I understand your concern about dilution but think about this - the mm's know when new shares come into the market and they typically do not give bid support when companies dilute because they are going to take a hit also. Take a look at Z$TK and you can see that they started diluting in the .01-.009 range and the price came all the way down because the MM's weren't going to support it. I still stand by my claim that the mm's are building the base of the mountain right now.
MM's more than likely. Take a look at the bolli chart and you can see the bottom line turning up which is the support. We will probably trade sideways most of the day to get the bottom bolli to the .0012-.0014 range.
FYI about company buyback...
The company is only allowed to buyback 25% of the average days trade volume for the previous 4 weeks. The most per day they can buy back this week is about 30 million per day and last week they could buy back 36 million per day. This is also based on availabilty because obviously more investors have come in and the company is trying to buy shares as well. IMO they should be close to there goal of 200 million shares but not there yet. That's why we have not seen any PR's this week.
A positive look for today...
There were 150 million total shares traded and about 50 million were buys and 100 million were sells. There were twice as many sales than buys and we are only down .0003 on the day. That's what I call consolidation.
IMHO
We should stair step up the rest of the day...IMO.
Look at the chart and you can see what's happening. MM's are building the base of the mountain. We needed this to support the climb...PULLBACKS ARE A GOOD THING HERE...IMHO. Did you notice how thin 16's were when we came back up?
Do we have a strong bid at .0018?
PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHARTS!!! The mm's are working to support the climb. They are building a base. By doing this we will go higher and stay up longer.
IMHO
Pull backs are good...helps form stronger support. GO BEDA!
How many mm's on bid/ask?
How's bid support looking AMA?
L2 please???
How's bid support looking?
By the way...I was just kidding! Trying to lighten things up around here.
"this buds for all out there" refers to a place. Would you say "go over there" or "go over their"?
I think we are going to be in for a good week. Bolli's tightened this past week and showing strong support at .001. SMA is moving upward showing uptrend. All my opinion and only time will tell.
it's typically a down tick.
t trades @ .0012 today?
someone bought up 10 million shares at .0013 then when it upticked they sold the same shares at .0013 to give the appearance of dumping shares. it was done in the hopes that the rest of us would sell off as well. bs move...IMO.
correction -- bought 5.6 million then dumped 4.6 million.
what do you mean by that???
are you still holding 6 million?
Thank you for your opinion and it has been duly noted. When you explain yourself like that I can take you seriously (somewhat). I, on the other hand, do not feel the same as you so I will continue to support BEDA. Maybe I'm wrong and maybe I'm not. I still have to question you a little bit because I don't understand why you are spending your time here. Find something you feel comfortable putting your money in.
which MM's are on bid/ask?
To everyone who keeps saying the company is diluting...
Please answer this -- why would the company sell shares into such a low PPS??? Ofcourse they sold shares last year through December, there was a reverse split. The brokers that sell company shares know not to dump into a run. They set limit order levels where they sell off shares as the stock price goes up so that they can make as much as possible without knocking the share price down. There is another company that was very popular on ihub the end of December into January and the company obviously diluted the stock but not until it went over .01. That stock had a lot of the same characteristics as BEDA.
This is all just my opinion and only time will tell what BEDA has in store for us.
First off his name is AMA...not AAM.
What would you like me to reply to him about??? You still haven't answered my question...
Yes, I have posted the daily short info, what's your point?
You are putting in some serious work over here. Why are you so angry?
11,428,240 Short sales
The company doesn't care what you think. They want people who are going to invest and hold the stock not people who are buying in to watch it run and dump it. Don't get me wrong, I'm here to make money just like everyone else but you have to realize the company is going to run this the way they want to and not how you want them to. If you aren't patient then start flipping.
How are they going to lose millions? Do you understand how the mm process works? They are the middle men and they can short the short the stock without it effecting their wallets.
Yes actually...
Shorters are working to break the lower support levels because if .001 breaks we will be back at .0006 very quick. That's how the short game works.
I am very curious as to what is going on behind the scenes but I don't believe the company is selling shares. Over 40 million shares went through at .0011 and another 35 million at .001 which should have caused the stock price to drop more. I'm just going to sit back and watch what happens and it would probably be best for a lot of the investors here to take a step back and check your emotions. There are a lot of personal insults coming from both sides of this subject and it's getting a bit ridiculous.
That number is reported by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and it is accurate as far as how many short sales are done in a day. You're right that they don't know how many naked shorts happen in a day because it's up to the MM/broker to report it.
No Mariner...
Each day that report comes out it shows the number of shares that were sold short for that day. We don't know how many shares were bought to cover for each day. For example there were 45 million shares SOLD SHORT yesterday but 40 million of them could have been covered leaving only 5 million short rolling into today. The issue is that we do not have a way (that I know of) to see how many shares were bought to cover all the short sales from yesterday. We also cannot see the amount of shares that need to be covered in order for BEDA to come off REGSHO except for "Short Interest" on Pinksheets.com but that only updates every 2 weeks. Does this make sense? Let me knowif you need more explanation or have more questions.
How do you explain no change in the float or o/s? If they are selling shares we would know it.
That's garbage??? That's your best response to the short sale info from FINRA...grow up!
Mariner...
45 million was the total SHORT SALES from yesterday and the 120 million was the total volume from yesterday before the t trades. It is not the total short interest.
O/S 1.5 billion. Anyone know what the float is?
I guess Bloomfield knew something. Might see a bit of a run today from the news. I could be mistaken but I think the board marks have increased quite a bit over the last couple weeks.
Most of the day...also, between 35% - 55% of the daily volume is short sales.
I don't think that the t trades necessarily have anything to do with the buyback. We have had t trades on BEDA since the beginning of January before they even mentioned the buyback. If you added up all the t trades it would probably more than the float itself.
