I don't know why the company doesn't do a share buyback, or at least use the cash sitting on the balance sheet to pay down debt to reduce interest expense and increase earnings even more(the most recent year had an increase in interest expense vs. the prior year). Having cash just sit on the balance sheet is inefficient.
check out the 10-k for details on the .07 warrants. but its for the number of shares i quoted. it is trading above that price now, but the volume is so light that no one could ever sell 100s of millions of shares into this thing above .07....itd have to be double this price and hold steady there trading millions of shares a day before the warrant holders would convert.
"Ash" has made a lot of promises, nearly all of which have not come true. If half of them do, the stock's worth a lot more. If not, then it sits in sub-penny hell.
I'm long but this is no $1 stock. The shares outstanding will essentially double (405M more shares) if/when the stock is consistently trading a premium to the .07 warrant strike price on solid volume. This isn't a $650M company. Its a helluva nice penny stock though and should go up nicely from here. I'd gladly be happy if the market gave this a P/E of 4 :)
got 30k at .072 and 45k at .0667. Looks like a solid company. Not worth $1 or anything crazy like that, but it surely shouldn't be at .067!!
I will buy any shares that db7 doesn't want to buy, at .01. Send me a private message if you are interest.
Consider this to be a bid built up at .01 :)
db7, keep trying, it can be done! I will even three-way call with you if you'd like. They have my account history and can see they did a private transaction.
these guys don't know what the h*ll they are talking about thinking a pink sheet company has to file financials!
Guys there are THOUSANDS of publicly traded companies who haven't filed financials in years, get a clue!
by the way, db7, you may get some resistance from TDA wanting to do private transactions while a stock is suspended but i know firsthand from experience that it is possible. I did a transaction during an SEC suspension when I was short a nasdaq stock at the time, and the SEC suspended it and I found someone who was long who wanted to sell for whatever he could, so we arranged a private transaction. I had a margin account so they took the cash from my account and put it into his account and got the shares from him which they used to cancel out my short position. You'll get resistance and a low service level CS rep. will say its illegal or impossible blah blah blah, but they just don't know how to do it.
there is nothing illegal/misleading with not filing financials----that's why there is a pink sheets market after all, so it has nothing to do with the lack of filing financials.
hey db7, been watching this on my streamer and was shocked to see it suspended among other outright POS....this thing doesn't appear to be a scam. You said it right, there are outright scams that just issue shares, do a R/S and then do that all again with no intention to be a true business. I guess SEC is trying to make an example and unfortunately they picked CLYW as one of the ones to do so with. But this will trade again in two weeks, imo. question is what does it open up at---.02 or .03 you think??
Please: did anyone who sold SNRY after the end of October 2010 get their SOPV shares from the spin-off?? Thanks!
Again, please-----did anyone who sold SNRY after the end of October 2010 get their SOPV shares from the spin-off?? Thanks!
It sure would be one helluva coincidence if the LOI R/M PR came out the same time the convertible debt could be converted, wouldn't it???
Here is a lawyer who may be worth making a call to:

if you guys start a class action, i'm in. i also had some conversations and emails with jim short. he's just as corrupt as matt is. they follow each other from scam to scam.
what is the court date tomorrow about? tia eom
how can he sell them through PLC? Sunlogics PLC and this thing are two separate entities. It'd be like using citigroup shares to sell traveler's insurance.
I spoke with chuck. he didn't say they had financing, but he said in a smart $%^ tone do you think we'd be doing all this if we didn't have financing in place? So he inferred they have financing lined up, but trust me, financing can fall through until all the documents are signed. Banks can pull corporations' lines of credit for any reason, so they surely can pull financing LOIs.
based on your research, can pigs fly? At $7/share, the company would be valued at around $500M. Its a potential financier of solar projects-----if they can even get the financing. If you give it a P/E of 20, it would have to have PROFITS of $25M! Right now, I doubt SLMU could raise $25M!
Dude, right now it can't hold $.07 so talking about $7 is just ridiculous. I'd be happy to see financing news and a stock price in the .10s again.
it very well may have been a total pump and dump. i guess only time will tell!
Its a total conflict of interest and shady as hell that the CEO of both of these companies owns both the shells!!
don't the two guys' whose names were removed from the management tab also have a history of being sued? so whats better that these two guys are shady and onboard or that they aren't onboard?
I recognize the difference between sunlogics and the management fund SLMU R/Med with.
Wonder why Mike M. is using two shells for this play on Sunlogics---and the other shell for the real ownership of Sunlogics is getting like no volume on a foreign exchange??? At least if he was pumping and dumping he has liquidity available on SLMU to dump into(when they put out news).
UPDATED: I called Chuck Bryant and he wouldn't directly answer any of the questions I asked him today, he just kept saying follow the press releases and he wouldn't explain the change of management on the website.
I asked him about the CFO and other member of management whose name was pulled from the website, why/how SLMU is even necessary----i.e. why doesn't Sunlogics just get the financing, etc.
"He did say, well we wouldn't do this unless we had the financing available" or something cocky to that effect. Other than that he just kept saying with an attitude "follow the PRs" blah blah blah
Instead of buying SLMU, why not buy Sunlogics PLC stock directly instead? Does anyone know what the market cap is for Sunlogics PLC?
did you guys notice that there was convertible debt that was due to convert no later than 1/27/2010? And when did we get the BS PR? 1/27/2010. Either way this thing has $2M in liabilities and nothing to keep it from going into the pennies or less again.
I agree if the reverse split would have been 1:10 or so that we would have gotten a bounce, but a 1:1000 crushed this thing for us. Think about it, who is going to buy this thing for $3,$5, etc.? Not penny chasers----they love the sub-penny junk vivk was before the reverse split.
nicosia and jim short are losers. i know someone who forms shells and a brand new publicly traded otcbb shell is worth $500k. these douches can't even get the value to half of that!! look for the stock to drop under .10 and vivk to stop making sec filings.
These guys are full of shit...media asset sale, share buyback, increasing shareholder value, quarterly conference calls, etc.
Its also funny how the CEO claimed the company was debt free on their conference call but had a $600K liability/debt on the balance sheet.
Did anyone who sold between the end of October and December get their SOPV shares?
Has anyone noticed the address in the 8-K is the same address that was listed by the complete scam IARO?? Similar story, hopefully better results for you guys.
thanks, icono! good to see you too! i don't get to check the boards much (finishing up my mba this semester) so hope to be back on the boards more this summer and beyond and follow this great board! You guys have been doing excellent from what I've seen.
FPP is worth looking into. Small oil and gas producer that is profitable and unlike most small O&G, the bulk of its revenues come from oil instead of gas, and its been increasing oil production = the increase in WTI will hit the bottom line big time for FPP.
who do you think was buying last week at .0103 and .0105???
they are current on their filings, so I don't get how that is possible??
Yes, I'm still buying around a penny in response to stocker's previous post.
please do provide a link showing they got delisted to the pink sheets.
I disagree and I've been buying from .009-.011. If you want to sell, I'll gladly buy them.
so essentially you plan on buying over almost 2 months of trading days then? $5k x 40 trading days @ 5 trading days a week, 4 weeks per month(more than that but then subtract holidays, etc.)
you must not be putting your money where your mouth is because if you truly want $200K, you must not be buying much as the stock's down 24% and the volume is about $70k worth today, and i've bought some myself. unless you are waiting for .03 or so.
has anyone spoken to anyone at the company recently? i have tried calling the number on the press releases, but have not been able to reach anyone over the past week or so. is there a better person/contact number available?
.009 to .014 isn't a big percentage move?
how do you get a P/E of 1. 10?? Please, do the math for me!
