CVSI, wow, gonna be $8.00 today except........no. Down 7% in the first 30 minutes of trading. Oooooops, I’m up, last run of the day, then hot tub, dinner and my lady. STOP TRYING TO CATCH A FALLING KNIFE
Of course Vandylaand, it’s the OTC, P&D
Read the financials deeper and explain to me this Please
look at the receivables, they’re up a good bit from a year ago. Way too much for a business booking the sales it has claimed. The market value to sales ratio is still close to 100 to 1. A growth sector often is overvalued. And, it can remain overvalued for longer than one would figure would be reasonable.
The SG&A expenses, (selling, general and administrative EXPENSES) un itemized, of course, was roughly one-half of three months sales. Explain that or I will aftervI take 2 or 3 more runs.
I can’t believe I’m posting on a ski lift from Switzerland. I must really like you guys, you young billionaires you!
$8.00, $80.00, $800.00, $8,000.00 but reality is lucky to be at $5.60ish, ONLY down 8.5% Zermatts’s gorgeous. Ttyl
I can’t. Legally, I can’t. I can say HAVE MORE TRUST IN JP then you do. He’s not playing golf and drinking. Sit back for 6 months and watch what happens.
Interesting you know what every human of all 7.6 billion on earth will do. Tell you what I’ll meet you anywhere, anytime in 3 weeks and if I don’t show you 3 straight years of 1040’s the least being 1.8 million you can come back to the board and say you were right. But if I do, you MUST tell the board wow, he’s for real. Now, I really do have to go....Uplist yet?
CVSI More likely to be approved is how you invest or $1.00+ drop (down 17%) before giginormous Q numbers “coming any second” is more important? Got a plane to catch, congratulations all you “Long’s”. Keep holding........watch what happens. UPLIST YET? Au revoir mon ami’s numbers down
It is, sit tight. 6 months, I’m buying
It’s the OTC, NOT a stock exchange.
Appreciate your thoughts if they’re real but I’ll be fine up or down. I’m far to diversified and far too hedged and far to comfortable to live and die with one pinkie. That’s for children, hustlers, or OTC Scammers.
Your welcome, wow down $.32......
All good.
Predicting, not bashing. I’ve explained why numerous ties. Too close a ties with Perlowin (under indictment), Titus, McCkay, Llamas, Fraud fines and the king Of The Hill, Mona and Mona III or IV. Real exchanges won’t allow bad actors onboard. Coupled with no legal CBD and no Hemp Bill (again) and I predict no Uplist. It’s not a “bash” but this is a Pump by someone else;

Why ask a question you know the answer to. There will N E V E R be an ”Uplist” for CVSI
Vandy I’m sitting here with 3 screens in front of me and was hoping to buy in CVSI today early and out later. However there’s high volume but a low spread. Certainly you can multitask. Things are slow this moment, it’s moving in a short margin. I did sell 10,000 shares of MedMen that I bought a week ago at $4.44 but it looks like it’s a sideways day down here in pinkie land. I’d say 600 posts in 3+ years isn’t a “devotion to message boards”. But everyone’s allowed their opinion. Meanwhile the children in the group will be happy to know I’m headed out to vote and my gf and I are off to Zermatt, Gstaad, and Val d'Isère, France skiing thereafter stopping in my little hideaway in the sixth arrondissement of the bohemian left bank in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris for some fun time. Therefore so little to no posting from me for a few weeks. Plus, I am eccentric and a paradox, I hear that regularly. Au revoir pour l'instant mes amis fun OTC, peu importe ce que je reçois toujours un rire de ce Conseil et de temps en temps quelques bonnes informations de l'aime de Pandemonium75.
“Its common and happens all the time. Surely you have heard the term "buy the rumor and sell the news".
Of course I’ve heard it but where’s the news. Based upon that theory people should be buying the rumor of huge revenues Unless the Q is out and they missed on their numbers. As I’ve said, I day trade pinkies, I don’t watch one OTC ticker all day and night.
The rumor is big Q revenues. Where’s the buying? All I see is red selling.
Good points, all I can only say we’re up overseas and with only 90 odd partners with 4 master partners we can pivot in a moment. Not only did this trade guarantee a nice return for us all this year, who else made one identical. Up 6,800% on one trade?

Plus being a partner in a Private VC / Hedge Fund allows me to invest in Series A and Series B private companies Those can bust out, make a little but when they hit, they hit B I G Right now we’re in Series A or B rounds in;
Glassbox (web analytics) has signed a term sheet for a $15M Series B financing with a highquality growth equity venture capital firm at a significantly higher valuation than the company’s prior round. This is an important milestone for the company, bringing in a new investor with expertise in growth stage software companies. On the business front, Glassbox had several very significant contract wins, including a global framework agreement with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, its first deal with a leading US apparel retailer, and a new win with a leading global asset manager. As a reminder, we own nearly 40% of the company today and we believe it could ultimately realize the kind of exit that its main competitor, Tealeaf, achieved when it sold to IBM for an estimated $480 million.
Dome9 (cloud data security) continued to ride the wave of rapid cloud computing adoption, and the accompanying need for enhanced data security in the cloud. The company is executing exceptionally well as demand accelerated for its technology solutions, beating out competition and exceeding even its aggressive growth targets. During Q2, bookings were 10% ahead of forecast and grew over 200% from last year. The company also had many new marquis customer wins with leading Fortune 500 companies. With the acquisition of its main competitor, Evident.IO, by Palo Alto Networks for a reported $300M (when Evident.IO’s revenues were reportedly comparable to Dome9), we are optimistic about the potential for M&A in the not-too-distant
Cynet (cybersecurity) publicly announced its Series B Financing round, which we previewed in our letter last quarter. The $13mm round was led by top-tier Silicon Valley based Norwest Venture Partners (who have a local office in Israel). The company also announced that the investment round was joined by one of Israel’s most successful cyber-security company builders, Shlomo Kramer, who has been a founder and/or investor in some of Israel’s largest and most valuable cyber security companies such as Check Point Software, Trusteer, Imperva and many others. Nexar (AI dashcam) continued to make strong progress in Q2, focusing on both new technology and data development as well distribution. One of Nexar’s most valuable assets is its rapidly growing database of over 150M driven miles and “events” sourced from its users around the world. During Q2, Nexar and the University of California teamed up to release the world’s largest dataset of annotated visual driving scenes to help researchers and companies train self-driving cars. In addition, Nexar extended its marketing relationship with Uber in NYC for another year. Under this agreement, Nexar markets its product to NYC drivers in Uber’s driver hubs. Nexar also launched its driver network in Chicago. In other words, Nexar is quickly building a large base of users and data, which we believe should ultimately translate into a tremendous asset. Zimperium (mobile cybersecurity) continues to expand its leadership in this increasingly important segment of the security market. During Q2, Zimperium acquired Mi3 Security to significantly augment the company’s solutions. Mi3 Security is a leader in machine learning based application security. By combining Mi3 with Zimperium’s z3A solution, customers will gain added visibility into mobile application behaviors and forensic-level security data. We are excited to see Zimperium bolstering its competitive edge both through internal technology development as well as through opportunistic acquisitions such as Mi3. Kaminario (all-flash storage) has experienced a remarkable resurgence in the past quarter. After a bold pivot from a hardware-driven to a software-focused business model in the beginning of the year, its prescient move is beginning to bear fruit. In Q2, Kaminario experienced a record level of topline bookings, providing support for its nascent partnership with TechData and reinforcing its technology leadership is what has become a highly competitive space. Further, just this month, the company had its biggest customer win ever. If we had previously managed down your expectations, we’re now ratcheting them back up. We look forward to providing further updates in the quarters ahead. Gauzy (smart glass) continues to experience a whirlwind of prospective deals and interest from some of the largest players in the materials, automotive, and building industries. While we are prohibited by confidentiality from disclosing the details, we believe the company has the potential to deliver exceptional returns for the fund in the quarters ahead.
Thank you for your response.
Thanks for your answer. Of course I trade on ALL the big boards. My VC/ Hedge Fund has NO US holdings at this time. 10 private, 10 public. The public all on the FTSE, Tel Aviv, and perhaps 1 holding in another market. We’ve decided this is not the year to be in US Equities with Tariff Wars, 1.5 trillion higher debt due to corporate tax cuts which the companies didn’t reinvest, they banked or bought back their own stock. Lastly you sound sophisticated enough to know comparing the NYSE or S&P 500 or Russel 2000 to the OTC is like comparing Apples to Açaí and Kale salad. The only thing they have in common is they’re both technically food.
I was hoping for the same. Unfortunately there will be NO CLOSE AT $7.00 or ABOVE TODAY The 10 day avg volume has been reached in 2 and 1/2 hours and all of the selling is down. Not a lot, but red. That’s downward pressure. I’ll ask again, respectfully, Why would anyone sell in the red with such tremendous, gigantic, stupendous numbers coming out momentarily?
Amazing Volume! Why would 1 1.1% of the entire float sell in the red just before tremendous, stupendous, sale numbers. Fact, FCF X Pi divided by the oil in the bilge I have to clean equals a million shares selling the first 2 opening hours in the red the day before stupendous, gigantic sales numbers. Why?
Yes, plus good news coming. ‘nuff said
Agreed, always pull some profit when it’s there to be had. Particularly in the dregs of the OTC. Question, why with such monster sales numbers a moment away why would anyone sell (Thus far) in the red today?
The Anne Frank House is a must too.
In the comments of the aforementioned article Alana Schlockstein says there’s another state already approved with 1 license issued doing business similar to Louisiana. A conservative, health sciences research, in conjunction with the state’s University model. I’d listed to her, she’s a sharp young lady from a brilliant, wealthy family.
Smart man, good father. Congratulations. OTC “stocks” are for the “owner”, toxic financier(s), CEO (usually the 2nd or 3rd largest stock holder) and day traders. Clearly that’s not you. I misunderstood your post. Truly, congratulations on being a smart man, a good man, a good father and more of the type of person we need in this country.
That’s probably part of how they got you. How’s it feeling now?
How you feeling about it now in the trips? Are you willing to be honest and tell us how much you lost?
The three + months it haven’t happened since application for starters and about 100 other reasons.
Since you posted this I’ve bought “back in” and out 14 (FOURTEEN TIMES) between 10,000 and 15,000 shares and sold them the same day for between $6,000.00 and $12,5000.00 profit each time also each time using their money, the initial money that I made off them and have zero at risk.
Amazing numbers, we must have uplisted today, right?
Nope. Never said that, but unlike you as Michelle Obama so aptly put it when they go low, we go high. I’ve made a nice little chunk of change here and will continue to as my time permits. What I won’t do is lie or react to nasty, rude attacks by attacking back. I hope everyone makes good money is what I said and I meant it.
Looks like a nice, GREEN close. Hopefully revs will be solid and everyone’s happy next wk. GLTA
Dont let the oil and the dirt from cleaning the bilge for 21 years while others already made a fortune and haven’t had to work in the scum of the bilge get to you. Long live CVSI!
Thanks
Good luck winning the CVSI Lottery. Does ANYONE remember when the float moved up 3.5% - because that’s your answer to “Who in their right mind would sell given all the goods news that's coming next week”???
My guess is Mona Sr. That’s why I said yesterday it might be better Not to Uplist.
That would be the obvious winning move. But a leopard can’t change its spots. It feels akin to trump not leaving the White House if Mueller walked in with a handful of indictments. Right on the CVSI Investor page from the good clean hands people at IRTH Communications (oh wait that’s Allstate) is a big picture of Mona III with the caption;
Michael J. Mona, III
MICHAEL J. MONA, III
President, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Mona III cofounded CV Sciences and has been instrumental in developing the worldwide supply chain for hemp products. Mr. Mona's expertise in hemp farming, processing, testing and product development has directly led to the Company's successful consumer products division. Mr. Mona III graduated from the University of San Diego in Business Administration.
Does anyone notice what date the float went from 92 to 95 million?
Correct, they don’t run them but they DO DECIDE on your hope for uplisting. Nowhere did I write or even hint the SEC was “running” CVSI”. Go back and look, I said that BOTH Mona’s, Titus, McKay, Perlowin, Steinberg and Llamas are known bad actors and their reputation will stop CVSI from uplisting. Perlowin did 9 years and is now under indictment for stock fraud. If their ties to CVSI / CannaVest were 10 years old I’d say it’s irrelevant, you’re right. But Mona’s ego put himself in the “Emeritus” position, moving his son up didn’t help and the ties to Steinberg, Perlowin, Titus and McKay are also too recent. Only a few years old. Added to the Mona fine being settled so recently I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.
In some ways potentially better without it.
Spot on Every word although as long as either Mona is around I doubt the Uplist. The SEC aren’t stupid, when daddy steps down but keeps an “emeritus” position and sonny gets promoted they know who’s making the final decisions. Only under trump would CVSI have even a 10% chance. All in all I hope you all make fortunes and hopefully don’t make it and blow it and make it again and blow it again as I have. If this is your first big score be smart. Put 5% or 10% away to play on the OTC and shoot for 42.7 a year, year after year as Ibex has returned to all 90 partners.
