Can you give me an update on aviptadil? Are they planning clinical trials this year for sarcoidosis? I didn't qualify for the Atyr Pharmaceuticals clinical trial. My forced vital capacity lung test was low. They wanted it at 50 & mine was at 40. I'll find out on Monday if I qualify for another clinical trial with Kinevant Therapeutics. But I feel that I won't qualify for it either. I saw the physician heading that trial yesterday. He wants to start me on a biologic (remicade). At this point I'll try anything! I'm hoping that maybe he can help me to get kinevant through expanded access. My own pulmonologist will not apply for expanded access of kinevant! He told me that he didn't feel comfortable prescribing a non-fda approved drug! I angrily told him that everything he has given me hasn't worked! That I'm going to die! He told me that he took an oath to do no harm. That he would do everything to prevent me from dieing. I don't believe him. He has exhausted all medications to treat me. I'm sorry for venting. I've been checking clinical trials.gov frequently. But I didn't see any trial for aviptadil. Any news is greatly appreciated.........
Test Pilot, This blog tells me that Endurion isn't completely developed yet. That the team has much more work on the battery. I sent an email to Coretec 3 days ago asking for an update on Endurion. That investors want to know why another timeline was missed by management? That if more time is needed for the battery completion, then say so. I'm afraid that the team may have run into problems! Why the delay? I also said that the ceo needs to update investors on the company's financials. Why hasn't Coretec mass produced chs for revenue? Then there's the Adelaide report. Where's the thunderous news promised by the CEO? Too many unanswered questions by management. We need a proven working product period.....
Quick shift,
Thats why I haven't bought anymore shares! I must see physical proof of progress. Saying that they're hard at work, this is the next breakthrough, rehash of company milestones, etc isn't bringing in revenue. We need a completed battery, completed c-space, & contracts! Management should have notified investors of any delays with Adelaide report! I sent management an email asking about the report. But as usual, no response.........

Quick shift
I sent an email asking for an update on Endurion battery & Coretec's financials. I don't expect a response from them. Well this is the last full week of January. Maybe management is bound by nda's . But they can give us an update on the battery 's completion. I also expressed concern on effects of mergers on share price. Basically to keep investors in mind, if There's a merger for Coretec..........
Quick shift
I'm worried too about Coretec"s financials. The share price can't get above 5 cents! Im $37,000 in the red right now. I haven't added anymore shares. I haven't seen real progress yet. To me progress is a product ready for market! I'm worried completion of Endurion won't happen this month. February will be here in 13 days. Where's the Adelaide report promised by the ceo? Eindhaven report? I hope that Corete c is bought out! No dilution worries period!.......
Quick shift,
This is the 2nd time that Doug has left Coretec/3Dicon.. I would really be worried if he sold all his shares. Doug also has a private company. It was the reason for leaving 3Dicon.previously. Well January is half way through with no news on the battery , eindhaven report, nor c-space.. I pray that it comes soon. I would like to see the share price above .03cents & beyond........
Quick shift
I meant to say decrease in share price instead of dilution.. I hope that the company receives government funding & financial loan......
Quick shift
There are too many unanswered questions regarding the company's finances. Government funding isn't a shoe in. 3Dicon couldn't secure government funding.. I don't trust penny stock ceo's since my experience with 3Dicon.I also submitted questions about the company's finances. It wouldn't surprise me if dilution should off with a merger........
Quick shift & Walrus,
Yes a partnership will be good for Coretec. But what about the investors? A dilution of the stock will ultimately over time lead to a reverse split! That doesn't benefit the investors at all! Coretec is on the cusp of success. Why put the screws to investors?........
Quick shift,
If chs can't be mass produced, then how is the company to mass produce batteries? Also where is the Eindhaven report? .........
Test Pilot,
Who would sell now at that price? I don't think it's Victor or James. Maybe someone else on the board. But the share price isn't going upward until contracts come into play or mergers with other companies. I hesitate to buy more shares until then. ..........

Test Pilot,Walrus,& Quick shift
I was very surprised with the investors call! I would like to know ,Who is Corete c talking with fo ar merger for semiconductors? Do think think that a merger can cause a loss of shares for investors? I still worry about a reverse split. Especially if they are uplisting to the nasdaq. What about the funding for Eindhaven? Is this a must have for the commercialization of Endurion? For nda's to be in place tells me that ch s was successfully scaled into samples. Would love to know how many nda's are in place. Looking forward to a prosperous New Year!........
Test Pilot and walrus,
Well Coretec wasn't listed on the guest list. I guess that a couple of the management team might attend the conference. But I'll get excited about Coretec attending conferences once Endurion Battery is completely developed! Coretec hasn't reached reached first base yet! There's a long list of competitors too! I keep saying that they need to pick up the pace! Also Coretec needs transparency with it's product. No one knows about the Endurion Battery in development & CHS silicon! So I really don't expect much from the investors call. I pray that I'm wrong........
Test Pilot,
I don't think there'll be anything new with the investors call. We all know the milestones of this year. We all know the goals for 2023. I hope they allow us to ask questions! Wouldn't it been better to have this call in January/February after the battery is completed? I hope it's not another rushed call like last time............
Test Pilot & Walrus,
The movie was a good find. But it made me realize the small size of Coretec as a company. Yet no one responds to emails from investors in regards to the next investors update call! I hope that the scaling process problems are resolved by January. I don't see an investors call until next year in January. That is if endurion battery is completed by Coretec's one scientist. I would like to know if Fisch has done anything on commercialization of chs. There must be transparency of Coretec's chs. It seems that everything is revolving around Endurion battery. Let's hope there are no surprise delays........
Test Pilot,
I thought that Kraft would be a top investor of Coretec. Do you know how many shares that he owns? Also did Kraft officially resign as President of Coretec? I haven't found any notice on Coretec"s website. I only found the announcement of the new COO. I really don't think that we will have an investors call over the holidays. But I could be wrong........
Test Pilot,
Any ideal when chs samples will be sent out to customers? Since Coretec can scale it in small amounts. Someone on stocktwits stated that a sample should be sent to Elon Musk! That would be wonderful! So Coretec will test the battery half life for 100 days. Well that's better than a year. I'm thinking that management will wait until many for an investors update call........
GO_WAMU & Penny World,
Thank you for for the information on Aviptadil & stem cells! I'll use this information in case this clinical trial drug doesn't work 100% for me. I'll keep an eye out for aviptadil. I'll definitely have my pulmonologist to order it once on the market. If need be, I'll fly to Europe or India to get it! It's sad that FDA axed aviptadil! I'll update you guys on my progress in the clinical trial........
Test Pilot,
Great find! I would like to know what MT 's "soon" equates to be in months or years. My summation of the article is that Coretec has months if not years to develop endurion. They haven't completely developed the sei layer in the lab. I'm thinking anywhere from 1-3 years before things get rolling on the battery. This is just a guess on my part of course.........
Go_Wamu,
I received exciting news today from Medical University of South Carolina. I qualified for the sarcoidosis clinical trial with Atyr Pharmaceuticals It's drug, efzofitimod, is an extracellular tRNA synthetase protein acts as an extracellular modulator of angiogenesis. An important role in cellular responses to certain disease states in particular cellular stress & tissue homeostasis. This drug was found to improve symptoms, prevent permanent lung damage ,& preserve lung function. There were patients that either reduced or eliminated prednisone in the phase 2 study. Lung function tests also showed improvement in lung function tests. This trial is a double blind trial in phase 3 .Atyr Pharmaceuticals has received a second fast track designation by the FDA. I had to be my own advocate to research the available trials & apply for it. My pulmonologist didn't lift a finger to help me! He was so scared of a malpractice suit. I just want to live! This trial is for 12 months. The drug is given through an IV. I've disagreed with mayo Clinic regarding my diagnosis. They diagnosed me with hypersensitive pneumonitis. I disagreed because I was only exposed to the fertilizer dust once & not repeatedly. My lung biopsy showed granuloma cells. But wasn't able to diagnose the disease. None of the physicians in Georgia could give me a diagnosis. I gave up & went to the Mayo Clinic. I should've gone to the Medical University of South Carolina. Their facility treats lung diseases in particular sarcoidosis. I'll keep you updated on my progress with the trial. ..........
Walrus,
What's frustrating is that Coretec hasn't scaled chs in large quantities yet. How long is it going to take to reach this milestone? I sent another email asking about the next investors update call. Of course no response from management. Management may very well hold off on the update until next year. If that happens, then I'll be really concerned about the scaling of chs. I feel that management should have focused primarily on the scaling of the chs before developing the endurion battery. I feel that management put the cart in front of the horse. I pray that I'm wrong. I don't need to be burned again by another Penny stock in the same year! . Todays volume & share price puts a damper on things too. Hopefully we will get an update call before year end......
Quick shift,
I wish that CEO would have elaborated more on the increasing operations at Coretec in the last pr. Especially if they are expanding management team. But I'll take it as positive signs. But I didn't expect the share price to drop below .02 cents. Although the volume was high today. I'll not buy more shares until I see progress in the scaling of chs. It's unfortunate that Kraft is gone. I guess having 2 jobs was becoming difficult for him.
Quick shift
Well Coretec has a full time COO! Let's pray that there will be progress in 2023. COO has good credentials.....
Walrus
Can this mean that revenue is coming next year? I sure hope so! Maybe this is a sign that Coretec is making progress in scaling chs in large quantities. That is my main concern for Coretec. Nothing else matters unless this is accomplished. Hopefully revenue is around the corner........
Penny World,
I read a post on this board stated that Relief Therapeutics would be in talks of a phase 2 trial with Aviptadil (I assume inhaler version) for 2023. My question is why phase 2 instead of phase 3? To me the last trial was totally unfair by FDA. The length of the trial should have been longer (at least 7 days)! Why is the NIH so slow releasing the trial data ? Im sorry but I'm frustrated with the FDA! I'm having problems getting into clinical trials. They are wanting histological proof of sarcoidosis . My biopsies showed granuloma cells with sparse fibrosis. So it was inconclusive! I have all the symptoms of sarcoidosis including the horrible plaques! Oh well sorry to vent. ....
Penny World,
Why is Relief Therapeutics asking for phase 2 trials instead of phase 3 for aviptadil? Is it due to the new formula? The drug itself is the same right? It's just the buffer solution is changed right? I hate to see it take backward steps. I'm trying so hard to participate in a clinical trial. But the FDA is asking for histological proof of sarcoidosis! My open lung biopsy reported granuloma cells with small areas of fibrosis. It was inconclusive for any lung disease. However I have the lung scarring, skin plaques, shortness of breath, swollen parotid gland! So my chances of getting into a trial is minimal at the least......
Test Pilot & Walrus,
Oh good! I guess no one knows the time line for completion of the testing by Eindhaven on chs. I did see that Eindhaven University is ranked 125 worldwide! Hopefully it'll be 6 months or less for them to complete their report on chs. Thanks for the update.........
Test Pilot & Walrus,
Does anyone know when this Dr. Bakkers will be testing out chs at Eindhaven? We are closing in on a year waiting for the equipment to test chs at Eindhaven! Which I find to be insane at this point! Coretec could have bought the equipment for the university by now! Also I would be concerned about the Ukraine war & Russia's nuclear threats. Coretec doesn't need another delay. Even VP MT said that time is of essence for chs commercialization. so when is the next testing to be done by the French on chs? Or are they through testing chs?I sent another email to management asking about the next investors call update . I also asked about Richman Chemical ability to scale chs in large quantities. But I don't expect an answer from Coretec management Thanks Walrus for the valuable information...............
Test Pilot & Quick shift,
So Coretec's plan is to wait until completion of the endurion battery. I'm sure that testing would come next. So what 6-12 months of testing out the battery? Then customers Will test it out for another 6 months. Why can't Coretec send out samples now to customers? Unless there's problems scaling chs! A question that management seems to avoid time after time! I pray that isn't the problem! I hope that Coretec can have the battery done by January! If not, then I dare say that the next investors call will be the same thing rushed with no new news of progress. Time is of the essence here! Coretec needs to pick up the pace. Or else they will be left in the dust!......
Test Pilot,
You misunderstood me. I don't want Coretec to wait for another battery developer to solve battery problems. I was saying that if GM is trying out silanes to improve their battery, what would be the harm in them testing out Coretec's chs? But I get what you're saying though about importance of Coretec having their own lab & chemist. Progress will come in time.........
Penny World,
I have a delemma in whether to jump back in or not. Do you still think that CEO will dilute the stock after uplisting to nasdaq? How high do u predict share price will go with uplisting? So has Acer drug gone before fda for approval? Thanks........
Test Pilot,
Maybe Coretec management should send a sample of the chs to GM now instead of waiting on endurion battery. That way GM can test it in their battery now. It's a shame that Endhaven couldn't have tested out the chs samples this past year. Another missed opportunity by management..........
Test Pilot,
If Endurion battery is completed by January 2023, then those obstacles should be obsolete. Right? I hope that we get an update on endurion next investors call! ........
Test Pilot & Quick shift,
That would be great if GM partnered with Coretec! Coretec must be able to scale chs in large quantities & prove energy density & capabilities of chs. Time is of essence here! I'll say it again.....NO MORE DELAYS!!!!! Coretec needs to pick up the pace or be left behind! Do you know the time line for completion of the endurion battery? I guess no one knows when Endhaven University is suppose to receive their testing equipment? I still say find another university here in the U.S. Maybe you should send this article to management! ............
Test Pilot,
I understand that Coretec has to be careful regarding their product development information. I want to see a business plan with a time line. I understand if they are under nda. But I'm hopeful that by next year, Coretec will make progress in scaling chs. I'm afraid that problems may arise with the battery requiring more time in development process. But if Coretec can get the chs scaled in large quantities, then Coretec can sell chs in the other areas besides batteries such as solar., Agriculture, led's/uv's, chips etc. I just want to see the ball rolling on commercialization of chs! I believe that every investor here wants to see this too! Coretec needs to move forward & Test at the same time. But get the product ,chs, out to the world! Company needs revenue. I wouldn't depend/hope on government funding. If a merger happens again, I pray that it doesn't hurt investors..........
Quick shift,
I agree with you. There was nothing new except the nano-flakes. Which no one knows of there significance energy wise. I do see year or two of more testing it not even more! That concerns me! Funding is getting low for Coretec. Who's going to loan a few more million to them? To me there seems to be no rush at all by management as far as progress in scaling chs silicon in large quantities by Richman Chemical! What's Fischers plan to expose Coretec's chs ? President Kraft has had this company since 2017. What do they have to show to the world? One French CEA Report & a couple samples of chs! I believe there are some problems with the scaling process of chs in large quantities! I hope that I'm so wrong! But this report doesn't inspire me to buy more shares! I certainly see why some investors are selling their shares! Now there's a possibility of another Bergeron the future! That will certainly give me nightmares with the last history of 3DIcon & Coretec.............
News update CEA French Report on chs:
The Coretec Group Announces Initial Findings from Cyclohexasilane Testing with The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission
09/27/2022
DOWNLOAD(OPENS IN NEW WINDOW)
The Company achieved promising results in its cyclohexasilane technology’s ability to grow silicon nanowires for the development of lithium-ion batteries
ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Coretec Group (OTCQB: CRTG), developers of silicon anode active materials for lithium-ion batteries and cyclohexasilane (CHS) for cleantech and emerging tech applications, today announced the initial findings from a recent series of CHS tests performed in partnership with The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).
Earlier this year, The Coretec Group began working with Pascale Chenevier, Senior Scientist in nanosciences for energy at The CEA in France to test the potential growth of silicon nanowires, a key material in the development of lithium-ion batteries. The goal of the tests was to determine the ability to grow silicon nanowires from Coretec’s proprietary CHS technology.
During initial testing, The CEA found promising results. The organization has previously used several silane-based materials in their research and revealed that CHS demonstrated the lowest deposition temperatures they have observed to date and showed the highest yields of silicon nanomaterials. Additionally, the testing found a unique hybrid of composite materials, consisting of both nanowires as well as nanoflakes, when using CHS as a silicon source.
“The unique low temperature reactivity of CHS is really promising,” said Dr. Pascale Chenevier. “It opens unexpected new latitude to tune both the nanostructure and chemical composition of our composites for enhanced cycling.”
“While only a first step, we are pleased with the initial results of our CHS testing with The CEA, positioning us well for continued and more advanced analysis that we hope to demonstrate with potential customers and partners,” said Dr. Ramez Elgammal, Chief Technology Officer at The Coretec Group. “There is still much more to discover, but these preliminary test results demonstrate a promising future for the use of CHS in developing lithium-ion batteries.”
The Coretec Group and The CEA will embark upon further research to test CHS’ ability to grow nanowires, in addition to further exploring the potential of the newly developed nanoflakes. The Company will continue to disclose results and provide additional notable updates as they occur.
About The Coretec Group
Quick shift & Test Pilot,
So guys does Coretec's chs coat the lithium battery cell preventing the sei buildup? Corete c management needs to submit an article on how chs prevents the seii buildup. Thus solving the swelling/contraction of batteries. I even read over past blog posts & media on Coretec's website. I haven't found a post or article on how chs affects sei buildup. Correct me if I'm wrong. Wouldn't Coretec want this exposed to the world? ..........
