Exactly my point. Why in the world pick ANYBODY controversial?
BTW, I would have bet Rush Limbaugh was either dead or retired 15 years ago
Agree 1000%
Or how about Megan rapinoe, Collin kapernick, or maybe Ted nugent?
What about the head of the NRA, KKK, or Planned parenthood?
Why pick ANYBODY divisive?
More brands have succeeded without rush Limbaugh or Howard stern than have
Not with the board on this idea
Even Richard Sherman is a bit controversial (maybe too much)
Nice week. Email blast about local distribution in most major northeastern cities was a welcome sight
National footprint developing for award winning ice cream with big celebs behind it
Looking forward to a fun 2nd half of the year here!
All my opinion!
Fantastic stuff!! Thanks for the great detail
I don’t have the eTrade app, but from what you’ve described, nothing in there that would really surprise me
Including a float of 100,000,000 shares. I believe I predicted that in one of my posts a week or two back
Thanks again!!
Not surprised and wouldn’t doubt it. Can you post or provide link? Would love to have a look!!
great post....very thorough. I agree the most important thing is:
Growth in customers
Growth in distribution points
growth in pints sold (aka revenue)
Profitability in a company during YEAR 1? Not nearly as important as the other stuff, as long as margins are OK...with good margins, growth will bring profits
does anybody out there know what that change in derivative liability expense is or means?
seems like that's the lions share of the expenses...
I looked it up and couldn't understand much of what google was trying to tell me
hahaha
Told you so...the ice cream is real!
Told you so...its already in 3 major supermarket chains
Told you so...more major supermarket chains CONFIRMED
Told you so...algorithm trading is a great way to lose alot of money
Told you so...profit in a startup??? is that your criteria? Well, not surprising since you insisted the ice cream was fake, and then that the 7th highest revenue supermarket chain in the country was assisting management in a "penny stock scam", despite the fact that the CEO voluntarily locked up his shares through February.
Told you so...Profit may or may not happen this year (although management says it will). I'm focused on growth of revenue, customer base, and distribution.
If you wait for profit, many people on this board will line up to say: I TOLD YOU SO
Serious question for you TUS, in 2 parts:
1. with your intellect, how much revenue do you think they need to get to to reach profitability
2. Now, assume they got to that revenue, what do you think the market cap would be?
If I know you, you won't engage in any real discussion. you'll just wait for the next day it trades down 0.000003% and post some negative something or whatever.
But, if you were willing to, for once, engage in an actual discussion (without telling sorry tales of past times you got scammed), what would your answers to the previous two questions be?
I know you think it's a scam and the CEO is a felon for some reason, who has now dragged into this "ruse" of a comany about a dozen professional athletes, a heart-throb world famous pop star, and some of the brightest and smartest minds in the field of sleep and consumer goods history. Oh, and don't forget high level executives from FOUR of the top fifty grocery chains in America....but just play along with the hypothetical question posed
I told you so...
NGTF up again! 3rd time this week out of 4 days. CEO doing a great job this week.
However, last week, CEO did a bad job...4 red days out of five. Prior week also, a slacking CEO. But the week before that? CEO was on fire!
Of course, this sarcasm.
The upside of a stock or the job a CEO is doing is not measured in each tick. I told you so, this looks like a great company and brand. I told you so that it may or may not succeed, but silly postings questioning the upside of a company or the job the CEO is doing based on one day of trading is lame.
Stock may go up or down tomorrow. Doesn't say anything about where we will be in 2020 (which I think is in very good shape).
Some people who think the ice cream is fake, and who judge a company on each tick, their comments can be laughed off and easily dismissed.
I think most here think we're seeing the start of something great.
I told you so!
They announced a few weeks ago they landed another major chain that will be adding product in early September. They said 250 stores and 7 of the 8 flavors
Obviously not Walmart (unless I guess could be a Walmart region theoretically?)
But a good sign of things to come in my opinion
That other guy didn’t tell you so? He thinks the ice cream is fake and the stock is going to $.00355 by December
Is that even mathematically possible?
Fear not, all questions will be proven in due time
And when Nightfood is in supermarkets across the country he will day he told us so
new policy is you must provide links to prove all questions
like, if a poster says, Hey, you think this is a good investment?
the appropriate response is "PROVE IT!!!"
if the poster can't prove their question, they they will be reported to the mods.
Of course, I can tell that the only real questions are if sales and distribution are growing as rapidly as management expects.
Obviously consumers everywhere are posting pictures of product in stores, so that question has already been proven!
reviews are generally awesome, so that question has also been proven
seems the company has been proving many questions recently so I am optimistic.
Prove it!!!
all my opinion
I told you so!!!
I told you so....
there are posters that don't seem to do proper DD before posting and end up posting things that others might be embarrassed by.
We've all seen enough proof to know that the ice cream is real, yet one poster insisted it was not...that management hired a team of actors to "make believe" they were producing ice cream.
Accusing hard working professionals like Nightfood management of illegally fraudulent behaviour should not be taken lightly.
This is obviously a legit company making real moves. Those with an agenda or ulterior motive can keep posting whatever they want, it seems, but there's enough proof to know better....like screenshots taken of a hopelessly broken algorithim that predicted a close today of $.21, and it closed at .48.
I don't know how, but some have no shame
Don't say I didn't tell you so, because obviously, I TOLD YOU SO!!!
hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa
I told you so!!!!
Algorithms are for those who think the ice cream is fake and that billion dollar supermarkets are participating in some kind of fraud.
Nightfood is a real product, on real shelves, in real supermarkets.
I guess people who believe the earth is flat and the ice cream is fake have a place in this world.
please invest based on what the algo tells you.
hahahahaaaa
Nestle outbid by Nightfood again? Maybe the big guys need to start scaling their nickels together
Hahahaaa
Or, maybe Nightfood is earning each and every award and accolade because they are on to something big??
$347 million for halotop in their 4th or 5th year according to CNBC article
Don’t think the big guys won’t be watching and come swoop this up if traction is shown
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/11/01/halo-top-beat-ben--jerrys-brings-in-hundreds-of-millions-in-sales.html
Good find
It will be at least one or two quarters before we pass Ben and Jerry
halo top got to $350 million or so like 3 years into their launch according to one article I read
Anybody who has tried both Nightfood and halo top has to be encouraged by that growth and the fact that NGTF is so far superior
I don’t know what Ben and jerry sells annually but, again, I’d imagine that if Nightfood gets to a tenth of those halo top sales at some point soon, it will be a happy day
6 months in I don’t think we should expect to outsell ben and jerry in a gas station or mini mart
More awards always a good thing!!
If sales are growing and points of distribution are being added, that’s what matters
Holy cow, if NGTF was outselling Ben and Terry at a gas station in Connecticut, that would be a real “scoop”
Anybody with shares probably makes a fortune if Nightfood can even approach 1/10 of Ben and jerry sales within next 12 months
All my opinion
Best news all weekend!
Nightfood is a miracle product. Halo top tastes nasty. Nightfood was able to make a product that tastes a million times better, but is also healthier
Everybody investing or commenting on this investment should try the product first
Look at the team they built:
Founder of 5-Hour Energy
Vp of marketing from chobani heyday
The sleep doctor from the Today show
A number of BIG TIME pro athletes
And former Unilever exec to head up the ice cream launch
All that, plus a great product....big opportunity. Halo top sucks and had 2 billion valuation after a couple of years in stores
Nightfood trading at valuation of under $30 million on cusp of coast to coast distribution.
I like it a lot
All my opinion
Makes no sense. Why didn’t they drive it to trips a year ago then?
There’s no comparison. Any halo top customer they can get to try Nightfood will never go back
The same lender has been with them over a year and a half
No reason to think they would blow it up now that they’re rolling into distribution nationwide
Can you explain why you think the lender would strategically decide to do that now, with huge distribution announcements every couple of weeks?
You told me so!
Good point!! Only a fool would be short (or even bearish) on this stock
But, we’ve seen some very foolish posts from people trying to “tell us so” like that the ice cream was fake
Haha haha
Obviously the ice cream is fake as the poster doesn’t even try to put that nonsense out there anymore. He’s on to new nonsense
Obviously the ice cream is real and rolling across the country. Some people never admit when they’re wrong, just move on to the next complaint. Company could be doing $3 million in revenue in q4 and he will be “telling us so” that it wouldn’t do $3.5m
Hahahhaaaaaaaa
All my opinion. Good luck to most
When people buy at the ask it just means they are paying “list price” at that moment in time. They will do this if they think a stick will go up and they want to get their shares now
If you think a stock is going to $3, what difference does it make it you pay $.44 or $.45
Alternatively you can put out a bid that is lower than “list price” and either:
1. Get the stock a penny or so cheaper, or
2. Not get any if it moves up on you quickly
This stock has been prone to large swings, both up and down
I’m not a trader so I won’t pretend to be able to give strategic advice. But I love this company
Try their ice cream. Compare it to halo top which went to a $2 billion valuation in a couple of years...look how fast they are expanding. Then, make your own decision
All my opinion and good luck to you, whatever you decide!!
Watching the share structure change is like watching paint dry.
Changes have been slow and small
Might as well watch paint dry
Told you so!!!
Told you so! More distribution coming soon? Let’s find out!
Told you so!
Can’t wait!
Only a couple million shares issued and more than halfway through 2019 and a national rollout.
Told you so!
Amazing job by mgmt
Told you so!
All my opinion
NGTF is rolling out nationally and winning awards. The number of authorized shares is 100% irrelevant.
The company has issued only a few million shares so far in 2019, and they are on the verge of national distribution and profitability according to management ( which is under 100% lock up)
Some posters insisted the ice cream was fake and the employees were hired actors when management put out a video of their first production run
That same poster also insisted that this was a “scam” and that somehow a multi billion dollar supermarket chain like Meijer was in on the scam
Some people are scared of their own shadow. They complain when a stock goes up on high volume, up on low volume, down on high volume, down on low volume
Do your research, try the ice cream. Make your decision.
The company may succeed or fail, but this is not a “share-selling scam” as somebody else may have told you so don’t listen to certain people that have questionable credibility on the legitimacy of any company
try some halo top if you get a chance. it will change your perspective entirely when you see how fast they went to a 2 billion valuation a couple of years ago and Nightfood is much better
Wait is that right. Ben and jerry has 82 grams of sugar and Nightfood is 24??
That’s crazy
loved the mint chip, and I didn't used to like mint ice cream!
cherry eclipse also great. Bed and Breakfast was awesome!
I thought they were all quite good.
it's one thing to compare to Ben & Jerry, but something else to compare to halo top, which is what I believe is the more useful comparison. Honestly, not even close. Nightfood blows away halo top. And, reading up on what halo top was able to accomlish in just a few years has me thinking Nightfood can really change the game
have you ever tried halo top?
clicked through on your mom's meet link. it's comments like this from real moms that give me so much confidence:
You have to be strategic
Unlike one person on this board, I don’t believe insiders are selling. I don’t believe it’s a “ruse” as he insists
I do believe the ice cream is real. I’ve had it. Delicious
So, I disagree with his arguments
Lots of distribution info in that video.
Share count has barely moved in 5 months
I don’t know who would be selling with so much going on. Seems silly
