Stockholla, would you mind sharing your perception of this entity, LYJN. When did Lyric Culture grab your attention?
Stockholla, it's all in Hanna's hands; the release of finances, imho. Has what you've seen grabbed your interest enough to buy any shares of LYJN?
Madmonks, with all due respect, my interpretation of indyjones' mention of "needs more work and refinement " pertained to the customization of the B-I-B; to address specific clients' missions. GLTU
FWIW: A123 Systems files for bankruptcy
Now, where will this leave LTHU, or will it improve our position with American produced autos?

I wish that it was a halt for news; I said I wish! ;) Perhaps something's happening @ Pinksheets. I've noticed a number of Pinks reflecting the same non-activity, last trade Oct. 8.
What means are there to get out of this strangle-hold that has weighed down CALVF for so many years? How is it possible that this precious metal producer has a market cap of $44.7m and yet has revenues exceeding $65m, profits over $28.5m; only $139.7k worth of debt; all positive statistics and a share count that's workable. Revenue per share is 0.13. Somebody, please explain. This stock has to have the side-boards removed and let the market work for those of us holding common shares. GLTA.
Lyric Culture, presently, is like a beehive... justa buzzin' inside the hive. They seem to have established a pattern; a positive one at that. I believe LC has announced a new product/promotion/retailer (fill in the blank) every quarter over the last year [and beyond] with tangible products. So you see, that beehive is churning with activity. The workers are working, and most importantly, the Queen is producing. But, the honey is not yet ready for gathering. GLTALs and Go Lyric!
Refreshing the Claire's choices of LC offerings....

There's also a "Born To Be Wild" necklace available.
I'm lovin' it. GLTALs.
p.s. The first three are Lyrix.
Undervalued is an understatement, imho. To have a worldwide distribution network with tangible products available to the market reflects outright manipulation, again imho. The MMs are in definite control of LYJN's pps, until the company's financial info is released. To see stock purchases in amounts of less than $10 explains it all. No one who uses a broker or even make their own online purchases would waste a transaction fee that costs more than the stock purchase that was made. In spite of it all, LYJN will prevail; ultimately. GLTALs, and to echo your sentiment Lyric_Rocks, Go Lyric.
manshoon1, with all due respect, if you gut says scam, then you should steer away from any stock that gives you that feeling; not to say that is the case here. But we all have to live with the decisions we make playing stocks or any other action.
Indy, those same sat toys are also used by soil scientists in remote study areas for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), a fellow USDA agency to the Forest Service; and have made use of them for quite a few years now.
Look at the breadth of LC's reach now. From online, occasional boutiques, a now-and-then promo at a department store; to offering goods through multiple nationally distributed retailers; major promos with some of the nation's highest end retailers. Hanna is indeed growing this company... still.
Thanks again, NYBob, for your contributions on this site.
Yes, run, you could say that. So... my personal measure of the company is all positive; since the SEC ruling. The course that SNSR/WSGI has established since Gen. Jackson's chairmanship (to present) has brought earnest players to the table, imho, with real tests being conducted with governmental entities. Posters continuously complain about WSGI's disregard of sharing information about the tests, regardless that the company stated that they are not at liberty at this time to release that information. The customer does not want that, period. I'm actually ok with that. Harping on past tribulations (AMEX removal) and other similar era events is indeed passé to the bulk of the posers/readers here. This is a new day with this company, despite what some select posters are constantly preaching. I'm happy with where I am with WSGI and remain confident of my decision to make this "speculative" play, and I stress speculative, from GTEL-to-WSGI for me. Some of us are here in that capacity.... GLTU.
run, I'm fully aware of the past presence on the AMEX; semantics. It's just that it was not WSGI, but GTE.
When was WSGI, EVER, listed on the AMEX?
Thanks, 99. Those photos were refreshing. EOM.
Hanna has taken us (LYJN) from wallow, to crawl, to finally walking. We are now at the adolescent stage, imho. Final maturity is coming. Go LYJN. And MAC, do keep posting. GLTALs.
A poster made a profound statement on another board which applies to LYJN imho; and thought I'd borrow it: Ignore the SP--build the company--that is the only way forward... That is my approach to this stock. It will All come together.
NYBOB, the DD that you share on this board is irrefutable. Thank you! I have been unsuccessful gathering pertinent CALVF information elsewhere, that I've found here, somewhere in your many posts; for those who have followed CALVF over the years, they know. And... I empathize with Sideways1. It hasn't quite been 10 yrs. for me, yet. However, the strangle-hold that's afflicted this SP these past years has to end. The fundamentals for a successful company have been in place for CALVF for many years, and they exceed those of many of the lesser companies who have a higher stock value. Our day has to come. I'm staying. GLTA.
trunkmonk, in mention of Huff and Bob Jones, I believe(d) that Bob Jones was free of the swindle that was performed by Tim Huff and crew. Imho, Bob Jones was a technocrat and had no dealings with the administrative/contractual processes. But for the present management, I agree with you. I'm anticipating the full report of WSGI's governmental dealings with Argus, info which they still aren't at liberty to share, yet. I'm confident we'll hear something positive. A year is approaching since the collaboration was first announced, and that silence on the project was reiterated this past spring. At this juncture, I'm visualizing something positive in the works. We probably will not hear about what the actual project entailed, but a contract for multiple orders. That's where my head is. GLTA
I never saw the Prospectus, dated 5-4-2012. For those who also might not have seen it, can find it here: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/120051607/Prospectus-SANSWIRE----5-4-2012
If it's already been posted, please ignore.
indy, parts of your reply to Airlift brings to mind the Spiral Development approach, taken on by the company under former chairman Gen. Wayne Jackson's watch; brought the dream down from the stratosphere, to work from the ground, up. It's funny that some posters have alluded the latest financing to spiral death. I wonder where they borrowed that phrase from?
PSYOPS.... Thanks indy. I never gave that exercise any thought. Now, I get it: WHY many long term non-shareholding posters are here. An explanation of psyops: http://www.wanttoknow.info/060123psyops
I hope that this post isn't OT. If it is, please pardon.
Naw, rhump... not boutique, but greenhouse; like you said, for her retirement. She deals in Source, not middle-market.
From the beginning, Hanna has sown seeds of growth for the company (metaphorically). Those seeds have taken root in most instances, and she continues to nurture those plantings with grafts to new host plants; and the yields from her harvests are ever increasing at the turn of each new season. And she's done it, amazingly, without fertilizer; as you've (99) pointed out, with a minimum of fanfare. Keep it coming, Hanna! GLTALs.
The discussions on this board over the last few weeks have been very appetizing, for me, to say the least. I'm relieved that I can follow the discussions, given my limited depth in the topics of gasses and compression; and how their properties apply with WSGI's product(s). [The company needs a nick-name.] I never removed my rose-tinted glasses. Perhaps, they'll pull a rabbit out of the hat with something, unconventional, that will take us all by storm with the BIB. That's what I'm hoping. Remember the "Proprietary Lifting Gas Technology" from way-back-when? Maybe it's ready to be revealed. Anyway, that's what I'm STILL hoping. Best regards to all.
Thank you, indyjonesohio. Along with company developments at WSGI, your input here has raised interest on this board and encouragement of company success; ultimately. GLTA.
This is a great time to be involved with LYJN... and Hanna continues toward the fulfillment of her vision and the growth of Lyric Culture. The continued positive market expansion is impressive and is happening at an admirable pace, imho. GLTALs.
I agree kgsb. I am happy though that the ad was not released by LC.
Here's a risqué ad/site featuring LC's goods that I've never seen.
http://www.chiclittledevil.com/categories/Designers/Lyric-Culture/
I hope that article rehashes demand for the Candle In The Wind tee, which might influence the company to re-stock it's Elton John inventory. I've tried to order Candle In The Wind tee for my teen-aged daughter, being the Elton John fan that she is; but they only had the x-small size of that shirt available.
Lyric_Rocks, you're right on the mark with your mention of positive growth; and that is exactly what Hanna has been doing through the years... Growing the Company. GLTAL's
What has happened; is happening with this investment? I was able to track a share price of $8.70, back in Nov of 1994. Some key statistics as of 31 Mar 2012:
Profit Margin - 29.55%
Return on assets - 37.09%
Return on equity - 48.58%
Revenue - $57.25m
Q'trly rev. growth - 51.10%
Q'trly earnings growth - 275.40%
Total cash - $16.01m
Debt - $0.00 ....
But yet the sp has been held below 0.15, it seems forever. I've been in since '03, starting at 0.33/sh. Looking at today's (Mar) statistics, I would invest in CALVF without a second thought if I was just finding out about the company. So I've been wondering, what gives...? How long will this (the artificial [imho] stock prices for Caledonia Mining Corporation) go on? Anyone? Regards and GLTA.
Nothing from nothing...
I can understand one Nothing (corp. info); so from where doe the other nothing originate? I might understand your comment clearer if this was a company releasing fluff about a future release of good or services, but LYJN has TANGIBLE goods available to the retail market. And those goods are indeed endorsed by the original Artists and owners of the publishing rights of the respective songs. So please expand on your comment - Nothing from nothing is still NOTHING! I can only construe that that particular post was delivered with contempt and menace only, towards the company.
MaKit2012, that link definitely reflects on the efforts that Hanna is putting forth in her licensing quest, enabling LYJN to distribute its products without the fear of a stop and desist order; further lending to the legitimacy of the company.
StockDog100, about the WalMart endeavor, I was excited to find out that LYJN had reached the masses through Wally's mass retail venues. Name recognition of Lyric Culture is broadening at an appreciable rate; and it's through the decisions to place merchandise in Claires, Target and WalMart, to reach the larger buying public and expanded demographics. I'm hopeful that venue will pick up, that is if it's actually hurting, but through added marketing campaigns and additional (new) merchandise selections similar to the frequency that the company does with its t-shirt selections. The country music market is one that should not be ignored, or some one else will fill the demand; although Hanna is the ONE with the licensing rights. But, who's to say that just because sales are slow in one or a few stores in perhaps smaller urban areas (±100k population) location in comparison to stores in the larger market areas. But, the wider ranging the customer base, the better chances to increase sales and be successful through high volumes. Personally, I believe this company has reached profitability; all imho. I guess we won't know 'til that info is released. Sorry about the long post. Glty.
I like EVERYTHING that Hanna Rochelle has done for this company. The obvious THING that she has not done is what gives the doomsayers voice on this board; and that's unfortunate for all involved. The positive drive in the physical development and presence of the company (LYJN) is the attractant that keeps me positive in this continued work in progress. All imho. GLTALs.
rattlewatch, the accompanying link to the fbo.gov site has concerns for which my computer will not open. I was able to open it earlier last week but at a different computer. What I did find though was a Justification and Approval Notice for the awarding of contract for SBD Iridium Satellite Tracker to NAL Research Corporation (since GTC is in the satellite tracking business). The notice went on to say "J&A Statutory Authority:
FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name)". I'm hoping that NAL Research Corporation's success is dependent on GTC's technology to accomplish it's task, and that may be how WSGI became a party, through these means; my speculation. The site that I previously visited only accounted towards a small purchase for components. Here is the link if some one might be able to open it effectively: https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=9da8bbf2851b5ff415f448bd0bb6b809&tab=core&_cview=0
This one has the bug, whicht has the details:https://www.neco.navy.mil/synopsis_file/N00604-12-P-3502_N0534A12RC3R380.pdf
FWIW, the Contract Award Number: N00604-12-P-3502. Perhaps some one here might be able to track this number. I could be totally off-course but thought I'd share just the same. GLTA
Yes!!! And they keep signing on, endorsing LC's products. How does she (Hanna) continue to release new offerings to the market. Something's RIGHT with this company; despite the negativity espoused by some. GLTALs.
