UPDATED: I called Chuck Bryant and he wouldn't directly answer any of the questions I asked him today, he just kept saying follow the press releases and he wouldn't explain the change of management on the website.

I asked him about the CFO and other member of management whose name was pulled from the website, why/how SLMU is even necessary----i.e. why doesn't Sunlogics just get the financing, etc.

"He did say, well we wouldn't do this unless we had the financing available" or something cocky to that effect. Other than that he just kept saying with an attitude "follow the PRs" blah blah blah
