Mickey my friend, OT YEs, teats on a Boar do serve a purpose. Always count them as genetically you want his offspring to have the table fully set with enough places for their offspring to eat!!!!??tucker
Desert Dweller, Idcc needs all the aupport that it can get. Come to Houston , meet us at Bonnie's and after you have paid the bill for lunch, we will vote on whether we want you as a member. tucker (RTD counts the Ballots)
Ot Bulldzr, tap your can 3 times , delay and tap again 3times. I am not taking any calls tonight from anybody I do not recognize first!! tucker
O.T. Bulldzr, since our Cabal is under suspicion so much , I will be the member of the Texas Bunch that stays home and hides in the Bunker. We can not afford to all be together at one time. I have some very good news for the group and it is for the group only. Do you have a safe line?
I do believe that we should be careful talking about RTD's gambling since he is our treasurer and we are looking for new members to join the club!! tucker
Broken80, I agree with your post. Anybody should be allowed to take some dollars off the table and to spend it. It has been my observation that if you do not , your heirs certainly will!!
Again,Idcc over the years has been somewhat of "A spooky stock". Something is always coming up that "spooks" a rise up
so that the stock price dies like a kite with a log chain for a a tail. tucker
Loop, Your post is a well reasoned look at Idcc and its chance for success.tucker
OT rtd, e-mail loop and ask him to send it to you direct. you definitely do not want to miss it! tucker
O t Econ, I do not listen to bigotry. I have read your posts, but will now follow your suggestion and leave you alone to cheer with some prep boy cheerleader! tucker
O. T. Ocon, I wish that you had not used that phrase "some backwater state" since I think that the people in all of the states are "Top Drawer"!tucker I will say no more as it is not my intention to start an argument!!
econ, O T what is wrong with being a "Used car salesman"? tucker
econ, the mmore the merrier! tucker
OT
Bulldzr, ihr Deutsch ist sehr gut!!! Tucker
O.T. Rtd, it appeared to me that most of us had nothing to do ,but to visit and watch the dogs or the horses run. We do not want to give the impression that we really work, but,in truth, only appear to do such a horrible thing!tucker
sluggo33, Texas meeting , when RTD holds court , everyone listens. He is a great moderater because he listens and lets everyone speak. The meeting could still be going on if we were discussing the grayhounds, go go girls and good whiskey!
We did discuss Idcc. Chartex drove almost 300 miles to attend and was driving back tonight. We , as a group , have great interest in Idcc and do believe in the Engineers and what they have done over the years. Now we are waiting to see what management can do with the product. Time will tell whether it has what it takes. Texans do not mind people making a lot of money for themselves as long as the production is there and in the process the Texans also make a nickel or two. The jury is out!tucker
P.S. Tell Arthritis(Raymond)that the food was excellent and no one has become sick.
To Whomever : IN the cc it was stated that the settlement was mandated!!!! To me that means legally that ,in effect, management was forced to make a settlement . I have been waiting to see if management would state that the settlement was recommended by F&J. If not recommended by F&J, then give the stockholders the reasons why the settlement was mandated! tucker
Ot Loop , I am now famous. I was the recipient of your friendly and to the point farewell post. Now that Raymond(Arthritis 59)is all stirred up and belittling Bonnie's food, we can discuss that at our meeting.
I am going to sit next to RTD if our friend Bulldzr is still cranked up in order to be protected from harm! tucker
Spree, ot Rtd is an honest man; Come to Houston and meet him and you can see for yourself. I would trust him with both your and my assets and not worry unless I kmew he was headed to the dog races! tucker
Please excuse the misspelling of criticized in the previous post . tucker
Loop, I know that you are tired of being critized, but you have contributed a lot to this board and I do not want to see you "To cut and hide". See you Wednesday at Bonnie's!
Again, thanks for your contributions.tucker
Bulldzr, I read every word that you post along with rtd, loop and Jim lurgio's posts. What you say about Idcc rings true and you , in my opinion, ask very good questions. So you need not state that nobody probably read your posts when a lot of us look forward to reading your thoughts about Idcc and its Mgt.
tucker
Ot Loop, remember to tell Rockett no nelson holds!!!!tucker
Loop, Your answer to the indemnification issue is so clear that it reminds me of a LIL Abner saying: "Any fool can plainly sees. Ah sees!!" I like to put the indemnify issue a little more simple. If the Ba sta r-- sue we will fight the dumbazzes and you will be out nothing--sign here!tucker
I read that some race dogs are sick with kennel cough in Florida. It would not surprise me if that is where rtd is. If Janet Point comes to Houston and buys our group's lunch , I volunteer to sit next to her as I would not want Bulldzr to embarrass us.
7carisfast, to make it simple the word to indemnify means to , in effect, to insure one against loss. Generally an indemnification clause states: To indemnify and hold harmless.
In that event, it means that any cost one might endure as a result of being sued by others after signing a contract as a result of representations and terms of the contract that the party who signed the contract will be held harmless and all costs, even attorneies'fees, will be paid by the party making the indemnity. tucker
7carisfast, regretably, you are probably right!! tucker
Jim, yes the Form 4's did some damage;however, our griping , in my opinion , did serve a purpose and that is: Management we as stockholders are not going to just roll over and play dead when management unduly enriches itself with no explanations to the stockholders! tucker
rtd, a paid for lunch by Janet Point , will be the most expensive lunch that we could ever eat. Count me in and do not forget Peter. We need someone to add a little dignity to our Bonnie's group! tucker
Loop, the last that I remember reading is that Siemens had only an ownership of 25% in Infineon. Of course, it could be less now. Tucker
Overtime or something like that , Loophole, do not use your car to broadside the Siemens truck. Bulldozer , for a hefty price, will run over(crush) it with one of his dozers!!!! tucker
Bulldzr,, Thanks for explaining the stock purchases of the "Bigshots". I forgive you for the spelling errors of words that I never use. I tell everybody that old Bulldozer is not only smart, but he pushes his money around with a dozer!tucker
MH33, the buys by members of management are so small , I find them to be insulting. At least we have gotten their attention. Maybe now we will see less options, etc. Tucker
Nohotin' Boxer said very little. Insider trading was a slam dunk and the stock went down 3plus dollars. expected the stock to come back in a couple of days. Tucker
Orientbull, if IR told you what is the true facts , then I agree everybody is getting more worked up than necessary; however, it does appear strange to me that the insiders seem to pick a time to sell that always cause an explosion.
I do not know Tilden personally, but did get into a phone argument some years ago about options being given to management and the amount of shares being issued. All that I do remember is that I did not like the answers that he gave and , in particular, when he said what differnce did it make about the options as they were "under water". He is certainly "above the water", and then some, now!!tucker
MH, In my opinion Yes, it would be insider information as everyone in management should have known about the contents of the 10k.tucker
JJ, you will recall that Tilden did not participate in the CC.
Is it possible that he did not because he was contemplating selling and wanted to not be on the record as to answering any questions that might later lead to problems?tucker

Raymond, you need to come to Houston and have lunch with the group at Bonnie's. You would find out that Loop really knows what he is talking about and that the rest of the Idcc group are quite well informed and very experienced about the business community. Yes we can be wrong , but Idcc's management should be more forthcoming. Again, I expected more out of the Ericy lawsuit and thought the settlement to be quite small. It was my hope that more was involved than was on the table. I still cling to that hope.Tucker
Raymond, you have my e-mail address. I do not receive private responses as I am a non paying member. Tucker
Raymond, maybe Loop and others should follow your advice!tucker
Loop, you have been in this stock long enough to know that Idcc's management never makes anything clear, but it always operates with a wink and a nod and "that is all that you need to know" attitude!! tucker
Jim, I do not know who has the hammer, but I am about ready to pick up my own hammer and hit myself in the head as the present mgt team certainly gives me such a headache that I need to put myself out of my misery. tucker
