Of course I watched the video, I was only commenting on the wording of the post below.
I'm trying to stay fair and balanced here, straight up facts. Check back at my eyes-on due diligence from November regarding the Phoenix grow op. I have a lot of opinions about this company too, but usually when I post them, some admin with a strongly opposing opinion deletes them.
From what I've seen posted here and out in the world, American Green is trying to make something solid but as a whole they have failed to produce revenue so far. I don't get what they're trying to do with Nipton, but if investors see it as a positive, well... sometimes the APPEARANCE of value is all it takes to sell shares. I can also see why some folks keep moaning about how that's all AG is doing.
This weekend or next week I plan to go to Hempful Farms here in Phoenix to take a look at the fabulous machine. I'll try to sign up or whatever to register so I can see exactly what I can and can't buy from the American Green Machine. I don't care if it gets me onto some government watch list, I haven't smoked pot in years. Then I'll post information here again.
No, she asked if CALIFORNIA WAS READY FOR JANUARY 1st.
https://www.cnbc.com/video/2017/12/21/california-prepares-for-legal-pot.html
Try not to twist things around, huh?
OK, thank you. Old news, got it. I didn't see any dates on those photos. Anything recent to share?
When were those photos taken? It looks like not much progress from what I saw on the first weekend in November. Honestly I would have expected them to have finished by now.
Yes, I've been following the conversation closely. I was referring to the actual legal (whatever you call the posting or release, I'm not a business guy) action that is expected to trigger the uplist and everything that we are all waiting for.
That's not going to happen. There are too many people (look at the financial statements) who are being paid with shares, since American Green has diddly-squat for revenues. These people want their money now, and the only way for them to get it is to sell those shares. We, the bag-hol.... oops, I mean SHAREholders, are just fortunate (if you can call it fortunate) that the PPS hasn't gone down more than it has.
The best we can hope for is some insider shenanigans that cause a temporary spike in the PPS, like we saw in August. If and when that happens, I'll be dumping enough to get my money back from these inept diptards.
New developments:
The domain name "eldereyessystem.com" is up for grabs, apparently dingdong didn't pay the 99cents/month bill to even keep up the pretense of a legitimate company.
A trade for 300 shares was the only activity on this ticker today. According to http://falconstocks.com/articles/readingmarketmakers.html that is MM code for "take the price down so I can load shares." HAHAHAHA, how much lower can it go?
Okay, fine. Legally, what can be done to change that? Anybody out there reading this that has experience with irresponsible handling of other people's investments?
Time for the stockholders to take control of this company.
Do any of you know how to make that happen? The diptards making day-to-day business decisions are running this company deeper into debt. If anybody with a serious investment wants to change that for the better, speak up instead of moaning about it.
That's what I thought. I got left behind with this one on the last dump. I don't have enough invested to watch it every day and had cancelled my stop loss orders. Now I'm just sitting on it hoping the scamboys pick it up again eventually. If it doesn't? Oh well, it can wipe out some of my long term gains at least.
As I thought. Looking at the results of the convoluted and insidious trading practices of these market makers, however, makes it blatantly obvious that this is exactly what is being done regardless of the stated rules. On a daily basis, as a matter of "how it's done," and they are also getting away with it. WTF, over?
Does anyone know if there are any legal restrictions on planned security purchases of this kind?
...when some members all got together and bought at the same time...
I have no experience regarding what is actionable and what is legal, but it looks legit if we all just want to purchase more shares to help put a stop to professional traders manipulating the share price.
If others will agree to do the same, I have enough invested in a stagnant ETF to slap a few 5000 ask blocks at under .15 this coming week.
I'm still trying to see some sense in it. From what I've read on other boards, those small trades are actually coded communications between market makers that can't legally collaborate on manipulating securities for obvious reasons. The amounts are the codes, but the messages themselves don't make sense for this stock unless it's a special set of codes. There's no value behind it, so maybe someone is accumulating junk to use for another scam.
Anyway, from what I've read on other boards, shenanigans like this are not uncommon, but when the stock is worthless only the manipulators know.
Here's an introduction to the shenanigans:
http://falconstocks.com/articles/readingmarketmakers.html
Weird, though, that nobody else is scarfing up these cheap shares...
I'm dumping this garbage as soon as it comes back up to what I paid for it...apparently these diptards need a competent investment counselor. This is literally the ONLY security in my portfolio that is down today, and it has been down since I bought in.
Excellent. Now for that inflection point in the PPS...
Right you are, no surprise at all.
Just a final confirmation that should prove once and for all that there is still no company behind this dead ticker. Someone is buying from time to time though, which raises the question....
Why?
Two emails were sent last week using the "Contact Us" button on the ElderEyes website. Word-for-word copy of the first one:
I am a stockholder in this company. Are you actually receiving orders for this service? How do I order it for a relative? Why has there been no news for many months?
No reply whatsoever.
There is no "ElderEyes LLC," at least nobody is actually taking orders from customers. No way to purchase any products or services. No way to give them money for anything. That is unless you buy this worthless stock.
Move along, people, this Steven Lampert is trying to scam you again.
Haha, nice paint flourish there at the end!
It's the only numbers I've seen on Fidelity as far as earnings. I just don't know where they came from.
All right, so I asked this a few days ago hoping one or more market-savvy people could answer.
The EPS listed on Fidelity for AMFE has been 0.00056 for a long time. Then a few days ago it quietly changed to 0.000733. Not much, but as some folks have explained, profits and earnings are being used for expansion. Still, it's about a 30% increase in earnings per share.
All I want to know is....how significant is this metric and should we be getting excited about it? Am I mistaken, or has some earnings report already been disclosed to brokerages?
I haven't seen any other pink sheet stocks with an EPS above zero.
A thriving company on the big exchanges has a substantial EPS, and from what I understand a PPS/EPS ratio below 15 is a good indicator of a healthy company and a sound investment.
Thank you, Tuna. Still new at this...what's a follow member mark?
Dang, spent all my loose change yesterday. I can't sell anything else right now.
$AMFE$ LONG!!!!
Yeah, well, I've been discouraged for months with this clunker. My own fault for not having a stop loss order in place. I'm learning now, though, and staying away from these too-good-to-be-true high dividend securities. I sold most of my earlier investments before they took a nosedive and put it into some decent mutual funds instead.
One thing is clearly evident; someone like myself is not going to "make a killing in the stock market" without hot tips from manipulators that know when something is about to be diddled.
I'm going to put my faith in people who do that for a living, on the up-and-up.
I hope the shorts lose their shorts. These are rich pricks (You need a LOT of loose change to short sell securities) who don't care who loses when volatile stocks get manipulated. Some of them make or lose more in one transaction than I earn in a year. So tough bounce dog.
On the contrary, allow me to apologize. My rage at my own gullibility and greed has blinded me to any sort of jocularity regarding these pap smears in cheap suits. I would love to engage in witty banter over this, replete with sarcasm at many subtle levels, but the circumstances have figuratively disarmed me.
My little retirement account is down in value more than 10% due to this one investment, instead of increasing in value by a modest amount, and the experience has handed me a harsh lesson. Basically, it has shown me I can't invest successfully on my own.
Yes, but if there are actionable shenanigans going on with this security, the regulatory bodies would first halt trading on regulated markets. You have to prove intent to deceive to go along with what it obviously looks like, then prove rules were broken and people were conned out of money.
Good luck with all that, people with cash and lawyers get away with this kind of crap all over the board, minute by minute.
Shenanigans perpetrated by greedy MMs, and impatient flippers that only care about incremental profits and aren't looking at the long view.
The key indicator to watch here is the volume of all of these trades that are forcing the price down. Someone wants shares cheap, and the people who are actively manipulating the PPS are trying to depress investor sentiment by causing a steady decline over months. There has also been some short selling that factors into all of this.
I can only hope that the manipulators lose enough or don't make enough to suit their greed, and will finally move away.
IMHO, of course.
Old news, man. When I was there on 11/4 they were installing the panels on those brick outlines on the floor. It's been weeks now, and that video was old even then.
Thank you, MountainMan. In that case, it wouldn't have changed at all on ETrade, regarding what it shows you. Any insight on the significance, as far as what information Fidelity is reflecting here? Financials coming out and so on? Whether longs should be excited or not?
Has anyone else seen the uptick in EPS? I would have thought that it would be significant.
I use Fidelity, and the EPS for AMFE has been posted as 0.00056 for months. Yesterday it quietly went to 0.000733. Not much, but a simple indicator that tells me that the earnings per share increased 30% since the last report.
Can any of the financial analysts out there tell me how important this is, and why we should or should not be paying attention to this metric? I've only been doing my own investing for a few years, but I have never seen an EPS above zero point zero zero zero zero for a stinky pinky.
Well well well!
Fidelity shows an EPS for AMFE of 0.000733, up from 0.00056 last week. It's incremental progress at least.
Most penny scams show 0.0000 EPS in perpetuity, by their very nature, or due to net operating losses. I'm convinced.
AMFE$$$!!!
PONZI SCHEME, people! Not a good investment!
Why are some of you still analyzing this as if it were a legitimate equity security? Yes, I understand that long-term investors still want it to go up, but you got ripped off!
The best you can do is to hold and hope. Selling at a loss now just guarantees a net loss.
They lied about giving you shares in the "sister company" as well. That's been tanking over the last year too, so it looks like a non-issue (pun intended) regardless.
This is a great investment if you are looking to add some to your red column this year. Don't give these crooks any more money.
If it was only about the hemp beer, some of the financial doldrums would be applicable, but look at all of the older PRs.
The big announcement about the hemp seed horseshi....oops, I mean horse FEED, was supposed to rocket this company into the serious markets. There was a lot of talk about selling this and that, partnership with Wanderport, huge orders for bulk hemp products.
WHERE IS THE CASH FLOW????
Either these people are running a scam or they're inept business people.
Caveat emptor, people. Your money is being taken and you're not getting it back.
Nope, the Market Manipulators have been controlling it all along. They're the flippers here.
I tried to sell at a modest profit back at the end of September, when the PPS showed a minor surge after a long period of stagnation. I wanted to invest in another stock that was actually going up at the time.
The gap here was around 15% give or take, and I placed my ask at $0.0001 below the current posted ask. Well, before I could even refresh my screen the ask was posted at $0.0001 below mine. My order didn't even show.
So I changed my order to $0.0002 below my original ask, and it happened again.
That's when I knew that retail investors were being stomped on, and the MMs would literally tell us when we could sell and for how much.
I disagree. This is the only area that I've seen where SIPC performance does not fall short. It's full-on pathetic, and the diehards can't make any more excuses.
Doesn't really seem that way. A quick glance reveals that they're operating at a net loss and the PPS has been slowly tanking over the past year. Two very simple metrics that can make or break a stock.
A lot of people are finding out that most of these cannabis startups are either complete scams or run by people that are unable to focus long enough to run a business effectively.
I went there on Saturday to check it out. It looks like they're finishing the grow op. Here is my report:
On-site Due Diligence
I just tripled my stake, will buy more once I rearrange my portfolio.
Yes, I've had the "Hide Intro" selected on my feed because there's just too much to scroll through to read messages, and forgot it was there. Take a look, lots of photos, with a construction update dated MAY 2016.
Seriously, almost a year and a half and still not finished????
You can almost build an entire theme park in a year and a half. Why does it take so long to put plumbing and duct work in an existing structure?
Honestly, I will be surprised if anyone has been there at all recently. It wouldn't be the first grow op scam to pop up here. They claim to get financing and then fail to get permits or some other excuse. Total scamateurs.
We'll see.
