Assisted living facilities are popping up all over Florida. Tallahassee
has many of them and building more. People from all over the U.S are
moving to Florida for a nicer home and cheaper cost of living.

Answer is no because I don't personally give a damn where the stock trades
day to day. I own some shares but not enough to even worry about. I also
own another company that I bought for 2024 before my wife and son can sell
a share. When I die they will have rental property to live on and the stocks will be gravy regardless of what price they are at. Just closed

Don't say that they like to buy after the company has achieved many goals.
Then they say let me in I want some of this. The future is what stocks
trade on and the future here looks good to me. The 2nd location will be
a money maker by the 3rd quarter I think and by then maybe another store
will be acquired. There will come a time when venture capital or angel
capital will see the future and come in and acquire a stake in the company and assist them in growing.

Just let the real investors buy and forget the rest they don't see the
future and won't be here when the stock flys.

see RXMD trading 10 times higher than todays price in 2 years and that

I was assuming the radius was 60 miles, if the coverage is 30 one way and
30 the other then the coverage would be half, so is it 60 one way?
No matter the facts speak for themselves as unlike Walmart who entered
the market and had to compete on price, Progressive is competing on
service and availability of product to a customer that needs it unlike
needing what you go to Walmart for. The business model is worth a lot to
me as a long term investor. It seems there business model meets everyones
needs in a better manner and the customer care appears to be outstanding.
This is a key to future success.

Where will be the 3rd location?


Will a 3rd location be in Florida or Atlanta? They said they was already
looking at another location. Hopefully they can move quickly and get
financing to expand faster. They seem to know how to service the patients
and the community in a complete care and meeting most all needs. I feel
like the growth will come quicker than we expect it to be or at least I
am thinking it will. Unless I am wrong using their strategy and service
will almost be a must have for doctors and patients.

With 2 stores they say they can service as far out as 60 miles and that
should cover 240 miles of coverage as 60 each way is a 120 miles a store.

it? The patent office has a responsibility for issuing valid patents. How
can they not see what later they declare as obvious? Wouldn't that by
definition show they are incomeptent? When you have millions to billions

Here is why I think the U.S patent office has to have responsibility!!!


They are endowed with the responsibility that no company or individual
can protect their inventions without it being sanctioned by the U.S. Patent
office. This carries a awesome responsibility and they are to endeavor
to scrub the patents to assure they are valid. They have the largest
group of people in the world to do these searches. However a company
charges the patents are invalid based on prior art or something else,
why would the patent office with all their people not find this and a
company with limited personnel locate the flaw? If that isn't negligence
by the patent office I don't know what is and to be able to simply say
we invalidate your patents tough shit for you is a injustice beyond
belief. What would be the difference of you running a red light that
was obvious and killing someone than what the patent office says was
obvious but the sob's couldn't find it till afterwards? There has to
be a stop to ineptness and companies and individuals losing fortunes because of their inability to do their job.

I said in my opinion I didn't think a moderator should be predicting
stock price. You are a moderator to protect your ability to dictate to
others your view on where the stock trades daily. I don't care where it
trades today, next week, next month, or next year. My only concern is
where will it be in 2024. If it is a lot higher I was right if not well

The stock will move up and aggressively so because stocks with good futures
are given very high multiples and the real investors invest for the future.
This is a grand slam and hold for years. They have lots better service
and more product to offer and they apparently know how to make money and

I go back to accountability of the U.S. patent office?


How in the Sam hell can a patent office say they scrubbed the patent and
then grants it and then the same office say we screwed up and they are
invalid? There is something bad wrong with this picture and something
should be done to make whole the company that was granted the patent
and then spent millions trying to get paid and the same son of a bitches
that said they are good now say oop's we made a mistake and you are
screwed?

Some way some how the U.S. government should be sued for allowing inept
grants and costing investor's billion's. Why are they allowed to just

How many times does IDCC have to win against them? When do we see a k-license and back money not only form ZTE, but Lenovo, Xiaomi. Everyone
is going to M2M is there any new M2M license for a area that is to be

indicated what kind of revenues we expect to see from this purchase and
if so when? How soon do we start seeing benefits of the Techicolor purchase? We are almost done with the dead weight license team just the

Just think in 2 years if the stock is at $1.00 a share that is 10 times
your money at today's price.


I think they will expand over the next 2 years by at least 4 or more stores. That is by them doing their own acquisition with no financing.
If they get the right party to assist them in financing they can grow
like a weed and the sky will be the limit.

The damage to the stock price has happened but the SEC will be looking at

They are looking at the trading in the stock and if the posters are also
part of a paid group to post. I have no clue if everything done was legal
or not but if illegal they will have to forfeit the gains and be fined
and may go to prison. I can only say you better have been legal on your
trades or the ill gained money will be taken away. I hate to say it but
I hope the majority of the selling was organized and prison time be
instituted. Trust me the SEC will be looking at even the longs trades

My opinion!!!!

To all who worry about the compensation quit worrying and stop and think
the company is expanding and getting a 2nd store. I seriously doubt they
would be awarding bonuses unless they think the stock goes higher and
the receivers of the bonuses will be rewarded for seeing the company grow.

I think they will make another acquisition this year. I see where a pharmacy is for sell in Atlanta for $125,000 don't know the location
or how suitable it would be for Progressive but something they may look
at. Not a lot of money and even if the location is not the best name
recognition getting it before the public is worth something and with
there system of communication with doctors should be a profitable thing
I think.


Let me add that all already owned stock and they haven't sold so I guess
they like the future and they know better than we do.

I can only say those who are not happy with the company issuing shares
then sell and move on with your life. I am here till 2024 or till I die
and then my wife and son have instructions not to sell a thing till 2024.

As for cash I hope they spend every penny acquiring new locations in fact
I would see what interest rate I would have to pay the IRS and if it
wasn't to high not pay taxes this year and pay them next year and use the
taxes to acquire new stores and pay the interest for a year. Then the
next year use that years taxes to acquire more stores. If the interest
on what you owe is higher than the return on acquiring new stores and
new revenues then pay the taxes. But using the cash to accumulate new
stores for growth is very beneficial to all of us.
