post which lists everything this INEPT management has NOT accomplished including FINANCING which for any QUALIFIED CFO
associated with a company with this type of technological clout should be a SNAP. Financing has NOT been accomplished.
Could you please tell me where this company is getting its burn money from and where they intend to get their burn money
in the future? The "committee"? a group of "yes" men/women which will dole out promises
of fantastic returns upon completion of INDs, selling of purified DNA and such? Meantime investors will wait forever for those returns? Are you part of the committee Mr. Hick?

And could you please answer the question about Phenuel Pursuits, which I bring up time and time again, but none of the management huggers seem to have answers for.
What will happen when Phenuel wins this court case and either has a claim to the PIP which these idiots almost gave them, or CYGX has to pay millions in damages for this stupid move?
Oh, BTW, I so much more confidence in management winning this case after they bit off more than they could chew with AVGI.

Why didn't CYGX contact a large Pharma/biotech to partner on such a deal? Large pharmas have overseas clinicals all the time. The NIH is interested in their techno;ogy as well as the U of Penn, so it only stands to reason that large pharmas would be interested too, doesn't it Mr. Hick?
I'll tell you why. Because CYGX has no REAL contacts with the industry, just acedemia, and that does not cut it Mr. Hick.
Neither the CEO, the CFO, or the COO have the type of clout and brains to get the job done period!
This isn't a fifth grade science project Mr. Hick. This isn't some federal or state funded college grant either.
There is mucho shareholder money on the line here pal.
