I go back to accountability of the U.S. patent office?


How in the Sam hell can a patent office say they scrubbed the patent and
then grants it and then the same office say we screwed up and they are
invalid? There is something bad wrong with this picture and something
should be done to make whole the company that was granted the patent
and then spent millions trying to get paid and the same son of a bitches
that said they are good now say oop's we made a mistake and you are
screwed?

Some way some how the U.S. government should be sued for allowing inept
grants and costing investor's billion's. Why are they allowed to just
say our bad you lose next application for your patent will be done by
our office even though our credibility is shit?
