Correct, they don’t run them but they DO DECIDE on your hope for uplisting. Nowhere did I write or even hint the SEC was “running” CVSI”. Go back and look, I said that BOTH Mona’s, Titus, McKay, Perlowin, Steinberg and Llamas are known bad actors and their reputation will stop CVSI from uplisting. Perlowin did 9 years and is now under indictment for stock fraud. If their ties to CVSI / CannaVest were 10 years old I’d say it’s irrelevant, you’re right. But Mona’s ego put himself in the “Emeritus” position, moving his son up didn’t help and the ties to Steinberg, Perlowin, Titus and McKay are also too recent. Only a few years old. Added to the Mona fine being settled so recently I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.
