DISAGREE,it was not dilution ,look at the trading after the WHALE had purchased over 11 million shares (2 TRADES WERE BACK TO BACK AT OVER 5 MILLION A PIECE) it became range-bound. They were in control and set the bids and asks accordingly to maximize thier own position.
