I noticed the line "Issued & Outstanding: 95,188,964

I know this stock trades on three exchanges; Canadian, US and German.

Would you happen to know if the 95M figure is for ALL shares or just the Canadian shares? Or are they all the same shares with different symbols?

OTCMarkets.com shows the following:

Outstanding Shares 20,359,226 a/o Mar 11, 2016

So, What is the true share count?

Whatever it is I own 4500 of it as of Thursday and I'm up 16.6%
