Yeah, IF. I talked to Scott and he did confirm that they had a debt holder convert into equity of 200m shares or less. He said while some investors might feel the need to convert from time to time the majority of investors including all of the major holders do not plan to do so any time soon. He is working with them to make cash payments vs debt conversions as soon as they maintain some sort of revenue. We'll just have to see how long this converting lasts
