And as you might recall MRIB traded for four years while out of business before initiating MRIB 2.0. It quite common for public shells to continue trading long after closing the doors. They go silent and dark and no one really knows. This allows the operators time to both cash in further on stock and figure out what to do with the shell. To be honest and come out and tell folks the company had ceased operations simply doesn't suit their goal of sucking every penny they can from it for as long as they can. As long as MRIB remains dark some folks will speculate they are still around.
