It makes absolutely no sense to do an R/S when the vast majority of the shares are restricted and there's no dilution taking place. It makes even less sense to take the risk of shorting a stock when all it takes is a filing to send the pps up 1000%. But I guess the thrill of the risk is why the vast majority of shorts disappear in BK. I do think there will be both filings and a PR right b4 the restrictions are lifted; which isn't far away.

Actually my son and I stopped there and talked to the land lord who's in the far end unit. The 1st address given by Wialan LLC is actually the rental office and can be used as a virtual office. Wialan then moved to the unit next door. That unit is now listed as a Decor company. That Decor company just happens to be the same company that moved into the old Wialan Inc address. That's where the imagination comes into play which I have not commented on.

I just happen to notice when the Wialan stock jumped up, someone bought a 1500 bid pack on another site. Any relationship ? If so, congrats. I'll be watching to see how it gets used.

The rewards of my 6 month investment aren't far away. If it breaks .005, who knows, I might keep it longer.

Well it does seem CRGP pulled in a lot of "system crooks" involved with OTC stocks. Still waiting for some COR knuckle whacking. LOL

Whether or not it makes any sense, the SEC records clearly show that it's happening. Even if WLAN would tank to zero the person would only make 26.00. LOL

It's my guess that some of the larger sells are actually shorts and the small sells are to support the larger sell. The large gap we opened does increase the risk of doing a flip or reverse flip using a short, but there's always someone on penny stocks who get a rush from those high risk situations.

I see by the "short report" posted today, Wialan picked up another short that couldn't be "covered". Is the inability to fully cover a short normal for a "scam" ?

Maybe we can blame that on the huge gap ? Easy to short, hard to sell ?

Was kind of expecting that. The proposal that was posted yesterday was worked on during 2016 and has a key date of 4/18/2017.
It's been on the Wialan site for awhile now.

There is 1 event that's already happened and another that's suppose to happen this month.

So no one at Wialan is actually dead. But I do fear Wialan is still lacking direction.

The B/A gap provides an advantage on slow moving stocks.

The market cap also effects the future direction of the company.

The ,0013 trade doesn't mean anything unless it's a short. That's a subject I don't want to touch at this time. LOL

I'm looking for a higher high. That's based on a 6 month trading plan from which it started. Even when stocks are trading in slow motion, they will usually complete a pattern. Just takes a bit longer.

WLAN is going up again. Just a matter of timing.

Sooner or later the person doing that is going to realize if there's no shares being sold, ticking the stock down to cover or buy in el cheapo is simply a waist of money.
