You the man Max. Keep doing what you are doing. Many, many posters appreciate the facts you post here about TYTN.
Idaho rep should be next. I see they have the 334 for sale on there web-site.
Lets hope it is the company we are thinking of. Interesting timing since FA pulled that from there web-site.
The implements of TYTN are impressive let alone the tractors. The king chipper is going to be bigger then the tractors IMO. The margins on the implements could sustain this company without the tractors. Add on, add on, add on. That is rule number one in being a successful retailer and TYTN certainly has many of add ons to choose from.
I see FA took it off there web-site must be a reason for that.
Also notice the advertisement expenses increased this quarter. We are entering the prime selling time now for farm equipment.
Spelling certainly is not a strong suit. I think what that was referring to is to get out to trade shows, local fairs, things of that nature to promote the TYTN name.
Do you know the listing requirements of the OTCBB? It has nothing to do with the PPS. It is about being current and accurate. Get off of the RS high horse because it is not needed with TYTN.
The company wants to up list as well as cross list so yes it is better to be careful at this point. In regards to the e mail, Mark is making a reference by not being sucked into a trap. I have sent several e mails to Mark and he likes to use references. It is his way to explain his side of the story. Did that poster put what he sent to Mark? No. It was probably some stupid question that obviously Mark could not answer. Remember TYTN is on the pinks not the big boards so I am sure there are eyes watching closely on every pink stock and i would much rather be safe then sorry. It has been rough here over the past few weeks but seriously people here are making this e mail out to be something it is not. I want answers to my questions like everyone else but I am not about to start throwing everything and anything under the bus because I am down on my investment. Relax, in due time our answers will be answered, wether good or bad. Know what you own and remember the reason why you bought in to begin with.
Know what you own and I know what I own here. For the ones that put in time and do dd here know that Q3 and Q4 are the turning points. I have no problems adding more shares especially at this PPS.
Wrong company. This is TYTAN not Titan.
Ha. Ok. Thank you for proving my point by responding to me with the same thing about the share structure. Here is a fact, the current share structure is posted on this board, what do you not understand? That share structure will remain the same until a filing proves differently.
So what you are saying that he is not diluting, because of low volume, and he is protecting shareholders, because If he were to add more shares they would be restricted shares. Sounds good to me, keep up the good work.
5 more minis and 2 504s by the colors of the canopies. I like it. 3 or more shipments to go!
Good catch Ned and the plot thickens.
Atlanta and Niko. Thanks for the heads up earlier.
I do not believe it was GERS that placed the order. I think all of us stockholders wish it were GERS, in which that large order could turn into a buy back/cancellation of shares. MMs hold shares of the company. That is there job. They will always hold a huge position in a company in order to make the market. They are in sense the ultimate day trader, always buying and selling which cause liquidity of the stock.
Not sure what you mean. ADRN is there own company. They are not a shell or they would have to state they are. Same with GERS. Neither company states they are a shell. ADRN will share patents but will not share revenue or clients, they will have to stand on there own feet. Whatever new business that they bring in they will have to pay GERS a royalty on. That is how I understand the wording on that situation. Seems to me a good thing for GERS.
Let the fun begin!
Ain't that the truth. I will take that meaning over mine as well.
Low CG on other products stands for low center of gravity. May be something to do with new Mini Tractor. Even though I would prefer that it stands for what YAK mentioned. Low CG is also a common term in lawn mowers. Could be forward looking as well.
I hope he is sidetracked by driving tractors over from the port.
I agree with that. Should see an improvement in Q2 but Q3 will be the launching pad.
What the GERS lawyers are saying is "If you can't beat us, join us."
The more plants paying royalties, the more cash earned. A one time payment is nice upfront but a very small payment over the long term.
Have the courage of your knowledge and experience. If you have formed a conclusion from the facts and if you know your judgment is sound, act on it - even though others may hesitate or differ. You are neither right nor wrong because the crowd disagrees with you. You are right because your data and reasoning are right.

I doubt a R/S will happen with the Hearing going on. Any favorable outcome there that can used to pay off the current convert. debt, at a much quicker pase, will be like R/S all by itself. If I remember correctly, on the Skunks Blog, majority of the shares are tied up in the convert. debt. Please correct me if I am wrong, just got in on GERS this week, so I am still working on my DD here.
BUMP!!!
Yeah. What he just said!!!
Here is a little more info to add to Microcaps Posts:

Mr. Leonard also met with Chinese Stock Market officials and is currently studying different possibilities of introducing Tytan's stock in China. Two of the largest firms he visited this trip expressed a keen interest in the stock. (Especially since Tytan's stocks had such a great week while Leonard was visiting them.) More communications on this progress will come as it happens.

Unfortunately I do not have PMs. Good to see you back and like wise on the info you provide. GO TYTN!!
Bingo. Great summerized post. Those with strong hands here hold these thoughts. The foundation of TYTN has been laid, makes no sense to blow it up now.
Private companies are valued less then public companies. Here is a good read on why.

Congrats as well! Welcome back Niko and Steved. A green day and a solid group of mods. Nice to see that going into the weekend.

Multiply the O/S (1,425,911,508) by the closing price from yesterday(6/22) which was .0028. Market value adds up. No change in O/S. Can we end this A/S and O/S talk now until we see a change in structure?
I know they sell actual products and make revenue and pay off debts with actual revenue, which is amazing for a pink sheet. That is why I am invested. I have faith they are not raising the A/S to put the proceeds in there pockets. You are treating this stock like every other scam pink stock which is not fair. Is everything rosey and golden in this company, no but it is 100 times better then the majority of pinks. They have actual revenue producing products and are expanding to sell even more. Stop spinning posts on the A/S until they are issued, because right now they are not, and the float remains the same.
So the tractors and implements do not exist or do they not make revenue?
He should make money even if investors do not. He works to get paid. Big difference between working for a company and investing in a company.
With this recent PR, if the shipment is not here already, it is not going to be much longer from now.
Great post NOS!! Look at all the companies that use this dock. From farmers, loggers, and construction companies.
http://www.portofkalama.com/businesses_at_the_port
They will have to pass all of the TYTN equipment when they go to the dock, since the dock will also be used as the storage center. Seeing this equipment, on a constant bases, starts to put thoughts in the back of your head. What do you think is going to happen when it is time for those companies to upgrade there equipment? Remember Mark said the best advertisment is from word of mouth. This is big news on a marketing stand point as well as a cost savings stand point.
Sorry Max I do not have PM. I appreciate the heads up though. I agree with on the second half of the message. Looks like IT has been quite on that side today though.
