There are no pallets of Marani in Florida. That was all just made up MRIB nonsense. I think there might be a case leftover from the film festival at Amelia Island.
Actually quite the opposite. Having already crossed the line on the PR, MRIB has to be careful and has nothing to promote without outright breaking the law. Promoting an insolvent out of business MRIB with false information at this point would result in immediate legal action including personal liability against the only one(s) left being Margrit and the board. That's why we're down to second rate film festivals, Armenian after parties and gay bar promotions and planted rumors filtered through anonymity on message boards. It's all that's left to give the appearance of a company still in operation without exposing themselves to legal liability. I'd bet those involved with the scam are simply holding their breath, staying silent and waiting for the statute of limitations to take effect hoping no one will sue at which point they will decide what next for the public shell be it MRIB 3.0 or some reverse merger selling another "real" product.
And gambling on a R/S is not unrealistic. Check the PPS history for MRIB when they last did so back in 2008. Someone made out with a nice profit in the first two days but I'm sure those were all insiders with perfect timing running the old shut out on commoners.
Bid 5 million shares at $.0002 and I bet you'll get it. The zero cost folks are squeezing out the last few dollars they can before final MRIB shutdown. The insiders know it's worthless paper. They'll take whatever they can get now. They won't do it for low volume though. Gotta' be a big offer.
There you go. Margrit and her friends got impatient. DUMP! Found a sucker who thinks he can get rid of a couple million shares at $.0004 or $.0005. Will find no joy. $.0002 is not far. Tomorrow the market cap gets halved. Another halving on Wednesday next week. The MRIB trap gets set and just waits for the unsuspecting thinking pennies will always come back. Not so for MRIB. The premium trades are closed end private transactions tempting the flippers. Looks like there are still a few who fall for it.
The lip stick is off the MRIB pig it would seem. Whether it's the upcoming debt crisis, lack of financial reporting, the company's silence, insolvency and apparent shut down or just realization that MRIB was more than likely a scam, it would appear there's little to no interest on the buy side and it's game over. Averaging down at $.0001 will just be good money after bad.
Just an interesting side note. Our MRIB friend and MRIB marketing mastermind Doran Ramos filed for and got a trademark last month for a new brand of vodka (personally as an individual), NYLA, that would represent a competitor to MRIB. Intersting folks Margrit has working for MRIB. You have to wonder whether she just screws everyone who end up turning on her or she just associates with garbage she can get on the cheap for as long as it takes to execute the stock selling scam. Pretty sad for MRIB shareholders/bagholders.
Our MRIB dumper appears to be back after taking the day off yesterday. Morning trap set right out of the gate. I'm looking for a big dump at $.0003 and maybe even $.0002. It will be interesting to watch as the first effects of D-Day (Debt day) starts tomorrow.
So have the zero cost basis MRIB holders completed their final exit? All to be dumped has been dumped? So close to the coming debt maturing I would have expected to see some last minute volume. MRIB is pretty much guaranteed to go to $.0001 and become unsellable once the debt hits and surely after the second wave of debt next month.
I remember that one well mostly because the "Rudy" was the Rudy Ruetigger of Notre Dame football and movie fame. I don't believe any of them went to jail though. I believe they all bought their way out.
Regardless, as I recall the total disgorgement was only $11 million. This is relevant to MRIB in the fact that MRIB has already blown through more than $30 million just in cash. JUST CASH. That's not even looking into any disgorgement from stock transactions! Point being that sooner or later MRIB has a good chance of ending up on the SEC radar with those kind of numbers. And MRIB is a much more intricate, albeit sloppy, scam involving a web of fictional shell companies, vendors and financing sources. Here is a short overview and glance of just part of the MRIB scam and web of front companies along with most of the major players:
http://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2d7esj/zodiac-brands-inc
As you can see, the same names are involved in all of these now mostly defunct companies. Most all of them are or were domiciled at the same Red Hill Road address in Tustin, CA used by MRIB as well. There are a number of other public company scams involved as well including Rising India listed at the same "former" address as MRIB.
One other interesting MRIB twist is the involvement of Doran Ramos (or whatever his name is these days). He was involved with a penny scam called Avitar. He claimed to have a production facility in Mexico for shoes and the "joint venture" was to generate $300K a month immediately. Stock went throught the roof and then a massive dump. They pulled it off twice as did MRIB. Mexico? Sound familiar to what has gone on at MRIB? In any case the facility didn't exist and the deal never happened. Company never made a dime, stopped reporting in 2012 and trading was finally halted and the company suspended for good in October last year. Funny... just around the same time MRIB shut down along with Zodiac Brands and a few others at the MRIB address. Looks as though Rising India shut down then too. A lot of odd coincidences with MRIB all surround by very shady operations and questionable trading activity.
MRIB did those things for effect only. The Times Square advertising sounds like a big thing but it's dirt cheap. The boat ravcing was even cheaper and the boat belonged to an insider Guy Griffithe. They didn't even ink the boat so it probably cost next to nothing. All of what MRIB does in respect to marketing and advertising is so folks will think they are active and committed but in reality MRIB just does as little as possible and as cheap as possible to get the desired effect.
And as you might recall MRIB traded for four years while out of business before initiating MRIB 2.0. It quite common for public shells to continue trading long after closing the doors. They go silent and dark and no one really knows. This allows the operators time to both cash in further on stock and figure out what to do with the shell. To be honest and come out and tell folks the company had ceased operations simply doesn't suit their goal of sucking every penny they can from it for as long as they can. As long as MRIB remains dark some folks will speculate they are still around.
MRIB is out of business. Just the last of the insiders dumping whatever stock they have left for whatever they can get. They'll be down to nothing by the end of the week. Just seeing if they can get $.0003 for as long as they can. It's over for MRIB. The scam has run it's course.
Checking for inventory at Costco, it seems Marani has been pulled. Four of their remaining six stores list no inventory and no orders incoming. Total Wine still lists the total inventory off of the five cases ordered eight months ago. MRIB can't release financials. They've sold nothing since Dan Senters left. It's obvious they went out of business in October.
Could that not have been predicted? A little bump up on $50 and then a million share dump. It's so transparent insiders are trying to get out. Chowder heads buying at $.0003 should be aware they will never see any volume above that. Just new bagholders who think they can retail it and flip. They'll learn soon enough. The buying is almost non-existent at $.0003 now.
Actually, we have on what little information that the totally un-transparent MRIB will report, MRIB may have only collected $300K in cash on the notes. If they received no more than the up front money, they could issue the shares within the current A/S. But they would be maxed out and basically would halve the market cap and drive the price to $.0001. There is nothing but doom and gloom for this scam. But since they've been out of business since October it will only be a confirmation not a development. By the way... Doran Santiago Ramos, Zodiac Brands of which Margrit is listed as a founder and former president, who has been dark since October as well has been connected with another penny pump and dump that got halted in... uh... October. Funny coincidence. The only trace of old Doran has been a gofundme account asking for $15,000 to pay for his father's funeral. The fools that have given him $2300 so far don't know what a crook he is. His father has been gone and buried for months yet he continues to raise cash for a funeral that took place over a month ago. Shameful, but par for the course for these scoundrels.
Well it's become quite obvious that there's nothing going on at MRIB and the sources of positive information and claims are entirely non-credible and unsupported. Each time a claim is made and then MRIB investors look for or ask for substantiation the response is no more than an ambiguous distraction avoiding the fact that MRIB has no proof or evidence for any of these outrageous claims from "sales are good" and "MRIB is going to take over the Southeast market" right down to any basic iota of proof that MRIB is even still in business which it appears they are not.
Again, it's probably moot as the MRIB trading seems to reflect knowledge of the nonsensical rumors and false information and no one is going to buy MRIB given no financials let alone knowing that $300K in notes payable come due on Thursday morning and another $300K on the following Wednesday. All in all, debt in excess of the total MRIB market cap! I'm sure we will see a few chowder heads picking up some $0002s and some $.0003s believing they can be flipped but after Thursday its going to get ugly for MRIB shareholders.
Nope. Just a bunch more lies from Margrit's minions about new markets and new sales that are total fiction and loans coming due. MRIB is out of business. Just the shut down of trading this week will confirm it. MRIB should get the OTC skull and crossbones on reporting by the end of the month as well. Dark and defunct.
Only four days of trading left before the first MRIB note payable hits. Should see some big volume and most likely $.0002s or less unless the final exit has already been made. I would assume the zero cost holders will want to get out as soon as possible. All MRIB has going on now is a lot more debt coming and a bunch of lies out on the internet about new business in the Southeast US. Friday should be the last day of any interest in MRIB.
Again, yet another ambiguous response to the questions. We can't put any credibility behind your MRIB claims and the sources are highly questionable. Who is the distributor in Georgia, what is the location and what did they buy from MRIB? That's not a difficult question and it certainly isn't anything that compromises anything MRIB proprietary. It's free advertising for both MRIB and the distributor. Reluctance to provide the information only reinforces the premise that there's little to no truth to it.
And MRIB shareholders should and probably do care. Why would you withhold what would amount to very positive news and information as well as confirmation of new sales and new market? If it's just rumors filtering down to you from MRIB, tell us but do not present it as fact if you don't know. You still have not provided us with an iota of proof that any of these claims about the Southeast MRIB activity are even remotely true or real. None of it is credible without some kind of support. It's very hard to believe when even MRIB themselves don't support your MRIB claims. It only appears to be an insider attempt to keep the stock trading or a bagholder in a last ditch effort making things up to keep MRIB alive and trading.
We pretty much know that MRIB shut down in October. There are no employees. You claimed a Florida rep yet no name or contact. Why would you not let folks know who represents the product? Nonsensical. Keep the sales contact a secret? Why? Geeez, half the buyers of Marani are on these boards. Where better to generate sales? MRIB has no cash, no offices, no financing, no credit, no advertising or marketing. How is this any different than the total fail in California? They have less to work with now than they had eight months ago. And Brazil is a totally dead deal. They don't even have label approval there so any deal is at least a year or more off. You need to start backing up some of these MRIB claims.
What? What in the world does that mean? Used cars? This is just another in a long string of ambiguous responses to the questioning of credibility of MRIB claims that we can only assume are not true.
Why not just give us the name of the MRIB distributor? That would put this whole line of discussion and question of credibility to rest, assuming it was confirmable and real. Without any support or back up of these MRIB claims they have no credibility and are strictly fictional fabrications intended to deceive shareholders and/or find new investors to dump zero basis stock upon.
You can single handedly give MRIB at least some iota of credibility in affirming these claims. I think that is significantly important. Why would you or MRIB and Margrit for that metter not do so? I am struggling with that and I think most everybody else is as well. Honestly, the claims without any support, evidence or confirmability are just adding to MRIB's lack of credibility.
Here's the thing. Margrit sends out a PR if she has a good bowel movement. If she signed up a distributor buying multiple pallets why would she or whoever is pulling the strings at MRIB not issue a PR about it especially in light of the MRIB PPS death spiral? It make absolutely no sense. Silence on the sale would represent a total disservice and slap in the face to existing MRIB shareholders who have seen their investment result in what is now just about a total loss.
When MRIB got Total Wine it was blown into a major thing, most of it wildly inaccurate exaggeration and hype, but big PR effort all the same. It was a sale of five measly cases and they did multiple press releases and two Money TV spots surrounding it. What you are telling us is that MRIB has made a major sale and Margrit is remaining mum on it? Why? I can't think of any possible or logical explanation other than it is not actually true. Perhaps revealing this information would lead to discovery of the many "secret" retailers MRIB has, as some have claimed, that they don't talk about for fear of their competitors finding out. LOL!
We have now heard so many claims of things MRIB is doing or has done recently and the fact is there is not one single iota of evidence or support for these claims. Just ambiguous denials and further unsupported, unverifiable claims without any basis whatsoever. Conversely, there's a ridiculous amount of evidence and support that none of these MRIB claims could possibly be true or accurate. There's not even any evidence that MRIB is still in business whie there's piles of facts and evidence that MRIB is in fact shut down and has been for quite some time.
And who is this friend in Georgia that recently bought Pallets of Marani from MRIB? Surely you can divulge the name of this distributor as it would be very good news for MRIB and very good for your friend in getting the news out to potential customers.
And how many pallets of Marani were purchased? That can be calculated and we can get an idea of what MRIB sales were on the deal. Even if it's just one distributor, sales are so anemic that any sales would be significant especially multiple pallets. I am sure every existing MRIB shareholder would be very interested in hearing those numbers.
Always the retort with no support! Just saying "Wrong!" is all that can be said as to the challenge of a fictional event or claim. The proper response would be: "Wrong! MRIB has a distributor in Georgia named (fll in the blank) located in (fill in the blank). Their phone number is (fill in the blank) and the contact is (fill in the blank).
But because the distributor is not really a distributor or most likely doesn't even exist this can't be done. This is the MRIB way. The suggestion is made in an attempt to get people to believe it's true. If MRIB were to give out any details or respond with anything other than an ambiguous denial it could be checked out and MRIB proven to be either exaggerating or outright lying as has happened so many times as Margrit spins her web of lies and then gets caught in it. So now she and her minions just make stuff up and then don't respond to any challenge on the assumption and goal that if you can't prove it wrong, it must be true. Very deceptive and shady but that has been par for the course for MRIB and Margrit. She has proven beyond a doubt that she is a sociopath and pathological liar as are her agents of MRIB propaganda.
Gold Team, can you or someone from MRIB please give us the name and address of the MRIB distributor in Georgia? It would certainly be of great interest and service to the MRIB investor base. I can help out there too. I recently bought a business that is located in Alpharetta just outside of Atlanta. Assuming this MRIB distributor, if they exist, would most likely be in that area, I can have someone stop in and check them out and find out what retailers carry or will be carrying Marani in Georgia. I'll get some pictures if possible as well of those palletes of Marani. Should be a real shot in the arm for those still holding hope for MRIB. I await your response.
There are never any specifics. It's the MRIB way. A myriad of superfluous claims and wild exaggerations that are NEVER backed up or supported. In most cases much of the MRIB information is total fabrication. Phantom MRIB reps, distributors and retailers are and have been commonplace for MRIB since this latest iteration of MRIB.
If there was a real distributor why can we not have the name? Why in the world would the distributor who has supposedly already ordered pallets of product not want his name out there? It's nonsense. And what's the response when this MRIB nonsense is challenged or called into question? A non response and just more false information added onto the fictional claim with a string of ridiculous excuses as to why supporting evidence cannot be provided like "it's too easy to find on your own", "Margrit doesn't want to release the information", "MRIB is protecting itself from bashers" or "MRIB is protecting themselves from the competition". All just lame MRIB excuses to avoide the truth that it's all fiction.
How many times have we heard from MRIB that good things are coming? The last good news that was even remotely true was the overly exaggerated national retailer, Total Wine, which turned out to be a regional five case total fail. Since then there's been absolutely no good news or events other than one last big fat Brazil lie in January.
The entire premise that sales outside of California will somehow differ in a postive way is ridiculous. And each and every time those suggesting it are asked how and why there is no response. MRIB can't sell vodka anywhere. They've proven that only too clearly. Changing geography is just a last ditch effort suggesting some form of hope for MRIB where there is none. Anyone who knows even an iota about selling and running a business should be able to see the nonsense in these claims of new sales. Especially when there is ZERO support or evidence of such. So be aware that anytime you see MRIB claims of good things coming, sales going good, new reps and distributors, the right people are now involved, Margrit working hard, etc., it's all total bullshit.
There are no known MRIB distributors in Georgia. All of that talk is fabrication. MRIB has two licenses listed with the Georgia TTB and both are listed as "INACTIVE" with no tax jurisdiction assigned which means they have not reported or submitted any sales and hence they have no established distribution point. Just the facts.
And I have to say, if someone knows of a distributor in Georgia who is buying Marani, let alone in pallet volume, please tell us who it is and where they are placing it for retail sales. This should be no problem, especially if this so called distributor is a "friend". Or is this information a secret? That would make a lot of sense. A friend is going to try and sell for MRIB but doesn't want anyone to know they have it available? Please. Stop with the secrecy nonsense. Without a name we all know very well that any so called distributor and/or reference to sales in Georgia is absolute made up bullshit generated by MRIB minions if not MRIB and Margrit herself. No name, no distributor. Pretty simple. And so very obvious is that if there is a distributor but no one knows who it is sales will logically be ZERO.
And one last question to those making claims of Southeast sales. How would it be possible that MRIB can sell in the Southeast but not in California? What's different? This is a question that has been asked ad infinitum and has never been addressed or answered. Most likely because it is so illogical a premise that there is no answer and it's just a made up pipe dream trying to keep MRIB alive with some fictional "new market".
I forgot. Margrit's car and expenses will come due at the beginning of the month but after the notes payable are due. Guess she had to start selling in anticipation of the coming final decimation of the MRIB PPS. After the first of the month you won't be able to give MRIB stock away. This one will go down as one of the real beauties. How a woman as dumb and untalented as Margrit with the bag of trash that MRIB is could fool so many people? Just astonishing. She really should be in jail or should I say, she and the people telling her how to do it should be in jail. No way this broad could pull it off on her own. She's dumber than a bag of rocks with the education, experience and talent of a bad girl Friday.
Southeast sales for MRIB are in! MRIB in May-June sold ZERO. Confirmed by Margrit. But they do have a new retailer in Florida. They have two cases they got for free and they have put them on the shelves. Margrit is hoping this will be a catalyst to that liquor store's second store and two more cases that will actually be paid for. Meanwhile, Margrit is still spending $100K a month so she needs a lot more of these deals. Like 700 of them just to cover her nut.
The upcoming notes have nothing to do with Bodie. They were notes issued for $600K in new cash. Clearly laid out in the last financials. Bodie is still owed $100K which probably comes due in August but I figure Margrit did that deal to get out of the lawsuit knowing she had already shut down and Bodie would just get worthless stock.
And as far as Southeast saving MRIB? How is two cases leftover from the failed festival given to a sponsor going to do anything? There is not a single retailer in any Southeast who actually purchased and stocks Marani. That's a fact. There are 12 bottles for sale though at some corner liquor store in Amelia Island Florida. Good luck saving the insolvent MRIB on those sales.
Last, out of 60 bottles ordered by Total Wines eight months ago, they've sold 14 total.
The dumping is getting more and more difficult... Only one more trading week left to unload. Anyone holding shares at the end of the month is TOTALLY screwed. Nothing but $.0002s and less are going to get any volume action if that. All that's left are the degenerate gamblers who think they might be able to flip some.
Yes. Very misleading and deceptive statistics. Per capita consumption is not valid for determining size of market. To determine MRIB potential market size you must apply per capita consumption to population. And where does the Southeast rank on population? Not a single city in the top 10. Miami and Atlanta barely make the top fifty. Add up the top ten cities in the Southeast and you barely hit half the market size of LA alone. Looking at MRIB sales in their home city this does not bode well for MRIB on the road in the tiny Southeast market.
Nope. In fact the Florida market is tiny with little to no potential for MRIB sales. Given per capita spirits consumption and population, only Jacksonville and Miami make the top fifty on population at #12 and #44 respectively and per capita state consumption ranks 12th behind DC, Delaware, North Dakota, Alaska, Nevada, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, Minnesota, South Dakota, Colorado and surprisingly, number one on the list, New Hampshire.
It's all a moot point as MRIB has not been able to sell jack in their own backyard and the second largest market in the states. To think the Southeast offers anything but an equivalent failure is misguided nonsense. Just a false alternative to current failed operation attempting to offer hope where there is none.
Nope. Not true. You must be making that up. All the stats show Folrida is just. It a vodka state and not enough population to back any of the numbers you're boasting.
That organization has never given a dime to any cause for cancer. I checked their tax filings. Another cancer fraud like the Armenian one in Orange County. Fraud everywhere where MRIB is concerned.
Florida ranks less than 25th nationwide in vodka sales. And sales are not picking up. Sales have been documented at zero. No sales of Marani. Any reports of sales are fabricated. There is total proof of no sales in Florida. There is only proof of a couple of guys in Belgium and Glendale, CA of trying to convince people to buy MRIB stock on such information. Fact is that MRIB does not have a single dollar of sales reported in alcohol sales in any other state than CA. Control boards have MRIB at less than $2000 for the entire Q2 nationwide. Looks like MRIB is really out of business. Gold Team has obviously been getting false info feeder to him by Margrit. Sorry Gold that Margrit has used you so badly and abusively by feeding you false information. She should be run out of town on rails for what she forced you to do under false pretenses.
Actually, MRIB might be a great buyout candidate. Pay virtually nothing for it, reverse merge it with some other scam concept and give Margrit a couple shares of the new entity. Easy deal. Margrit has nothing to lose and everything to gain. The existing MRIB shareholders get wiped out but Margrit doesn't care.
The people who took over MRIB in the early 2000's? Now you're just making stuff up. Margrit started it in 2001. She has been in charge since inception except for sixt months in 2009, a year in which she received $4 million in compensation and a $500K severance plan. I seriously doubt she was ever NOT in charge. She just needed more cash up front than she could pull from a salary to cover real estate losses and a severance plan fit the bill.
Fact is Marani is an average product and from what we've learned about production, possibly sub par and cheaply made. And that is not going to get MRIB anywhere. The company is out of business. They can't even give away the stuff so they cart it off to some hokey tasting at a corner liquor store with no people there. Such a joke. Your stories have gone a little too far.
Ok. What new vodka products are not good? Can you name a few? And where is Marani getting respect from? The Amelia Film Festival crowd of 26 attendees? Costco, who respected MRIB so much they shut them out of more than half of the handful of stores they had? Perhaps the ZERO new retailers and distributors that MRIB has been able to secure since Dan Senters left? The attendees of the after party for the screening of a movie in Armenia that hasn't even been released yet and was total bullshit?
Again, more claims without support or substantiation. Who are these "right people". Honestly, to be involved with Margrit not only are they not right, they're not right in the mind. Are these right people going to take care of the debt coming due? What are they doing? They're obviously not selling vodka. It's probably a moot point because no one is going to buy MRIB knowing they have $600,000 in debt coming due at the end of the month against less than $2000 in sales. The "right" people don't get involved with deals like that let alone companies that already have $3 million in existing debt and have blown through $30 million.
Of course it's thin. The whole thing is thin just like any insolvent shut down shell. MRIB has one or two sellers and 150 bagholders hanging on with nothing to lose by doing so and refusing to accept MRIB as a total loss, at least until the end of the year. And what happens when the debt hits? Would you buy MRIB right now knowing there's $600,000 of gloom and doom coming in less than two weeks? No way MRIB sees $.001. By the first week of July MRIB holders will be lucky to see $.0002. While preaching such optimism and positive speculation about MRIB I'd love to hear those doing so to explain what MRIB is going to do about the coming debt. And while they're at it whether they think we will EVER see MRIB financials again which we all know are abysmal.
We hear that all the time. Just being set up for another MRIB Dumparoo. Time is running out for the zero cost shares for those that are left. Two weeks before the debt hits and MRIB is toast. Buying before that is just suicide.
