From prior PRs Scott stated that we should expect the name change and the A/S reduction to be completed by the end of January. I also confirmed with him through email that its on track to be completed the end of this month. Of course theres a chance he's talking out of his ass and it wont be done but I am saying if the company delivers we should be expecting one soon.

Its now the end of the month, we should be expecting news within the next week or 2. Lets see if we can attract some attention here and get back to the 4/5's and work towards the 0006 resistance wall.

Yeah, IF. I talked to Scott and he did confirm that they had a debt holder convert into equity of 200m shares or less. He said while some investors might feel the need to convert from time to time the majority of investors including all of the major holders do not plan to do so any time soon. He is working with them to make cash payments vs debt conversions as soon as they maintain some sort of revenue. We'll just have to see how long this converting lasts

We gotta wait till this debt holder stops converting, which is pretty obvious with the 9m orders throughout the past 2 weeks. Hopefully 2's hold until then so we can move back up.

Fair enough, they are definitely late to the party and theres a good chance they wont succeed considering 80% of these pinks fail, but I won't here to find out. What I see here is a pink at its all time low with a fairly good set up, although it looked better a couple weeks ago, the set up is still in play. The company is claiming to be turning the corner into profit this year and whether its true or not its obvious the company is trying to get some attention here and there are a couple of things to look forward to in the next couple of weeks that can spark a bounce. If it can break the .0006 wall I'm good, but if it doesn't, I don't mind settling with a small profit.

Even though it'll be awhile until the company generates a large customer base, the local deals business has a lot of potential and has grown exponentially in the past couple of years. Google offered to buy groupon for 6 billion dollars but they turned it down. Another positive is that this compliments the company's existing service of local searches.

Thought about it, but I'm not going to waste my time with partial fills. 0002 hits last week came and went fast and I doubt anyone was able to get them other than mms and i'd expect the same this week.

I don't mind a couple more days of 0003-0004 before an uptick to 5's early/mid next week. This play is taking longer than I thought it would but as long as it doesn't get stuck at 2's and under its still a good technical play. The ascending 50ma is looking good, lets see if it can break and stay above the 15ema in the next couple of days and then work its way towards the 200ma

I agree this stock wont start any long term uptrend until the company posts profits, but I think the name change and reduction of the a/s might be enough to spark a rally to test the 200ma by months end

No market reaction, didn't expect much from this PR anyways. I'll be more than happy if it gives us some support at 0004 and stop seeing those swings to 0002. I just received an email from Scott, he said they're still on track with the name change and the a/s reduction to be completed with the state of Utah by months end.
