I don't know what to tell you. They disappeared for a bit, and they just recently showed up on my facebook wall. Interesting...
Looks like Eric wasn't joking a while ago when he mentioned that they have a million dollars in orders for Racing Dreams. Now, if this is an independent documentary and they are distributing it themselves and managed to get a million dollars in initial orders, how much more will Twelve do being distributed by TCF?
Also, I may need some help with my math, so can someone help me? I believe HH paid in the low 100,000s for Racing Dreams - possibly less than 100,000. They put about 250,000 into marketing it and releasing. That's at max 350,000 to let's say 500,000. They have a million dollars in orders via DVD. How much profit is that? See, I'm having trouble figuring that out because all I've been told is that Racing Dreams bombed at the theaters. I'm so confused now because it seems that Racing Dreams is profitable when all I've been told is that it was an abject failure.
We'll be going through this same exercise for Twelve too. And to finally put this all together for you, what do you think this profit is going to do for the PPS of a company who currently has a market cap of $11 million? And save your "where's the audit" drivel, we've heard it all before.
Feel free to talk amongst yourselves.
It remains to be seen. Corporate strategy is just that!
I don't believe anyone who is an insider period is selling. I think that theory of insiders selling is a bunch of hooey designed to frighten shareholders into selling. Thanks, and have a nice day!
Alan, you've inspired me, I'm going to pay to get my EIGH certificates. In fact, if you own shares in EIGH, I HIGHLY suggest you contemplate getting a certificate for your EIGH shares. It's worth a few bucks, isn't it?
The divvy is all water under the bridge IMO. The PPS has suffered due to their mistake. You call it a scam, I call it a mistake. I've moved on.
As to the releasing of information, quite simply it's very possible that they've discovered an alarmingly large illegal (IMO) short position and downward manipulation of EIGH, and have changed their plans and are using their data advantageously. That's every bit as plausible as your theory. I guess we agree to disagree.
But to recap, EIGH is not a scam! The SEC will NOT be halting EIGH. The PPS of EIGH will rise once the illegal (IMO) downward manipulation and smear campaign ends!
Not true, there is a record of them. The ticker doesn't lie, brokerages and market makers have records. I believe the audit is done and EIGH is using it strategically.
The theory that EIGH is a scam has way too many holes in it. Just doesn't fit. And if it doesn't fit, you must acquit!
Agreed. Difference is I am confident EIGH will be vindicated and provide proof of what they're doing. I'm patient and willing to wait. At these levels, there's a TON of money to be made IMO!
And the lack of selling at these levels won't help those with an illegal short position to cover. And save your nonsense about there's only 3,000 or so shorts on EIGH. We all know those numbers are NOT accurate. Plus, they don't keep track of the shares that are being ILLEGALLY used to manipulate EIGH downward IMO!
I have in mind exactly what I said, no insiders are selling any shares. The word no is a qualifying word before insiders. It isn't restrictive and limiting and is not difficult to comprehend. That is my opinion just as your group has their opinion.
To summarize, EIGH is not a scam. The SEC will NOT be halting it. NO insiders are selling any shares. EIGH is absolutely being manipulated down in concert with a negative smear campaign IMO! Some of the float is being bought back according to the latest PR! Lots of money to be made here IMO!
Respectfully disagree. EIGH will be just fine when it stops being illegally shorted and manipulated downward IMO. I believe principals of EIGH have made some enemies at some point, and there is a special forces team deployed to smear EIGH's name and reputation in concert with manipulating the price downward. Therefore, when the downward manipulation stops the PPS will start to climb again. It's difficult for a company's stock to rise when it's having shares illegally sold into the float effectively illegally diluting it IMO. Wish the SEC would look into that. Then maybe this madness will stop!
EIGH is primed for a nice run soon. Lots of money to be made here. EIGH has the potential to run into the teens with little or no effort! As soon as the hedge fund and/or MMs that keep illegally diluting EIGH (IMO) stops, we'll move up with very little effort. It's difficult for a stock to move up when it's being illegally diluted!
Funny you should ask the way you did, Your statement has a built in flaw, and that assumes that the market is made on EIGH in a fair and orderly manner. It unfortunately is not, and there is a MASSIVE illegal short position in my opinion. So I'd say the .04 to .05 range is the absolute bottom for EIGH, but that assumes that "the market" won't just keep selling shares and illegally diluting EIGH making it impossible to appreciate in price. That coupled with the concerted effort to make this company appear as if it's a scam (which is pathetically too organized IMO) has the makings of a nice recovery. It's a waiting game, and advantage goes to the longs. We can all wait!
Folks, there are no insiders selling any shares, that's just plain ridiculous. Special forces have been enlisted to put spin on the situation and make it look as if EIGH is one big scam. EIGH is not a scam, insiders are not selling. The SEC isn't about to halt EIGH. At these levels, EIGH is a potential HUGE money maker. Totally undervalued in my opinion.
I guess they are not fooling anyone anymore.
You have the company all wrong! Like a thief in the night news will hit you upside your head, and BAM, TDGI will be on fire!
Game, set and match! Shorty will have to pay! EIGH is not taking this lying down!
Eric will regain FULL trust of ALL shareholders of TDGI when the audit comes out and shows that what he said is true! For the moment you are having your little moment of being able to sow seeds of doubt. But I suggest you dig a little deeper, because we're not far from you being proven TOTALLY wrong! Oh, and I am laughing at folks like you because you've played this whole situation wrong.
But it will be the last laugh on my - and others - part when that audit not only substantiates what's been claimed, but concretely proves that TDGI is a legitimate company and are doing what they say they're going to be doing. That will once and for all put to rest all this talk about where's the audit, why is it taking so long, TDGI is a scam, etc.
I wholeheartedly agree there will be many more laughs for the patient longs here!
The 50 and 200 day ema's have both been broken....VERY important.
That's a nice house! I may buy it after the MMs keep nefariously shorting EIGH and then are called to account for their actions and EIGH runs to never before seen heights!
The MMs on EIGH are in a huge hole here! I'd suggest that the loudest noise being heard in EIGH is those who are on the wrong side of the trade.
The MMs keep digging their hole deeper and deeper here. Gonna be real ugly when they have to be held accountable for their shenaniganery!
You don't expect them to suspend a stock based on information they can't back up do you?
Two PRs in two days and the stock is flat from all of the dumping. This can't look encouraging to anyone.
Someone was selling into yesterday's PR fairly aggressively and it appeared to be coming from an offshore account.
We're waiting for the financial audits. There is also the news, yea or nay, on T3000 project.
Nice buy, Tom. You'll do well with those when the news hits!
Care to put a target date on your prediction? If you're stating it's so, then be bold and tell us when EIGH will be sub penny. Even a month is acceptable. I say we retest the HOY before sub penny happens!
Confirmed. All I can find now is a Hannover House organization page. It doesn't appear to be run by Hannover House. I guess at this point it's a good thing, right? Nobody seemed to like the info that came out there anyway.
I personally don't feel the story line is as dramatic as it's being made to sound. That's why I'm invested in EIGH. It's a speculative stock, as are all pink sheet penny stocks. I don't have to take your word that Etrade screwed up. Someone paid a divvy and then it was recounted. I find that very suspicious in concert with the activity I read here!
Appreciate your kind concern for me and my trading. Question, how come you weren't here before September to warn me about EIGH? I think EIGH is a great investment. And if the float is reduced to 20 million, my investment looks all the more delicious!
Have you seen this? Santa Fe Burlington paid a divvy, then it was backed out. Looks like someone goofed!

Market seems to disagree with you, up 25% for the day. This one is starting to slip away...
Snake, you're 100% correct. And Santa Fe Burlington paid them no less. There is no plausible explanation for this other than it was paid by a short. EIGH has no affiliation with Santa Fe Burlington. Very, very interesting indeed!
Agreed, this is rock solid for TDGI. It's a shame TDGI has been boxed into being "only" about the financials. News like this could send another stock soaring. But this one doesn't behave like a typical pink sheet stock. That makes me believe that when the financials come out the move up will be all the more strong and substantial!
"Even looking at the lowest level of presale commitments and projections, December is poised to exceed the entire rest of the year in sales for Hannover House," said Parkinson. "We are on track for a profitable 2010 and especially favorable results for Q4."
I don't think most think it was a blip at all. I know I'm just patiently waiting for the substantive news to cross the wires that should kick off the real fun around here. Seems like there's always someone "exiting" their position here. I've seen it for 9 months now, and I wouldn't expect that to change. It's the nature of pink sheets stocks.
Anyone care to do some market cap and PPS projections based on the share reduction? Ohhhhhhhhh man!!!!
Let me finish your statement:
"Run for your life"s" ... to your brokers and get more EIGH. This train is leaving the station! Company is coming out swinging!
EIGH is a STRONG BUY in my opinion. Could be retiring MAJOR shares!!!
