On my Interacive Brokers Trader Work Station screen, there was no "ASK" shown for AMBS on Friday. Only "LAST" and "BID" had values shown. I put in an order to add 10,000 to my account at 09:33 AM (New York time) at a limit price of 0.095. (from the 5 minute chart) Between 09:35 and 09:55 AMBS traded partially below 0.095 with the entire period between 09:45 and 09:50 lower than 0.095 with more that 815,000 shares traded during that 5 minute period. Yet I could not get a fill. I follow the "golden rule" to never put in a "MARKET" order on penny stocks (especially if no "ASK" is shown). Were any of you I.B. customers able to get a fill on Friday? Thanks. P.S. Had to go to work at 10:00 and was so disgusted I cancelled the order at around 09:55.
It will be interesting to read some of the COMMENTS SA readers will post in response to this article. Sometimes those who post comments on SA are more knowledgeable and interesting than the authors. Since many of these commentors have nothing to do with IHub, their input provides and additional look at the subject matter. Thanks for the heads up on the article to Progressive. GO CTIX.
tchauncy: Are the Senex wells "cased and suspended as a future oil producer(s)" because there is no oil pipeline currently serving the area? Who has the financial responsibility to put in a pipeline if TN hits a gusher? Thanks for all updates you provide to this board.
GLYE up 52% since the last post. Guess I-Hubbers are more interested in chasing the latest sub-penny MO-Mo fad rather than a real company with a real product. Go GLYE.
Just added myself at follower #209. 2K shares for starters last week.
I just signed the petition. Thanks for the info. Looked back through the history of other petitions for a few pages. Did not see one with more than a thousand signatures. Some of those petitions are pretty far out. Go ARNA.
Armani; its been pumped like crazy by Elite Stocks and Awesome Penny Stocks. Elite stocks says paid for by "unrelated third party", but Awsome Penny looks like it was paid by ALQA. I'm just showing 5 of the many entries for AQLA on stockpromoters.com. Not bashing here, just think posts should be factual.

I do not know why having a CEO that "answers every e-mail" is considered to be good thing. The CEO of KMAg did that and his stock is now trading in the GREY MARKET. He even answered my mail when I chewed him out for divulging what could have been considered insider information to an IHubber who pasted the total content of his e-mail reply on that board. I (thankfully) dumped most of my stock when I saw that CEO keep answering e-mails after he told me he was going to get an IR person to take care of answering e-mails. Just my opinion, but I think a CEO should spend his/her time growing the business and not waste it corresponding with investors.
Wow! Up 63.3% on a $9.80 trade! Nice to know I've finally made it to a league where I can be right up there with the other deep pocket traders.
According to my broker (Interactive Brokers), the ARNA shares in my margin account would be available for shorting only if I was actually USING MARGIN myself. As long as I am not borrowing money from the broker, they will not "borrow" my shares to make them available for shorting. I do not know if this rule applies to all brokers, or this is just I.B.'s company policy.
I'm here watching. added another 300 shares this AM. Probably just in time to get whacked by the resistance at 10.00. Go ARNA!
Lone Ranger:Another item that caused me to dump my share Monday AM.
Posters here claiming share buyback by SGRE. I cannot find any info on the Transfer Agent. It is not in the IBox nor on the otcmarkets.com website, and as you noted this AM, the SRGE website is down. So where are people getting info on the AS and OS?
Tried to add this AM, but Interactive Brokers will only let me close out the position. Is there a DTC problem with this stock?
I'm happy Fergus. Thank you. Will be adding more on Monday.GLTA
makingwaves: I've been lurking here and reading after picking up 20K at 0.018 a few weeks ago. Nice board. GLTA and go CMGO.
So much the NDA our CEO is supposed to be observing. That is why I hate the pinks-rules are made to be broken. Our CEO is supposed to be former investment banker who is familiar with SEC regs etc, passes out really significant insider information via tweets from a newspaper reporter?!?! Is this the way we can expect get wind of the supposed big contracts, benchmarks, and other important news coming in the future? I'm long here, but very disappointed in the way this aquisition is being handled. Hope Jim's first priority is to get this stock out of the pinks so he will be forced conduct himself like a real CEO of a real company. I admire Jim for seeing the importance of the technology and cobbling this deal together, but cannot understand how he can let something like this happen when a PR would be so easy to do.
Were those fees charged in an Interactive Brokers account? Well, the warning was in my Trader Work Station screen and I cannot explain why it wasn't on yours.
Did you call them to as why you didn't have the same warning on your TWS?
Anyway, I am out out of SAPX. Good luck with your other endeavors.
I do not have a twitter account, but I find it hard to believe that Interactive Brokers would be involved in something phoney.
On TWS in extreme left column of my portfolio page after the text
"SAPX nasdaq.scm" there is a red button. When the cursor is placed on it, a box with the text "Short Sale restriction in effect from 06:30 Sept. 4 thru Sept. 5, 17:00 PST" Sorry I got the date wrong on the original post.
Only 70 shares = a lesson learned.
My broker is Interactive Brokers. On my trading platform next to the SAPX symbol in my portfolio page there is a note icon which states "SHort sale restrictions until 9/8/12"
Thanks for admitting your affliction. I thought that I was the only one. Some great minds here. I'm happy to be a (70 year old) wannbe student and follower of this group.
Thanks for the great chart. Love at ACCUM line. GO CMGO
TDA charged me the internet rate ($9.99) when I called after their internet platform told me that all trades for GTGP must be made thru a broker. I told the broker that I had tried to make the trade online but was directed to call TDA.
Ooops. Just saw your reply to Jols post# 53386. Forgot that there must be plenty of other TDA users here as well. GLTA
Thanks for the link. I'm still holding on. Does anybody know if ALLRF has its own army?? Pretty scary part of the world to be doing business.
Sounds like you're from San Diego. If KMAG hits 5 cents, I'll be happy to treat you to a beer at the Hotel Del lounge. GO KMAG
Thank you for the well-written description of factors involved with EPA timing of events when dealing with a hot-button issue like mercury pollution. I would also like to thank the many other DD contributors here for making this such a fantastic board. I have been long since 0.24 - adding more at 0.48, 0.82, and finally today at 0.95. Wish all here the best during the exciting days/weeks/months to come. GO GTGP
And when ATRN was at 0.30 the only ones I remember saying the party was over were NITWIT and OldManWins. They did not provide any "DD" to explain their calls. I've become very skeptical of "great DD" on IHub.
Hi GaryST: I'm about in the same position as you in that I got my shares at 0.06 and have been held on to 1/2 of my original position just to see what would happen. Also, since ATRN is alphabetically at the top my Trader Work Station Portfolio list, it is a constant reminder to me of how dangerous it is to invest in pinks. The thing I still can't get over is how with all the talented DD hunters we had on this board, the result was the opposite of what the "great DD" suggested would happen. Once again, the rule about not going "all in" on any one stock saved my butt. Hope this goes well for all here.
TNVMF starting to wake up. Glad I loaded up in the teens. Wondering if there might be a bear raid on this one before before 3D seismic results are released similar to what happens to medical stocks prior to FDA news.
GLTA
You are totally right. Ref my post #53651 and posts by Arnold25764 post# 53541, etc., there a others who also feel this way. But you are also correct that there are many IHub pinky players here who want instant gratification. Hope we get out of the pinks soon.
1. Yes.
2. 300K shares.
Question - which I hope will not be construed as bashing.
I read a lot of posts on this board, but not every one. I have not seen any mention of the possible "elephant in the room" = large trucking fleets switching from diesel to natural gas fuel. Has HLNT done any tests to see if the Wildcat can improve performance on natural gas fueled engines as it does with diesel fueled ones?
Thanks.
Please avoid stocks that at "Skull & Crossbones" on http://www.otcmarkets.com.
JCDS is a perfect example of what can happen. Your "DD" says that they have
Does the fine print on the mailer say how many shares of VSUT were paid to McShane for this pump?
TSTARK: could you please be specific about when Wyatt obtained the patents that are now the basis of MMTC's technology? My understanding is that patent life in the U.S. is 17 to 20 years. The first date you have referenced is 1969. Any patents issued before 1992 would be of questionable value. Thanks for any clarification that you can provide. GO MMTC
Great post. Member mark for you.
Great News?!?!!? The A/S was just increased enormously "for the purpose of new acquisitions". The people who give up their property for acquisition are not going to take this stock for payment, they'll want CASH. How does John Campo get cash?? - By toxic financing. That is the way I see it. If I am wrong here, I'd appreciate someone more knowledgeable than myself to prove me wrong. Thank you.
Why don't you just read the I-Box info. It has a very good explanation of what RFID is all about.
Here is the text of the Intro to the PDF attachment.
Hello Investor:
You are receiving this e-mail notification because you elected [by response or registration] to receive certain notices of information from SMKY via e-mail. This notice pertains to the Company's new offering of Series A Preferred Stock for strategic interim capital, which provides for a unique, high-yield, venture-capital-type return and, therefore, has limitations as to how long it will remain open for purchase subject to our current financial dealings with major investors and funds to close on primary financing.
The attached file is a summary presentation of the Company's business and offering information to review, and if you have interest to consider investing in the offering, please reply and I will forward you the password to access the investment file documentation and detail business operations from our corporate web site (www.smkycorp.com). A special WebEx session is being held tomorrow afternoon at 5PM EDT primarily for individual investors referred by sponsoring shareholders and with a maximum allowed number (25) of participants, but there may be room for you to attend if you're interested. Should the session be totally booked as expected, a second session may be offered if there is sufficient number of participants requesting the opportunity.
While this Series A Preferred Stock offering is authorizing up to $2,500,000 of investment, our intention is to accept only a small portion of this amount to defray interim payments given the high return being offered, and then quickly terminate the offering in favor of the second and larger Series B Preferred Stock offer to augment equity requirements in connection with the convertible debt financing being arranged with major investors and funds. Series A capital is merely interim money that gives us time and enhanced negotiating control, but also - if we ultimately need to sell it all - gives us sufficient capital to finance initial operations; it's about saving dilution at this critical stage.
Best regards -
