NWGC $ AGCZ Talbot's other ticker never had fins that showed profits. NWGC & AGCZ have MILLIONS in profits currently. Therein lies the difference. MSITF had a real hard building in Anguilla called the Hotel de Health which his wife Dr. Page Edgar worked at, as is easily publicly available.
MSITF PR'ed lots of optimistic projects which clearly didn't pan out. But their financials were accurate, unquestioned, and didn't show the profits CLEARLY VISIBLE AND STEADILY INCREASING OVER TIME QUARTER AFTER YEAR OVER MANY YEARS OF UNCHALLENGED FILINGS.
And be wary of anyone relying on there financials to talk about the debt conversion, but saying they're worthless when it comes to the profits. You can't have it both ways.
Curios to see who denies any of this being 100% accurate. Because it is. No pumping, just facts.
MSITF = optimistic PR's but no profits, real business that ran out of money
AGCZ = years and years of steadily increasing profits from growing mining operations
NWGC = years and years of consolidated profits claiming AGCZ's profits and more recently additional milling profits
And if this is a profitable mining conglomerate between NWGC & AGCZ, and it's been bashed to pieces and down from a 1 1/2 yr. high of .0165 WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IS?
Some dilution, sure, but overall, nah. This is paid, orchestrated, and anyone that can see it just has to wait to profit. Not for everybody, but no selling until pennies IMO

NWGC $ AGCZ NEWS, Fins due any second!! NWGC $ AGCZ Glad detractors agree fins are real, if the conversions contained are accurate and often referred then the profits must be too!! If the fins were baloney then there'd be no reason to show the conversions, sounds like someone is taking the time to accurately represent their quarterly progress.
Intercompany debt between NWGC & AGCZ growing is just as good of a sign as NWGC endlessly PR'ing finds on concessions and leases belonging to AGCZ. Wonder why $$$

They've been doing it for years. MM's caught with their pants down before the run last year, spending a fortune to exit their short positions and stage this walkdown. OTC lets them scare away buyers in the process, unless you know better
This thing is a beach ball 100 meters under the ocean right now, just waiting to be let go. They've had to hold AGCZ down given the relationship, and there's been no share increase there for 11 months.
I hope for their sake they didn't have a huge short position all the way to .0002 but who knows

From the report:
Below we provide a brief overview of the current mines and Zaruma Mill owned and operated by the Company in Ecuador. Since the Peru mill is a recent development, there is no additional information available than what has been already mentioned in the previous sections of the report.
Miranda Alto Project, Ecuador
The Miranda Alta Project is located in the cantons of Zaruma and Portovelo, Province of El Oro, southern Ecuador, about 175 kilometers south and 60 kilometers southeast of the major port cities of Guayaquil and Machala respectively. Originally owned an individual for over thirty years, Compañia Minera PL S.A utilized the existing mining works, tunnels, raises, and shafts to access the gold bearing veins. These tunnels were subsequently improved by the utilizing advanced engineering technology to serve the mining requirements of Andes Gold.
Grass Roots Research and Distribution, Inc.
The two dominant vein systems within the Miranda Alto concession are the Azul Vein and the Miranda Vein. The Azul Vein is exposed on surface directly east of the Miranda Vein, near the eastern boundary of the concession. Underground work has revealed that there are at least two other subsidiary veins (Sul, Estrella) that lie parallel to the Miranda Vein. The Viscaya Vein lies directly west of the Miranda Alto concession. There are additional unexplored subsidiary veins between the Viscaya and Miranda veins. The mineralization in the concession area ranges from a gold:silver ratio of 1:10 to 1:100, all within a small area examined and sampled. The major veins (Azul, Viscaya) are recognized from the Rio Amarillo north for at least 4 kilometres, to the Miranda Alto concession.

I wouldn't have bootstrapped my theory to someone widely disseminated for many years being not actually who they are listed to be in - in filings, financial listings, and confirmed by the TA as still holding millions of shares from the buyout of their Compania Minera PL S.A.

AGCZ & NWGC Link to why they're freaking out NWGC $ AGCZ:
http://www.gotradedata.com/imports-exports-database.html#!/trade=1/year=2015/country=2/hscode=7108120000/company=0791735432001/
Notice how before there was no gold, Compania Minera and AGCZ were worthless to NWGC, no mills, no gold bars, Pablo and Talbot were nobodies, Dynasty was the ONLY mine in the area, yadayada.
Now Pablo and Compania Minera somehow not being owned by NWGC & AGCZ is their Alamo. Too bad that's all been public record for 6 years.
Personally, I would've picked a better fallback position
Bring it on
