Yes I will do it. Thanks senator!
Did you forget this was a penny stock? Almost everything is based on assumption because you cannot trust any of these companies. They put out misleading pr's, talk about products they aren't really producing and mislead investors. Penny stock investors should base their investment more on how much risk they are willing to take. I feel this company has good things coming and I have established my level of risk.
I'm sure that it does not affect the sales of products but it's still an annoyance for your customers. Think about it, if you owned a public company and everytime you released info about sales orders investors would harass your customers would you continue to release the information? I'm not saying he's being honest and I'm not saying he's lying but I'm going to hold onto my shares and possibly buy more based on what I know.
I don't have a problem with him giving himself stock options either. I'll be concerned when he starts selling them.
News looks good. Should see good things in the near future.
Still waiting to hear your "facts" on the o/s.
What "facts" are you referring to??? Please explain why it does not "jive".
So you want me to answer a question based on your ASSUMPTION. I can't do that. You do realize the company could have been selling shares this whole time right??? I'm not saying they have been but it is a possibility.
Do you know the definition of aggregate? It says it right there in the quote but you're reading right over it.
"The Daily Short Sale Volume File will provide daily access to the aggregate volume of short sales in NMS Stocks and OTC Equity Securities reported to a consolidated tape and traded over-the-counter during regular trading hours on each trading day.
The "aggregate" for "each trading day" means the total for each day. I hope you're not suggesting the count on the report is a total number of shares currently short in the security because if that's what you think we have a bigger problem with your level of comprehension.
The problem is the big boards don't really use short exempt shares because those markets are so liquid but in pennyland liquidity is severally lacking.
Agreed, some of us are actually willing to do the work to learn our craft. The more you learn the more money you SHOULD make. I've made many mistakes but I'm open to other opinions and I try to learn from those I disagree with.
You actually don't want the short exempt sales. You want the true short sales. FINRA does not require the mm's to differentiate between short and short exempt. I have been told by FINRA that there is no way to tell for sure. Hypothetically all those "short" shares from today's trade volume COULD BE TRUE SHORTS but very unlikely.
Because they did not have any trade volume or short trade volume.
I know the answer and unfortunately you are incorrect. FINRA does not differentiate between short and short exempt. MM's use short exempt shares to create liquidity and keep the markets moving. It would be beneficial for you to learn the difference between a true short sale and a short exempt transaction.
The short list does not differentiate between "short shares" and "short exempt shares".
Actually there are several on the list each day that show 100%.
How would that prove the point?
Made 40% last week and thinking of getting back in tomorrow. Lots of T's today so we'll see what happens. GL!
They could also be done selling for the day considering we've blown away the previous days volume. Companies will typically sell a set amount of shares per day.
Agreed, CDOI sat between .0009-.001 for a while and a lot of people are going to take profits. I did myself just to reduce my risk. I plan on buying in again with the right conditions.
2.9 billion a/s according to State of Neveda Corp website.

IKTO DOWN 50% TODAY Huge volume today. Getting a lot of attention on ihub and the other boards. Could bounce similar to SREH.
In at .0032 with plenty to keep throwing at it. We need to get more attention.
Way oversold. Should bounce HARD!!!
Good to see you here $treet. Hope to see some good things from VTPI.
3 million shares - all buys @ .001
Looking good. Hoping for a run today!
I will have to agree with the other poster in regards to everyone posting their total share count. I really don't understand the point of this. Does everyone actually trust that people are honest about the number of shares they're holding and even if they are honest what difference does it make. If I told the board I own 5,000,000 shares then I sell 2,000,000 am I supposed to update the board? Am I going to get yelled at for selling?
So if someone could please explain to me why it is necessary to keep a running tally of the number of shares everyone here has I would greatly appreciate it.
Last thing - no need to jump down my throat because as you can see from my posting history I've been very supportive of CNEX and I've been here since April 6th which is longer than most of you.
I have to respectfully disagree with you on this. The job of the MM is to "make the market" (hence the name). It's all about VOLUME to the market maker. There main objective is to keep the stock moving at a "controllable" pace. If new investors are buying at the ask then stock price will move up. On the contrary, if new investors are sitting at a lower bid price and there is no upward movement in the stock then current investors get bored, sell their shares and move on. When the current investor sells his/her shares at the bid they are sucked up by whoever was sitting there waiting to get them. Now here's the problem with that -- the person that was sitting on the bid gets their order filled and now they fall off the bid which makes bid support WEAKER! That's why so many people on ihub and other boards always talk about "slapping the ask". Stocks don't go up unless people buy at the ask price. If they are constantly bid sitting then it will continue to move down because as I said earlier the investors that were there before you will get board and move on.
People (including myself in the past) are so quick to say the MM's are "manipulating" the stock but with the exception of institutional MM's they're just doing what we tell them to. If the MM's can move a stock up in a controllable manner they stand to make much more money than bringing it down BUT THEY CANNOT MOVE IT UP UNLESS INVESTORS ARE BUYING.
Bottom line, if you are looking to go long on a stock it's always best to buy at the ask. After all if the bid/ask is .0059x.0060 are you really going to go broke if you buy at .006 rather than .0059. REALLY - if you buy 100,000 shares at .006 it only costs $10 more than at .0059 and you will be contributing to the stock price going up.
Yes that is what I was explaining. There's a sticky post that explains the debts and share structure. My post was in response to someone else who was commenting about the debts.
Everyone needs to be aware of this but check the sticky post by smitter that discusses the debt and share structure. Since March 31st, 270 million shares have been added to the float and the o/s has increased as well so it's possible this debt has already been converted partially into the float and the rest may be in the o/s. Unfortunately we will not know for sure until the next quarterly report comes out.
In my opinion it would be more accurate to say "the float MAY not include ALL of the 36k debt". The float has increased by 270 million shares since March 31st and it is unclear as to what all of that was used for. Could have been partial payment of the 36k but we don't know for sure right now. Would you agree?
You can refer to this post as well that explains more of the debt payments.
