Exactly what is the "wrong" part?

Does my post NAVE TO BE wrong so that you can be right?

Another name for Convertible Debenture is "Death Spiral Financing".

That is such common knowledge in penny stocks as to be unarguable.

CDs have killed more companies than the beach has grains of sand.

So what if Nike used CDs? That is a mega-cap stock and not even remotely comparable to this one.
