash goes towards accretive Capital Expenditures/future investment, that also benefits current shareholders.
In short: the offering proceeds go to the company, but it can boost share price.
