Yeah, look at what he did:

You can see the pushes are retail, through supports, because large dumps actually never dropped it. They got soaked up on the bid. Those very well could be the wash trading or shorts, but also just people getting out because they saw the large share dumps and panicked. Who knows. Very interesting biology here, though.
Does look like that should be a decent washout. Company looks to have fenced about 75-80 MM shares today, at least, as well. Maybe a turn up in PH, and positive movement tomorrow. Like I said, though, not a smart move on the company's part, by only pushing important info on the website. Hopefully they follow up with a regular PR over large wires.
Wow. Just got back on. All that volume. Looks like lots of retail exited because TCEL isn't publicizing on regular business wires. Any ideas why they aren't? If they are dropping millions on patents they should spare the 20k to push it on real news wires instead of just putting it on their website. That's some rather poor efforts on the company's part to keep the general public updated. Easy to see why the crash. Not very smart.
Interesting games. Looks like a possible boot strap run in the PM. Gotta get some other reports in on Japan's rising debt problems. I will check back in a bit! Good luck folks and to all! :)
Those large sale blocks don't help anybody get out, though. So that would mean morons. Lol. I would actually be more inclined to believe it to be intentional ask stacking to keep the price suppressed to protect a position or to trade for a better percentage flip. Not much evidence of a hard pump. Not enough promotion for that.
Do we have an intentional saboteur on the ask or just a bunch of morons?
Looks like we should see a nice turn here shortly. Think I shall grab some. Better than the .56's...
Please explain how a singular side note on an article that has a main topic of an entirely different company is proof of a P&D for TCEL. This allegation is very thin.
Oh, I am expecting the last two days should have been a huge fund raising event by the company. They should be running pretty low on shares left to sell by now, I believe, though. 1 B shares on Mon/Tues traded? They had to dilute a considerable amount of shares. Even 200 MM shares @ avg of .004 would put them at less than half of necessary funds for stated necessities for patent completion, though. So they would still need either private placement, angel investor, partnership, or an increase to A/S. Hoping that news gives us a name of a new partner with deep pockets, which is what I believe most people are anticipating.
Great support, now retail needs to back of the ask. Still some stacking and crowding without much slapping and momentum pushes. Afternoon might prove more promising. I have some suspicions of after chow news drop instead of before market open. Would be a better play to give shorter times to adjust and perpetuate a stronger momentum run from the start of the week and bridge into a continuation today and tomorrow with a minor selloff friday morning and flatline on friday afternoon. JMO.
Now it looks a lot more like retail crowding the ask worrying about getting their monies back, and keeping the 10k bids of other MM's down at the same levels. Kind of a rookie move, but not unexpected without the news everybody was hoping for. I will keep checking back. Good things - RSI has cooled and MACD looks like it has bottomed out, while there doesn't seem to be much more room for dilution on TCEL's end in this one, so should be some good movement today or tomorrow. Good luck to all!
Did you know that through some brokers you can also pay to selectively use VFIN as your MM to complete your trade? I have seen it done on some stocks as a scare tactic before, and it worked like a charm until I bought the chunk he was selling and it ended up being just a normal order. Not saying that is always the case, but sometimes it is. Just some food for thought - always be suspicious. People will use anything they can to get you to play the game they want you to. Here, though, it would probably be dilution with them needing money for the patent. I am betting on them running out of shares to dilute, or not needing to dilute anymore, with as much volume as we have seen over the last two days and the current A/S.
Hahaha. Very true. The dramatics, in the least, can be quite entertaining.
Looks like a 53 - 64 move ready.
What's the buzz there? Any specifics you can deliver? Stem cell research is rather broad. Do you know of any companies or particular interest past the obvious?
Wow, people, settle down. It hasn't even gotten past the first hour of trading yet. Let her get her feet planted.
Many stocks are "covered" worldwide, but it doesn't always mean amazing things. Remember to leave the emotion out, my friend, and focus on the numbers and observations of reactions of the public. Good luck to all here. Hopefully TCEL does very well.
I think it is going to get shaken down on open. Going to try picking up some shares then. Going to give it about 25 min for the RSI to cool from afternoon buy into close. Bound to have some more shorts come out or whiners bail if news doesn't hit on the second when they want it. I anticipated a full on sell off of the news anyhow, depending on how important it was. Let's see how she does. Looking for that pivot between momentum swings over the last few days...
Key problem with somatic stem cells is they don't have the versatility that basal stem cells do. They have to rely on plasticity and hope that the inclination to be able to regenerate other tissue groups hold out. That is why lots of chord blood stem cell groups have jumped up. Successful division of somatic cells is relatively easy, it successful specialization into traumatized tissue groups that gets me tricky. I was playing this off tech signals. Sounds like I will be doing some more research in better long term viability for heavier investment possibility. ...
Needs to hold up a little better for a follow on tomorrow, I am thinking here. Otherwise looking like a nasty red run tomorrow with a recovery in the pm and maybe a light green Thursday. The momentum is running very oddly, and the way people sell news in the past quarter has been rough. Thoughts?
Nice. Need that news drop. Should be an interesting day for that.
Haha! Didn't even see you there! Should have know I would find you on a fast mover. Watching that pennant set up the same as I, I imagine? What set this one's feathers in a ruffle for the day?
Looks like the back and forth has gone nicely here. Liquidity looks like one more bounce to .006 and the pennant would be great for good afternoon run. What's the cause for kickstart this morning?
I hope everybody ends up okay here. I stayed away from this one after that R/S, since I was very skeptical of that price spike with the new O/S going from 7 MM to over 50MM in one day. That should have been enough cash to buy IR out of their full boat of shares. Try not to panic folks, halts aren't suspensions. Good luck to everybody, though. I will still be watching, at least out of curiosity. Looks like the dust may take a good deal more time to settle than initially thought.
So IR 80 MM share pre split request is only 1.6 MM post split shares. Already gone maybe? That's seriously some major volume. That could have taken care of a lot of the remaining shares IR has left to issue. Hmmm....
Please remember to protect profit, for your own benefit. Nobody knows here how much IR still has in play at this point.
Whoa! I would have never expected this. Be careful ladies and gents. Still wouldn't bet on this going smooth for a long period of time. But absolutely excellent for all those that caught it!
Hey Rhee! Not really a reply to that post, but looks like the psych factor of the R/S took us under prior momentum swings for midday targets. Never good when people lose money, but good day if you can get the shares to short. Any new calls or waiting this out for the dust to settle a bit? I think I am backing down to let the frenzy break it down a while and keep an eye on it. Hitting you with a member mark. Been loving the technical explanations.
I don't even think there's enough shares to short to go around on this one. IR has too many shares to dump and no buyers left in the house. This is falling faster than the last R/S.
Split hits them same way it hits everybody else. Meaning they are supposed to be short less shares, but roughly the same value.
Gotcha. I was expecting a dip in the am and wait for the bottom around .05 before buying to scalp. Now, though, with the R/S it seems it will be a short sellers' wet dream if they can catch the upticks.
That'll change the day game up a bit.
You grab a few for a morning pop again? I was thinking dip and rip play for the am.
https://listingcenter.nasdaqomx.com/IssuersPendingSuspensionDelisting.aspx
They aren't there. Why do they need to say they have an extension?
Not seeing much of a chance for any consolidation at higher levels here, with so much short game and dilution in play. Think the opening bounces will hold much longer? I was looking for a possible fall back in the cycle and watch a low bounce at the close, followed by initial dip in the morning. Then a pop after the oversell.
Don't forget the other 46.3 MM shares IR had requested and has not had delivered yet. It stated those weren't included. So, unless NEWL can put a cap on that, lookin at upwards of 300 MM O/S by close of the week, at a minimum.
Looks like another turn soon. Remember the HFT'ers are in play, greasing the skids and trying to close the gap. You want a higher sale price, you have to back off the ask and jump under and repeat. Otherwise they will always beat you by .0001 until you splash the bid. Once the fight up slows we could be testing/breaking .06 again within seconds.
That could be why they are trying to get the maximum amount of capital in the shortest amount of time.
You are right, let me fix that. It had it for the moment. Check all my comments. I have always said to only play the rips. That was a decent support, try and play a small bounce maybe to .068, but probably still more to dump from IR this afternoon. Don't know how many they have been able or will be allowed yet to sell today, and if they will be able to push the price any lower than this. There could actually be enough buyers today to keep it from going under .06. Don't know until we see the afternoon. I don't expect much, though.
