So gdepc, you believe this management can win the lawsuit they say is without merit when they couldn't even get out of their own way during the AVGI lawsuit. You have far more faith in them than me.

BTW, I started accumulating this stock before you even knew it existed and have been a long term holder not selling one share since then.

I have stopped accumulating because I think there are way too many red flags here, including schills trying to drum up support for their beloved management.

I've already started my search for another potential winner just in case the wheels start to fall off this one like I think they have a good chance of doing.

post which lists everything this INEPT management has NOT accomplished including FINANCING which for any QUALIFIED CFO
associated with a company with this type of technological clout should be a SNAP. Financing has NOT been accomplished.
Could you please tell me where this company is getting its burn money from and where they intend to get their burn money
in the future? The "committee"? a group of "yes" men/women which will dole out promises

Why didn't CYGX contact a large Pharma/biotech to partner on such a deal? Large pharmas have overseas clinicals all the time. The NIH is interested in their techno;ogy as well as the U of Penn, so it only stands to reason that large pharmas would be interested too, doesn't it Mr. Hick?

I'll tell you why. Because CYGX has no REAL contacts with the industry, just acedemia, and that does not cut it Mr. Hick.
Neither the CEO, the CFO, or the COO have the type of clout and brains to get the job done period!
This isn't a fifth grade science project Mr. Hick. This isn't some federal or state funded college grant either.

Arnold and Ilene, yes, Atlantic City, NJ. There is a particular bartender who works at the Trump who has
a huge holding. That I do know for sure.

There are other rather wealthy individuals
who frequent the AC area that have rather large holdings in Cytogenix also. One such individual had dinner with a friend
(who has had CYGX in his portfolio since 1999) and my friend's father.
According to my friend this guy is a high roller and as they sat down for dinner this gentleman told them he was going to give my friend and his father a very good stock tip. He asked my friend and his father if they had ever heard of Cytogenix. My friend's jaw dropped and he told the guy that he already had a position in it. They talked more about CYGX that evening and the conversation seemed to center around Cytogenix. This individual did not disclose his position in CYGX, but he was very excited about long term prospects of the technology and the company.
This happened about two years ago.

My friend's father did buy some CYGX shortly after talking with this guy. Unfortunately he passed away this spring. The shares now belong to my friend.

My buddy is in Wildwood this weekend, spreading the word to other CYGX investors. Some hold a few shares while others have been accumulating for some time now. I have no idea of their holdings.

It will be interesting if this management team gets their wish for irrevocable power through "committee" of their choosing.
