I hope I'm right, too! What impresses me here is that the company, although pink and, as yet, non reporting, has followed through on every promise. There is a transparency to them. We may have just stumbled on that one in a thousand where a very large, successful private multinational company decides to merge into a small American public vessel. The folks at the top have a vision of this thing being "worth" that effort and we could share the spoils of being in the right vessel at the right time. Heck, I was happy with the reurns I was seeing from Ammerman and his loft projects! The fifty bagger may just be a giant surprise. GLTUA
JimBabe, Who's the picture of in your posts?
I know what to make of it... $$$$$
Thanks to rruff in January/ February on this gem which I have accumulated since .0175. Just when you think the news can't get better... it gets better. Huge Arab money will begin chasing tomorrow. I believe this has the legs for a 10 Bagger and maybe more, much more. Excellent DD on the SLJB board.
I had a conversation with a broker friend a week or so ago. I asked him if a huge naked short could really exist on this company and what, exactly are the "mechanics" for MM's getting out of this jam, if they are indeed in one.
He gave me what sounded like a pretty pat answer from Wall Street types that a huge naked short really doesn't exist in these circumstances and the MM's just try to make a market. Although I'm going to be rich soon with this crazy company, I'm still enough of a novice investor to remain puzzled. Where are these volumes of shares coming from day after day. Traders? Insiders? Why? What will Wassal be buying today and tomorrow, real shares or more of the phantom shares?
Any help appreciated.
I painted the tape last week at the request of some poster here for .028.
Looking to thank that son-of-a-gun right about now
No kidding. I'll have a million reasons to thank ole "rruff" soon...
Boy, RedSea Group came out of nowhere for LFWK last week and now they're consulting on strategic agenda. Just the tip of the iceburg folks.
Let's cut him some slack, Corvette. That is, assuming he quits posting in all caps! It's a legitimate question he has. I asked Scottrade the same question a few months ago and got the most convaluted, obfuscated answer ever. Three people later in that conversation, I had still not spoken to anyone who said, "We do trades through market makers, who, if for any reason fail to deliver real stock to back up your purchase, we will honor the integrity of your account." Now I would have accepted any answer even near that statement. Didn't get it. I'll have to rely on the honesty and reputation of Scottrade when the s*** hits the fan later this week. Oh yeah, there's some SEC rules and regulations about this also. And we ALL know how meticulous the SEC is about enforcing their rules and laws, eh?
I'm not especially happy with Gottabetter's strange bedfellows. Could they be returning a favor during this wait... you bet! But there's so much to this CCM/Sulja/Kore/Red Sea/Vista iceburg we just can't quite see as yet. Everything will come into focus very shortly. I feel very good here and so do my 1,145,000 shares
Just because Gotbetter has some sleazy clients doesn't mean you can paint the entire law firm with their brush. I have not one reason to believe Petar got involved with LFWK to do some convoluted death spiral/ PIPE financing. It just doesn't make sense. The firm obviously has the credentials to complete the fairly sophisticated reverse-mergers that CCM has in mind.
I'm still fascinated by the inclusion of Red Sea Group. What's that all about? I keep getting a warm and fuzzy that we have locked into the Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Costco "at the beginning" that I missed out on. Long and extremely patient.
I believe, over time, this is going to be a HUGE winner for us. However, today, we have a building supply company with two outlets and a loft conversion company with several current open projects and a bunch of completed projects. Just these are worth well more than the goofy 3 cent pps. It is going to take the CCM merger to really blow this thing to a buck and I don't know if the midwest division alone will do that. As has been said over and over... we need to see the financials.
But it seems that Petar has much, much bigger plans for this shell and that may be the entire CCM company, KORE, Vista, etc. I don't see Red Sea as a merger right now, but rather, a synergistic partner for IR and who knows what in the future. They appear to be well connected in the Middle East.
Long story longer, our timeframes need to be much longer than an average penny play. I truly believe we have stumbled across a monster at birth. Is this the Microsoft or Costco I missed so many years ago? One thing for sure, I'm going to darn well stick around to find out! One million strong and holding until my beard hits my feet.
10 Bagger- Seems like you have begun to take this seriously. You are so sure poor Going Up has frittered away his money, when he may just be following your acronymic advice:
"Follow One Course Until Success"
What if all we long idiots just happen to be correct in our course? Success?
We're all pissed the company doesn't do things the way we would like. Take financials, most companies issue them before they are bought out for 10 times pps. This one doesn't. Accept the risk or sell. This one's been a dice roll for a long time.
I was so pissed I added more today.
Hey, we may all be happy for Bobwins tip on this dawg. He was smart enough to get out early but some of us idiots may just get the last laugh. Time will tell.
I don't believe Kore/ Sulja/ Consultech are happy about the delay any more than we are. This isn't a stall for manuevering room. These folks are square up and are caught in the paper bind where details are important. Some on this thread magnify the smallest hiccup into a heart attack. Consultech's Madison Avenue law firm was chosen because they share the same philosophy- do it by the book.
Petar has a much longer time frame for success than the momo players and trader monkies that inhabit this vine. And before you deluge me with trader success stories... give it a rest. I'm speaking to the investors here. The ones who will put kids through college on LFWK. Who will put up down payments for grandchildrens' homes. That is the reward for long players here. We've stumbled onto that one in a thousand pinkie with the mindset and the wherewithall to do it right.
Keep the faith, we're very close to the brass ring here....
This could be the most money I've ever made on a company that wasn't "real." Or it could be the scam oft mentioned here innumerable times.
Still way too early to gloat one way or the other.
My guess for Monday is $.92
I'm not spending any of the dough until it's been in my account for about a month! If this miracle really happens, I'm sorry that Bobwins missed it as he was the one that brought this ulcer producer to my attention last year. GLTUA.
Powr, Consultech has 400 million reasons to merge into LFWK. The 200 million shares they got at the start and the 200 million left in the balance of the original 500 million. Oh yeah, and there "may" be a short position from which to capture some upside. That would get my attention.
All they have to do is execute their business plan and those 400M will become huge. I think they are getting a nice, clean public company for cheap. And there's some nice symmetry in the base that Dennis has built.
I remember the conspiracy theory that went around decades back about how the entire lunar space landing was filmed on a remote, secure movie set somewhere in Nevada. It was amusing to wonder if, while watching this momentous event unfold on our tv screens, some stagehand ripped through the green screen backgound with a ladder leg!
Is Dial and Company really bright enough to pull off this level of scam? I'm long and I'll hold until the bitter/ sweet end. But Bobwins warned us long ago that he had lost faith in what he was hearing from Mr. Dial. No one likes an "I told You So," but my ulcer and I sure wish I had bailed with him.
The bears on this board have sway... with good reason! July will come and go with no financials, merger or share distribution... unfortunately.
Jim Dial's fax number, please?
What is Jim Dials fax number?
What is Jim Boys fax number?
allmanchase has 35000 shares at Scottrade.
It ain't my retirement fund, Zan. Just investment dough hoping to grow.
Sounds like my kind of stock. Low float exploder on knock-out news. Thanks again.
It sure knocked the wind out of the PPS! Thanks for the update. Looks promising...
Zanatos, what happened at the end of January to Conforce?
Let them have the board, King. Trying to defend Dial is a thankless task. Good, honest people have visited, sized him up and reported back with the best of their impressions. This company hasn't backed up one solitary thing they've stated. This is either by plan or by complete and utter disregard for the way a public company should be run.
I'm still in for a penny or a pound, as is Lentinman. The board has moved from public forum to the fields of Gettysburg. Just save yourself the ulcer and pray along with us few faithful.
For the life of me, I can't see why anyone would want to moderate this board. And I hold a crap load of shares, don't trust Dial, am sick of the delays and obfuscation, yet hold that slim shard of hope reflected in King Strongus' proclamation. What a predicament.
I don't feel as though I was "pumped and dumped" into this stock. I did my DD, weighed the risk/ reward and invested some hard earned dough. A lot of what we have heard is very positive. A lot of what we've seen, especially from Mr. Dial, is negative. He really doesn't seem to know/ care what he's doing in running a public company.
However, like Lentiman, I'm in for a penny or a pound, all the way to the end. I neither "like" nor "dislike" your viewpoints. They are your opinion and you are entitled to share them. I hope we can all continue to express ourselves through this public forum... to the end, whatever that may be. Right now, I still hold a shard of hope that Lyamec can pressure this deal into a profit for the shareholders.
All Dial has to do is publish some freaking audited financials, release the dividend shares and this thing will blast off. It just seems like we keep re-inventing the wheel here.
It just keeps getting better, doesn't it? Wouldn't be surprised at all to see Consultech merge their entire worldwide organization into this vehicle. Loftwerks will be a nice division, Sulja a division. I have a recurring dream and I keep seeing Fluor's HQ building in Aliso Viejo and wondering.... "Is THAT where we're going?"
If a reverse split happens, it will be the final piece of the puzzle. Audited financials, Consultech merger completed, dozens of projects underway. These folks aren't stupid. Quite the opposite. They have a very sophisticated plan and they aren't rushing or making any mistakes.
NNLX- Thank you 2morrowsGains for this one. In at .26 on 5/4/06 and loving it! Looking for a H car now.
But do these "insiders" really have enough shares to cover this seemingly huge (and growing) short position? If not, where do the shares come from?
This is CRAZY! There seems to be lots of people on these boards with a million or more shares of this company. Where are these rodents going to come up with this amount of shares when Petar changes the exchange? Will there be enough flippers to cover their collective arses, or will the company have to release some of the 200 million remaining shares? Any help appreciated.
Still hoping and praying.... Dial will start running this company like a professional. All questions could be answered, all fears allayed... simply by posting financials in a timely manner and updating shareholders on a regular basis. Since he chooses NOT to do this, the share price reflects the fear. Comparing this pinkie to LFWK is night and day.
GDPEF.PK- Bobwins, is this one on your Gold Radar?
Dennis really stuck his head in a nest of hornets calling out the shorts. It's going to take real numbers, not warm and fuzzies to break their stranglehold. Ever seen a mad hornet? But our day will come. You don't pay a Madison Ave law firm like Gottbetter to do simple filings. There's a method to Petar's madness that will play out this summer.
GLT All Of Us!
