EVERYONE should be!!!
Good call!
If it doesn't get denied...where do you predict the share price to land at? Thanks in advance!
When do you think the IPR will be denied or not denied? Think in a month or two? How strongly do you feel it will be denied? Thanks!
I am not too concerned either, but they have (twice) in a couple of months lowered their outlook...just stating facts here. I don't think the impact has or will be huge because it hasn't greatly affected SFOR's share price (maybe softened it some, but not too concerning). I am long, but cautious of the price falling further and will load more if the value warrants). Done posting today! Good luck!
There is one analysis firm covering SFOR. They downgraded SFOR to significantly underperform on Friday. I found this source out on Fidelity's trading portal.
VERY IMPORTANT information! Shouldn't we be watching SFOR's response to this prior to the stated deadline? Major reason why (per definition via Cornell Law)...
Motion to Dismiss. Formal request for a court to dismiss a case. Reasons for dismissal vary. Examples include a settlement between the parties, voluntary withdrawal of the complaint, and procedural defects such as a lack of jurisdiction or a failure to state a claim.
So if SFOR's lawyer agrees in their response, then it is very likely a motion to dismiss (in this case) is based on reaching a settlement. If SFOR's lawyer responds in a defensive manor, then SFOR might not get its way and it could signal longer litigation (hopefully, not a dismissal in favor of the defendant).
Just putting this out there...I think the response to this will be key.
What is this? MSCI Inc downgrades STRIKEFORCE TECHNO COM USD0.0001 POST SPLIT from 3 to 1. Investars Analyst Actions - public – 07/01/2017
That is on Fidelity.
Welcome! I've been in and out of trading SFOR far longer than most individuals on this board...I don't post messages that often anymore because I rather spend my time trading (and holding some in certain cases). This board has been the same for years...Longs and Bashers. Just like any penny stock, don't risk more than you can afford. A few winners over the years and several losers when they did their reverse splits. Yes, revenue is not great, but if deals or lawsuits pay off, the price per share can rocket. On the other hand, it is closer to zero than a dollar and if revenue doesn't come in soon, I feel the common shareholder will see the share price drop a lot. We are betting and gambling with risk. Everyone has to (individually) determine how much they want to risk/bet/gamble. My opinions, and good luck if you buy in.
I hope you are right (not saying you aren't)...haven't checked it out too much yet. Need a settlement FAST because I see the Net Income Loss portion of the Q-10 is almost $1,400,000 (Loss) with high monthly cash burn rate compared to cash on hand...not good!
Jury Demand is what I see, and not a settlement. I hope you can tell us where it says settlement. Thanks!
10Q is out. Not much cash on hand to sustain the monthly expenses SFOR has. Will need to get more dough/finance operations somehow (hopefully not out of shareholder's hide). Going to need money!
I do believe he has been a share holder, etc., and he was very glad to be one until SFOR went through their R/S. He was active years ago on this board (like I once was) and was very much pro-SFOR. I can't say what his trading/buying/selling tendencies were or are because I only know him from this board back then. His view on SFOR was better then, than obviously now. The R/S's SFOR did hurt some people badly.
I believe he said he "thinks" it will stick. Doesn't mean it will stick at/above one cent, because he has said over and over the years that he doesn't control the share price.
Speaking of channel partners...I think retail investors are "channel partners" for SFOR now because this isn't going any where soon without an award(s) from lawsuits or some kind of real/meaningful announcement. Retail investors keeping SFOR propped up, but not by much. Believe me I want it to go up, but history will replay itself if they don't have the cash on hand. This is my opinion, and I hope something good/meaningful occurs before cash runs out. All of this is my opinion, but I've been around when Surfcast went to SFOR's headquarters and this tanked soon after, and have seen what SFOR does (historically) when cash is low.
Did someone from the Strikeforce office tell you that?
I knew some would find this not to be the case but we have more coming! 40 percent is the discount for some investors such as Class B shareholders. I will say too that it could have been a lot of people dumping due to financials that they didn't like, however, the classic 40 percent plus dip occurred quickly as done many many times before.
I don't think anyone mentioned the reason for the downturn was due to investors converting at their usual 40 percent discount. It has happened numerous times in the past on news days. It actually goes down past 40 percent because people panic and it goes even lower. The financials weren't all that bad even though we wanted more revenue...I think some sold due to their not liking the recent filing but look at the history over the past few years...news days often, but not always, incorporated 40 percent plus dips due to conversions.
***I cannot believe the amount of people on here that are bashing a decent report (other than sales being softer than we wanted), but at least it wasn't lower than the same period a year ago. There has been several improvements. I guess people are bummed they didn't get to compute their, "Millions of shares X $1.00 per share" because of this filing. Maybe go elsewhere if you can do better! Does anyone really think the current price was inflated for "expected better numbers" in this filing? I guess that will be answered by the number of sellers vs. buyers over the next couple of days. There will be buyers ready to load this week because they aren't trying to get rich off of one or two filings...they see the potential further down the road. Good luck all!
Correct, not bad! Although more revenue would be nice (but glad it was not less), other parts of the financials are MUCH better than the last period.
Looks like more money to come in to buy shares/support is showing up like you said.
There were multiple MM signals yesterday, and they triggered almost 2-3 minutes after they signaled. Two were to take it down to load shares and another was wanting shares but not to take it down. They didn't load much on the first two attempts. If any of us was a MM, we would manipulate too. I also think stop losses also make it look like SFOR shares are under attack.
NOOBOne...good find! I hope more news/information like this gets published. What is even better about your find, is that I did not see that it was a paid PR by SFOR. Looks like this company seeks out certain companies with certain performance standards, and writes editorials about them. Again, good find, and I too hope Trump's Cyber budget can boost SFOR (like the article indicates that it might or could (possibly).
Anyone think this will go down tomorrow IF news doesn't come out that is different than what we already know? Yes, the 2 new lawsuits are great, but they have nothing to do with generating revenue now and a settlement (if any is months/years away). A lot of hoping and wishing going on with the previous 3 but who knows what is going to happen there (timing and how much SFOR will be awarded/if they are awarded)? Hoping SFOR rockets up, but having a feeling after a day or two it could be back to sub-penny if there isn't any other DECENT news other than what we already know.
Exactly! SFOR PR's that are hidden among other companies in little known or little read publications don't mean much. These are the most common SFOR has published (probably cheapest PR's), and a high chance it will be one of them again. For something to take SFOR to the next level...I too have to see it to believe it. There isn't much that propped up the shares from the 7's to 8's on Friday. She could go to 7's again.
You are correct! Sellers will be chasing to get back in next week at higher prices. GO SFOR!
Thanks, and have a profitable day!!!
Thanks...in the game, but sick lately, so thanks for your update. Go SFOR!
Kilo and ZPaul, when do you think settlement announcement(s) might hit? Someone said in about 20 days...do you think sooner? Thanks!!!
I think one or more MM is going to take this down to load shares...if that is the case, it will be a little while before a sustainable pop, but nothing to worry about. If they are loading, all the better for the long run. GO SFOR!
Noticed that too with some signals and stacking.
Could be...MM's are marking this very heavy today with signals. I'm not going to reply back because I will be ready to trade when she starts going either way...good luck!
You are right about the default...SFOR will take it out on common shareholders if they want to pay with shares instead of cash. Right now, they must not be knocking too hard at SFOR's door, but that could change, and when it does, common holders will get hurt.
Revenue was not all that impressive (still way below expenses)...better than before, but still hopeful in the future for much better revenue!
I had a bid in at 27 and Fidelity filled it at 31...how nice is that? They will be getting a call EOD.
Got a good spread out of it...sometimes she pops shortly in the morning with the spread. We will have to see the details of the Trustwave info to see which way she is going to go.
Best answer today..."They aren't ready." And, that is exactly it. So many think an extension is largely detrimental and it really is not. GO SFOR!
Lots of shares to be had...cheap compared to the last few days. Hasn't been very much demand or we wouldn't be in the 3's right now. Go SFOR!
Sure...I'll bet Mark Kay spent his time on IHUB...I HIGHLY doubt it.
How did you confirm it?
