What do you mean by calling my post "wrong"?
Exactly what is the "wrong" part?
Does my post NAVE TO BE wrong so that you can be right?
Another name for Convertible Debenture is "Death Spiral Financing".
That is such common knowledge in penny stocks as to be unarguable.
CDs have killed more companies than the beach has grains of sand.
So what if Nike used CDs? That is a mega-cap stock and not even remotely comparable to this one.
Down over 22% today. OUCH!
This stock is rapidly becoming a nightmare for me.
Let's see if they "paint the tape" at the close again, like they did yesterday.
"Isodiol arranges $25-million debenture financing "
Another name for that is "Death Spiral Financing".
The CD holder can now short the stock to get a better conversion price. Great! (NOT)
Thanks for that post. And I agree.
I had a limit order in to buy at .24 and they filled me at .2329
That rarely happens and I do, very much, appreciate the market's generosity.
I just hope that for once in my life I have nailed the bottom.
Good Luck to All Longs.
10Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2017 is out...
http://ir.ltbridge.com/secfiling.cfm?filingid=1477932-17-3743&CIK=1084554
So no one can answer my simple question?
Well, maybe it didn't actually happen after all.
As they say, "No news is good news".
So this stock is overflowing with Good News, LOL.
Now we're bumping up against the 200-day Moving Average.
And well above the 50-day MA
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=DECN&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p04868622418
And almost 4 times the 30-day Average Volume of 226k
This stock is up over 30% today.
Does anyone know why?
"All this company does is use shareholders for its own profit."
So how did they use shareholders to beat J&J in the previous patent suit?
Personally, I don't feel used one bit.
Golden Cross happening today...
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=LAGBF&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p26656111534
I see 60 cents coming soon in my crystal ball.
Short squeeze coming.
Looks like the 50MA is about to cross above the 200MA
...maybe as soon as tomorrow or Wednesday.
That is called a Golden Cross and is a Bullish sign.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=LAGBF&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p79002262446
Did anyone notice we set a new 52-week high today?
Now at .3707
Thanks for that useful link.
I noticed the line "Issued & Outstanding: 95,188,964
I know this stock trades on three exchanges; Canadian, US and German.
Would you happen to know if the 95M figure is for ALL shares or just the Canadian shares? Or are they all the same shares with different symbols?
OTCMarkets.com shows the following:
Outstanding Shares 20,359,226 a/o Mar 11, 2016
So, What is the true share count?
Whatever it is I own 4500 of it as of Thursday and I'm up 16.6%
Good Luck.
"...hemp is legal now in 29 states..."
So what? You ask...
Federal law supersedes state laws in every case.
If you were an American you would already know that MJ is on the list of dangerous drugs WHICH ARE ILLEGAL at the Federal level. Just because the law is not being enforced does not mean it is legal.
I'm not going to try to explain the facts any further because that would just confuse you.
Good Luck.
"...USDA is turning it's head in favor of hemp."
Let's hope Mike Pence and Jeff Sessions don't get wind of this.
Those two don't know, or care to know, the difference between cannabis and hemp.
Very Nice Move !!
I just bought in yesterday and my position is already UP 16.6%
I can hardly wait until Monday.
Isodiol seems to be focusing in the CBD market exclusively.
Your post reads like you are recommending that they get into the Recreational market with edibles.
Personally, I think that is a bad idea. The recreational market is the part that will be under scrutiny, and possibly attack, by The Feds. Whereas the medical market is going to be protected from attack. It already is.
For sure, some of Isodiol CBD products will be "edibles" in the same way that regular pharmaceuticals come in different physical form.
But what is generally referred to as "edibles" is a big part of the Cannabis Recreational market, NOT the medical market.
Being Medical-ONLY gives Isodiol a huge advantage, in my opinion.
Maybe good news?
Powerful Senate Committee Ties Jeff Sessions's Hands on Medical Marijuana
http://www.drugpolicy.org/news/2017/07/powerful-senate-committee-ties-jeff-sessionss-hands-medical-marijuana
Been watching this for a few weeks and decided to jump onboard today with a small position.
Usually what happens when I first buy a new penny stock is that it goes down immediately.
Well, I bought at .293 an hour ago and guess what happened.
Sorry about that...
"...cashing out..." - Today's volume is 243,534 shares
10-Day Average Volume is 393,057
Obviously, very lite volume. I don't see any "cashing out" going on.
Obviously, you've already made up your mind based on your stated anti-drug bias.
So any facts to the contrary will only confuse you.
So why are you posting on this forum?
Are you playing this on the short side?
This stock requires more patience than others.
I have flipped this for a modest profit three times since September. And now I am looking for a re-entry. My highest previous buy in was at $1.90 per share. And my cheapest was $1.16, and it is now back at that low price over the last few days.
This stock seems to continuously cycle suddenly from low to high on news and then drift lower over a longer period, perhaps based on buyer's failed expectations. So it is a good trend trading stock if one has the patience to stick with it, and buy it right.
Today, I am waiting for a deposit to clear before I can buy back in. For sure, I would like to see it a little bit cheaper over the next few days. But I am certainly not going to bash it to see that happen. Given the upside potential I think it is cheap now. And so far I've made nothing but profit here. I love Lightbridge (the stock).
Good Luck to All Longs. Hope to join you soon.
Zeynoc, I agree completely.
I have plenty of shares now. But I would definitely buy more if it goes below .07 which would further average down my cost basis. My break-even right now is about .0883 so I have already seen green in the last 2 weeks.
I believe strongly that .30 is right around the corner. A lot of issues will be resolved before the year ends. Then it moves above $1 and stays there. Never look back...
It is just a matter of time before it takes off. It is now a three-level play.
1) A good quality product that is gaining market share as it under prices the competition
2) A candidate for a friendly takeover or buy-out
3) A strong patent litigation play against the very culprit that sought to destroy it. And a possibility of similar suits against other major competitors.
This just keeps getting better and better.
Good Luck.
Quite a fall here.
Anyone know what happened?
Big buys coming in at .0094 and above
Average 30-day volume is 238,358
At 2.5+ hours into the session we are already at 459,294 and more to come.
Obviously, the cheapie shares are gone for now.
A little higher PPS and we should see some short covering which should push it even higher. Followed by a torrent of buying as the shorts panic. And if there is more good news? WOW!
According to the chart this run started last Thursday when it traded above the upper Bollinger Band but could not hold. Friday and today it is trading well above the UBB.
Based upon my experience of trading penny stocks since 1972, a stock usually trades above the Bollinger Band for no more that 4 or 5 consecutive days before it corrects back to the mean average. So this run may stall about Thursday (my guess).
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=DECN&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p22578787097
Based on the angle of ascent I think this can reach .25 before it corrects. For some time there has been a tremendous amount of suppression (downside pressure) on the stock, call it bashing. Now that pressure is coming off. (no more bashing posts during run). When you start to see the bashing that is likely when the shorts are putting on positions. That may cap the upside, UNLESS there is more good news.
This stock is like a rubber band pulled tight in one direction. And it is going to snap back and overshoot and oscillate, and then re-align to the mean average which will be higher than a week ago. This is what the Bollinger Bands are indicating.
A week ago, someone posted that "...no one can trade this on technicals...". That is "no one" among 8.5 billion human beings. Well, trading on technicals is exactly what I am doing. So I guess I am just "no one". NO ONE with a nice little profit since Thursday, and growing by the hour.
IMO this is a Breakout situation and if you are long then hold for much higher prices.
Good Luck To All Longs,
"...what kind of buyout price are we looking at?? ..."
True Story: Early last spring I had a recurring dream about this very thing. I had this dream about 10 times in a month. It was about, either a hostile takeover, or else a buyout. The Target Price was $7. Always $7.
Shortly thereafter I had the opportunity to speak to Mr Berman about those pesky unregistered dividend shares that I still own. We chatted for a while about the future of the company and I happened to mention my dream sequences. He was skeptical of a hostile takeover and actually said it couldn't happen. He said absolutely nothing about a potential buyout or the price.
This was nothing more that a conversation that I had about a recursing dream. And I am not imparting any advise here. Posting this is definitely NOT a recommendation to buy or sell.
However, throughout my life I have experienced more than just a few similar psychic dreams that came true. So I have to be open minded about this even though I don't fully understand it.
Anyway, to answer your question, The buyout price is $7.
I have been a shareholder since 2004 so I am prepared to wait a while longer.
Good Luck to All Longs.
Stock closed UP 185% on the day on very low vol.
What News?
The company just registered more shares to sell on Friday.
It "...means nothing..." to YOU.
However, It is extremely important to this company and the investment therein.
But of course, you only see what you want to see.
So, Good Luck with your approach.
Lightbridge has competition.
Westinghouse launches radical new fuel
As part of an international Accident-Tolerant Fuel (ATF) program sponsored by the US Department of Energy (DOE), Westinghouse has launched its EnCore Fuel. It plans to manufacture the first EnCore Fuel test rods in 2018, with lead test assembly insertion of these starting in 2019, with Exelon’s Byron power plant being mentioned in media. The initial EnCore fuel comprises high-density uranium silicide pellets inside zirconium cladding with a thin coating of chromium making it more robust chemically. In the second phase, the uranium silicide fuel pellets will be in silicon carbide cladding with melting point of 2800°C, and these test assemblies could be loaded in a reactor by 2022. The EnCore ATF fuel development has been supported by DOE and partners including General Atomics, several DOE national laboratories, Southern Nuclear Operating Co. and Exelon.
As part of the same international ATF program, Areva is developing fuel also with a chromium-coated zirconium alloy cladding, but combined with chromia-doped fuel pellets. GE Hitachi is developing a ferritic/martensitic steel alloy cladding (eg Fe-Cr-Al) for conventional UO2 fuel.

I know very well what happened to this company.
And I know who did it in. I know their handles but I don't know their real names, lucky for them.
YOU only see what you want to see. That makes you delusional and your comments self-serving.
RDXM did not die of natural causes - it was murdered by certain individuals who were posting on this forum. PERIOD.
.
You really "screwed the pooch" on this one.
How many other companies have you helped kill off?

Denison Mines runs the spot market for uranium.
So, I would assume they also have some control over the Futures market.
I managed to make some money here for several years with several flips. I became very nervous when they started diluting. I sold out my DNN months ago when it spiked above .70
I bought LightBridge (LTBR). They have a new world-wide patented design for nuclear fuel rods that are supposed to generate 30% more energy, burn cooler, longer and cleaner. The product is far safer than the current design of fuel rods. And the reactor can run much longer before it has to be re-fueled. That generates more profit and is Extremely beneficial to the energy producers. This is Disruptive Technology and it is just about to arrive.
The reason I mention this here is because, the long-term prognosis for uranium yellow cake is flat to down. I believe there is going to be a major shakeout among uranium mining companies. And I think Denison Mines is vulnerable because of their debt and stock structure. Whereas the future for Nuclear Energy production is looking much better, because of companies like LightBridge. Do some Due Diligence on LTBR and I think you will get excited.
Good Luck.
They are selling shares to buy oil and gas leases.
That seems to be rather odd behavior for a mineral and mining company.
As long as they continue in this direction, I believe, the PPS will continue to drop.
Question is Where is the bottom?
StockSleuth, Just curious...
How big is your short position?
Good Luck.
