Pages 50-55 on 10-K talk about law suits
Anything in particular that pops out on the 10-K? Haven't had time to read it yet
Thank you
Correct me if I'm wrong but 10-Q states that RXMD issued 306 million shares to Tarpon?
Funny you said that because I bought some shares of RXMD today
I have been in penny stocks for 3 years and this is the first time I've seen a stock worth less than a penny pulling a profit!!
I see the insiders have scooped up a good bit of shares

Why would SDOC file for Bankruptcy when they just made an interest payment?
That won't ever happen, you'll be lucky to see $100 in the next 5 years
What do people think the crude inventory will look like
Is NADL still with Russia over the harsh environment northern Atlantic drilling deal?
You entered at a very good time on stocks with a lot of potential, I'm a young investor I wish I had the funds to invest in as many as you have, I'm just now building up my portfolio I believe oil and other commodities is the future for long term investors, lots of gains to be made in the commodity industry
I got in at $1.56, but I think the current rise in stock price is solely based off of investor speculation that oil prices are going to keep rising and rising back to normal levels (2014) so everyone is trying to get in now, but when they realize that prices will probably stabilize around $50 before summer they will dip out, and we will see a another buying opportunity in oil stocks but I do think the bottom has been hit for oil
I say it's gonna dip to $2.10 tomorrow And close around $2.23
I say it's gonna dip to $2.10 tomorrow and level out around $2.20
Why did STVE nose dive right after June 2015 and hasn't recovered since
Blah blah, all this MM BS and How TPIV won't ever uplist because of MM, just wait till the numbers and results come out, it won't matter whose shorting it, they will be brutally hurt in the long run with this stock
What's the current SS?

Annual 10-K
this company is trying to do WAY to much at the same time, they need to focus on one thing and become the king of that market before they expand, I just can't see them being able to manage all these brands at once, it's just to much work for a company this small.
This company designs apps to make them look appealing and fun on the outside and then bombs you with ads and horrible graphics after you download it
So let's just say, the mining companies hit a bump in the road or has a bad management team and they can no longer produce gold, how does Double Crown get paid?
11 mill in debt, and 45k in the bank....
How much does it cost this company to produce $20 million worth of gold?
I think $2 is going to be the low
I keep seeing USMJ made 400k in revenue, what were the operating cost?
What are the numbers on heist, how much has the movie pulled in?
Because all of the low price warrants have been filled I believe, I think the next set is at either $1.00 or $.75 I can't remember
Why would they issue more warrants? I thought they had enough funding to sustain themselves for awhile
Without a doubt one of these will happen
1. Company buyout
2. Pharma Partnership
3. Company takes the independent route and sells it own product
4. We crash and burn over FDA rejection
"It is unclear how many shares and warrants Iroquios Capital Management, Empery Asset Management, Brio Capital Master Fund, and American Capital Management still own. However, they could potentially still own approximately. 27,017,000 shares, and 32,672,000 warrants. When all warrants are exercised, the total stock issued will be just under 121,000,000 shares."
-Do these firms have a contract with TPIV which prevents them from dumping all their shares also?

I know I should know the answer to this, but what was the prediction date the company set for the completion of the phase 2 trials
There's no reason for the stock price to go up yet, if anything it's a good thing that the stock price is so steady like this
I wasn't asking you, I was telling you. thank you for the info though
