I already made disconnects with it being a buy back or a large buy in because those sales would most likely have been at the ask since no one has been willing to sell at .0001.

I disagree with you. I believe it was a large buy order. This stock has been bouncing between tz1 and tz2 for a long time. MMs have not been making a whole lot of money on this stock. MMs are in this buisness to make money. If I were a MM and saw a bid sitting for 1 bil shares at tz1,and was holding the shares to do it, I would accept that and take my $100,000. MMs do not have to go off of the bid/ask price. They can sell at a lower bid price if they choose. It just can not be an extreme difference. All they care about is making money and reducing there risk. So IMO one of these MMs accummulated a large number of shares by trading between another MM. Possibly NITE, because they seem to be the most aggressive MM in the micro-caps. This is also why you see some tz1s get filled from time to time. MMs want to move shares, because that is there whole reasoning of being an MM. If they can not move them at the ask, why not take a smaller profit at the bid.
