Glad to see you guys had a good day. I have been away from SFMI for probably 6 Months. Can anyone provide a quick status of the drilling efforts to support the filing of the 43-101? Thanks Guys
Cha – Ching!!! Post that 300Million in Revenue!!!
Thanks for Sharing
I see Seawind Services, Seawind Energy, Seawind Marine, Seawind Etc.
Is all of Seawind now under 3 Power Energy Limited?
It is a bit confusing.
Thanks in advance if you can clarify
One week closure to the release of the financial reports!:)
Choi, What is your take on PSPW!
The financials will be interesting to review when they come out.
I’m excited to see just how deep Seawinds pockets are!!
It would be interested to know how much one of these service crafts costs.
Anyone care to take a stab at it?? My guess is 50 million a piece.
I’m not educated in the area of water craft vehicles but I did pilot a 14 footer once. ?
This company is BIG
Dito keep your chin up… IMO you will be rewarded investing in PSPW. Its going to blow at some point...go pspw!!
SGCP is getting a little bullish!!!!!
Did anyone respectfully attempt to contact Toby? I know it came up a few day’s ago. Im currently all in however, I’m contemplating reducing my wife’s budget to scrap up some more money to buy PSPW at a good price.
what are you trying to tell me?
As long as our head is above water I think we will all be satisfied…
I heard it is a speed boat:)
$50,000 invested on SGCP today has got my attention!!!!
PSPW = Big Paybacks in Due Time = Minimal Risks compared to all other Pinks
I think your expectations are reasonable.
Based on what is known now what is a fair pps value. Lets talk number that new investors can contemplate. I realize this would be purely opinion for the most part until pspw issues detail about their projects but this would help new investors understand scope of this company.
When can we expect an update from john? Any idea when we will see a June Monthly report? Thanks Go SGCP
Can someone send an email to Toby and get this cleared up
Wow strong day especially for a friday!!! It is 90deg in Ohio so I will not stay thirsty. However, I must apologies im not drinking Dos Equis my friend.
PSPW is at a good entry point. New is eminent!
This stock will be trading on the NASDAQ sooner or later. If sooner or later is 1,2 or 5 years I will be OK with that. I’m not a day trader by nature so jumping in and out of stocks is to risky for me. The last think I want to do is miss the next big run. I’m staying put until this stock meets its full potential. Good Wishes & Good Luck to all! Go PSPW
Great Point!! We need to be assured we have the finance to implement all our lofty goals.
To have a strong company you need to have strong engineering and a strong finance management team. You can’t have one without the other. I’m an engineer and tend over indulge in projects so it is important to have the balance. IMO I thing this is great new since Mr Valentini also comes with a vast supply of financial contact. GO PSPW…The stars are aligning.
ValCom New Release Today
VLCO
ValCom Building Stockpile of Cash to Fuel Company Growth
CLEARWATER, Fla., June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ValCom, Inc. (VLCO.PK) announced today that subject to the Board of Directors' approval, it will enter into a financing agreement with TRI-PARTNERS, LLC, a New Jersey based company, which has committed to loaning ValCom $600,000.
In recent weeks, ValCom has announced that it will dramatically increase the amount of operating capital available to the company through lines of credit and royalties that are due to the company.
The TRI-PARTNERS, LLC funds will be used to:
Assist in financing the process to transfer ValCom's Library to digital media which is already underway, but will now be expedited.
Assist in funding the collection process of royalties due ValCom from ASCAP and BMI, which will now be greatly enhanced with dedicated funding for this specific expense.
Vince Vellardita, CEO of ValCom, stated, "We welcome the vote of confidence shown by the members of TRI-PARTNERS, LLC. This loan agreement will give ValCom a total of $3.6 million in new financing arrangements. Coupled with the potential collection of unpaid royalties due from ASCAP and BMI of up to an estimated $5 million the company will have sufficient capital available to satisfy both short and long-term goals. With ValCom already showing profits, contracts tied into the use of the ValCom library, and the continued implementation of the business plan, the company is in the right position to succeed and is poised to create further shareholder value. Next on our agenda is a share buy-back program which we now plan to implement, plus we're considering providing a dividend to ValCom shareholders once the company's debt is retired."
A spokesperson for TRI-PARTNERS, Tim Harrington, stated, "My partners, Silvana and Greg Manning, and I are committed to seeing ValCom succeed in its goal to monetize its important library of motion pictures, TV series, and music. To do this without delay the company needs to promptly digitize this Library, which requires significant capital. The library's appraiser has stated that up to $5 million in royalties may be available from ASCAP and BMI. The financing from TRI-PARTNERS will also be used to facilitate collection of these monies due ValCom."

VLCO is on the move...Solid Company
If John would come out and clarify our position and objectives for the next few months I believe it would calm everyone down.
I would also like to hear more about the last sentence in the 5/31/11 field report. [See bold text below]
From the 5/31/11 Field Report:
In concluding this report I would like to thank all our shareholders for the support, constructive thoughts and advice, comments good and otherwise. We are a small but growing company and a lot of larger organizations are taking note of our activities and potential.
What is a good reentry point in PSPW
Keep an eye on this one...

I just spoke on the phone with the CEO...
OK, just hung up the phone with Vince, the CEO of Valcom...
What a great guy. We talked for about 20 minutes.
Here's a few highlights...
* The company will be debt free within 90 days.
* News is coming out next week.
* They are in the process of licensing their content, which produces revenue for the company.
* They own a Family Based TV station in Florida which is producing revenue.
* There will be revenues, not just assets reported next quarter for this reporting period.
* Valuation is still being done on the library, which when completed will increase the company's assets, and will affect the pps as well.
* It is a goal of the company to uplist in the not so distant future. (Before 9/11 the company was preparing to move to the American Stock Exchange).
* There is a dividend for shareholders in the works... could be within the next 60 days, but may take longer.
* There is between $5M and $7M owed to the company from royalties which are now in the process of being collected.
* The company is in the process of building a network of stations carrying content owned by Valcom.
* Mr V. (the CEO) told me that he is very interested in people making money with this stock and in building this company back up to beyond where it used to be at it's peak.
* PRs will be coming regularly, starting next week.
* He told me that he had previously built the company up from about .17 per share all the way to $3+ per share by keeping shareholders updated and sending out monthly newsletters, DVDs and mailing promotional materials out... and he intends to rebuild it in a similar fashion. (The company suffered when he was diagnosed with cancer and apparently could not manage it well during that time. He has since beaten the cancer is back and stronger than ever).
* He wants the share price back in the dollars range again.
* He encouraged me to contact him again in the future and that he looked forward to speaking with me again. "Call or email", he said.
When I called, the receptionist answered the phone and I asked to speak to someone in investor relations. She transferred me directly to Vince, I was a bit surprised. However, our conversation was very enlightening and enjoyable.
Vince told me, also that as a shareholder, he works for me. It was funny, but good to hear that...lol.
Worth A Serious Look (( See Bellow ))

Here is a hint P _ _ W
$98,000,000 or $216,153,804.
The $216,153,804 value is what is posted on the PSPW intro meassage board.
Can you clarify?
How does (98,000,000) that equate in terms of stock price.
I feel we will be surprised at the outcome.
I sense that a buyout is in the works as most of you due.
