If you're bored, read the entire "disclaimer" on that site.
MAPH is the seller on Amazon, not the "company". Why is that?
3Q 10Q due today, tomorrow or Monday; unaudited of course. Or unless a notice of late filing is entered. Curious if Malone Bailey remained as the "accountants".
I thought the "company" had an office in Grass Valley, California. What do "they" do there. I actually checked and the unit is unavailable as it is occupied by the "company". Why have a physical office if the "company" is not using it.
So, quick question.
If the "product" had been available on the "company" website since last week; why were some posters so giddy and excited to have waited until the "product" appeared offsite, ie Amazon.
Perhaps spreading out a wealth or barrage of meaningless PR stating intentions ahead of the quarterly, if that factually happens. Unaudited at best.
That question was somehow "off topic" on their board.
Yep.
A private non-reporting company. Just what this needs now with all the fog.
In my opinion, if 5-Hour thought 5% of their market ($50,000,000) was in jeopardy from this type of "product" and these types of "entrepreneurs", I'm certain they would squirt some hemp juice in their own existing products (which actually do exist) and create their own brand.
Obviously, they have done their market research and found it to not be a viable line.
This just gets worse daily.
They don't. Exit strategy announced and in place, for both "companies". Simply read between the lines.
Insightful. And not at all funny.
And changes the name of the "product".
I believe we would do better without the narcissistic taint to an otherwise respectable prospective niche market.
That pretty much explains everything I guess.
A secret password/handshake.
This shouldn't be complicated.
Anyone who can type should be able to type the name of the "product" or its category in the search box, then hit the search key. Fact. Period.
The "product" really isn't available on Ebay, Amazon or Alibaba to the entire internet community at this time, one minute ago. Fact. Period.
Next week, we all get to hear and see a surprisingly few in the "club" who had success obtaining the "product", how great the "product" is, how wonderful they and their friends in the "club" feel about the "product"; and the rest of the retail world who were unable to access said "product"; again, know nothing.
Wash, rinse, repeat. Deja Vu all over again.
I guess you're correct again.
Going to .14 because that was where it was when "savvy, educated" investors should have sold and moved on. They did not.
Greed will kill a decent investment every time.
That is the secret. Understanding when to exit. Like a casino. We know how much we are willing to lose, and we leave. The other side of that is knowing how much you're willing to win, and leave with winnings.
Based on what.
Okay.
You're correct.
I would have thought the "company" would have simplified this. Simply type in the name of the "product" or its category and shop.
As long as any retail consumer who realizes the "product" may or may not exist, and wishes to purchase said "product" on line has that specific link, then I would agree.
Otherwise, my suspicion would be the rest of the retail consumer world just doesn't understand either how to access Ebay, how to type, or how to read.
No, it isn't.
Type in the name of the "product". Not found.
Type in the type of product, such as "hemp energy" or "hemp energy shot" or "hemp shot". Not found.
As of one minute ago.
Also, the only "investors" with remorse here are those from several months ago who bought in a trips and less than .02 and did not take advantage of the previous artificial highs when they should have.
The "company" should look into why the general public is unable to locate their "flagship products" on line by simply typing in the name of their "product", or hemp energy or any other words or wording associated with this "product". This does not bode well for anyone.
I have to question why the one site is accessible through a link provided here, with that much supposed activity; but not to the general public typing in the name of the "product" on all three mentioned sites within the last factual minute of time.
Curious.
Or maybe a quarterly for activity previous to 09-30-2015.
Otherwise; wait until February 15, 2016; or thereabout.
Got it. Thanks. I would not have thought to look there.
"And Jason will be on potstockradio.com tonight so hopefully we have some cool news, I'll be on after Jason so y'all should check it out!"
Hey that is some good news.
I couldn't find any advertisement on it anywhere. What was your source of information. I'd love to have better leads than we sometimes find on this board.
Absolutely.
You need not even ask.
I will post it right here for all who care to see. Since we are all sharing the same information, whether it be good or bad, we are able to locate and verify with sound and factual due diligence.
I would personally feel bad if I were to relay information that was not factual and just my opinion, without specifically stating it as my opinion.
Opinions are one thing. Facts are another. More often than not, the two are not nearly the same.
I live in Colorado. I'll take care of confirming for anyone who cares.
Zero.
That anyone can factually state. Since anyone claiming there is an actual physical "product" available for physical sale at any physical location at this specific time would be nothing more than pure speculation.
So, if an investor claims to be "long", owns 40 K shares when the claim is made on 09-18-2015, then dumps 20 K shares when the same claim is made on 10-05-2015;
what would be the theory?
Guess we wait for the quarterly and annual, unaudited of course. Due in February 2016.
Now be patient.
Mr. Spatafora "appeared" on here this morning and "spoke" to me.
I asked some questions for all of us here. Questions we have all been asking each other but just speculating. I hope we get the answers straight from the source.
I'm expecting some good answers very soon as he is well aware all of us, every one of us, want to be successful, at the same time.
So serious investors will probably have some answers here soon. This is very exciting.
Since these questions were not asked and not answered during the last "conference call".
Well, if there was "distribution" in Colorado, I for one could easily verify that. London, not so much. Inchon or Singapore, probably never happen.
Not at all. Those are being "complimented".
Apparently somebody is "listening".
How did they get paid?
What was the production run?
Where are they located?
Why do they not respond to e-mails or answer phone calls?
Thank you for the link. It provided a wealth of information.
I must have missed the LOI with NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods, the claimed "co-packer.
Will that be coming, an LOI; then the 8K for a material definitive agreement with NeuMatter Methods. I'm trying to take one thing at a time here, but my gosh the factual information is just flooding in so quickly.
What does this mean? It was a confusing sentence:
"Adversely MCIG gets to focus on the success they are having with their current brands and focus their attention to continued success."
Just curious. Choice of words maybe.
Note the word Intent. I'd rather see a material definitive agreement. But this "company" really doesn't do those types of filings. See "co-packer".
Signing a letter indicating intent is basically meaningless. Its PR at its best.
The path to hell is paved with good ........
Again, its an intention, nothing more at this point.
Its a claimed Letter of Intent. Lets not get ahead of ourselves just yet.
Yep. Its a big state. Will have to be patient and wait to "hear" which specific location.
Carrot on a Stick
Heard? I don't think the rest of us have "heard" that information. That information would be good to know and I'm sure we would all like to "hear" it at the same time. No too fond of "hearing" things without the source for the noise.
Still very interested to learn what the factual "production run" with this "co-packer" may have been.
Some have opined several hundred thousand bottles, much as was the opinion of the first "launch".
I hope its not just another 500 bottles again.
A verbally stated attempt to secure some undescribed scale of national distribution may be in process. The progress and scope of which remains unknown at this time.
This:
"FBEC WolfShot T-8 or sooner to launch"
Which was indicating October 16, 2015.
Right. The not based in Colorado JSB Distributing Company.
Apparently it a California Company.
We do not manufacture drinks or shots of any kind, nor the product you have mentioned. I think there has been a mix up with Frontier Beverage.
Thank you,

E-mail and phone number for anyone wishing to conduct their own DD.
Your welcome.
That's clarification for a few here who wish to continue to present J&D Labs as having any involvement in this "product". I used your post to help clarify that issue.
Once again, we are on the same page with that issue.
So, basically, "cheech" and "chong" (metaphorically speaking) are driving around Colorado and Canada with a trunk full of retail ready packaged "product" doing sales calls?
This can't possibly be the "brilliant" distribution plan a few have spoken of here.
If this "company" were ever to wish to produce any "product" in which J&D Labs was equipped to produce such "products", such as gel caps, tablets, etc, then there would be an agreement.
However, since J&D Labs does not have the physical capabilities nor the desire to produce beverage shots, there is no agreement involving this "company's" first "product".
As has already been clarified with J&D Labs by phone and e-mails.
J&D Labs is not currently working with, nor does it have any agreements for, this current "product".
"the first several Hundred K Unit run"
Care to reveal who you heard that from or what source of information was used.
The rest of us missed that very important piece of information.
