Mr.Long..Did you forward this to Matt? Very descriptive and to the point, well written. Lets hope Matt seizes the many opportunities that are here in the U.S,epsecially now with the passage of healthcare. What is promising though is that whenever asked regarding the public aspect,he's always answered positively in the possibility of CBAI venturing in the public sector. I think there is something happening here, but its to early for Matt to comment. When state funds get distributed, you got to think CBAI will be a player(especially with the attendance of many state officials at the grand opening). Didn't the state of Nevada pursue CBAI for two years prior to the move? The passage of healthcare was very recent. Its going to take a bit of time before its decided who gets what and how much in regards to grants. We'll be ok.
Maybe someone knows something regarding tomorrow(news). I'd like to see the bid go up(.01 x .0105 right now),but nice to see the uptrend during lunch. EOD action should give us a hint regarding possible news tomorrow.
10% equity stake is in AXM Pharma's stem cell subsidiary. Yes,you are correct. So if the pharmaceutical side is in the developement stage of stem cell medications and the stem cell side is publicly storing, wouldn't it make sense for them to use their parent company's inventory to develop such medications? Oh and by the way,the public aspect will be there.
Wow,just walked in. Fanatastic deal for CBAI. Great geographical positioning taking place. Strong foothold in Europe(German Red Cross) and now in affiliated with a Chinese pharmaceutical/stem cell storage company. This is insane. We now own 10% of potential pharmaceutical sales through AXM Shenyang(not to mention 8.5% of stem cell sales). I heard that there are many stem cell related medications close to being market ready in China(topical creams),and thats just the beginning. Were not seeing major volume and pps increase because this all doesn't kick in until January 2011. With the population numbers alone in China, and the future in stem cell therapy of all types, the near future is looking real good. Fourth quarter 2010 into first quarter 2011 is when CBAI will make a serious move as far as pps is concerned. I guess Dr. O'neil wasn't kidding when he said he invisions CBAI as being a "stem cell pharmacy" in the near future.
P.S..The beauty of this deal is that there is hardly any overhead on our part. Licensing and training in return. Love it.
Myth..

As per Mr.Long. His DD is usually very reliable. So based on 2000 samples,we are to gross $125,000 euro annually.
What i find very interesting is that Matt states revenues from this aquisition will top $1,000,000 in 2010.
Something is up.

So purchase price of 51% of Stellacure is $501,000 euro(roughly $700,000 american)? With 2000 samples in storage, the rough annual revs are $250,000 euro with our take at roughly $125,000 euro annualy. Don't know what expense numbers are,so hard to judge it on pure numbers. This aquistion was obviously strategical(German Red Cross). The pieces are being put together with the plan being laid out as it happens. Much more money left to continue building. What more can a potential investor ask for?
Mr.Long..you don't seem to be very enthused by today's news. Whats up?
Obama just stated that "THIS YEAR ALL NEW INSURANCE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FREE PREVENTITVE CARE". Music to our ears. Things are going to get pretty interesting aroung here this year.
C'mon baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Matt is waitng to see if and when the health care bill is passed before his next move. There are two different angles he can take. IMO if the bill is passed Matt will seriously look into public expansion,if not aquisitions/merger will take place either domestically or abroad. We should know by the end of March/mid April.
Mr.Long..There is something i found Matt should address. A high traffic site that compares cord blood banks here has us starting cord blood banking in 2003 and states our initial process and annual fees as 'unavailable'. I thought we started banking cord blood in 1995,while i think our fees are more than fair and should be displayed. What is nice is that they got Corcell affiliated with Cord Blood America.

So at the opening, were ALL the samples not processed yet? I saw video when Dr.Oneil opened up one of the tanks and there were samples inside. I assumed all 20,000 were there. How many were there at opening and how many were just recently transferred? Its positive news any way you cut it. Is there a link?
You mean a new sample,as in a new customer?
Nice work MrLong. Your time and effort in finding information to share with us is much appreciated. Good point on why we hired a doctor who researches in cancer treatment. Annual salary for this type of physician has got to be over $200k. Something big is definately brewing.
OT..CANADA RULES THE HOCKEY WORLD..PERIOD.
GO CBAI!!
Its going to be a good week.
ETMM aren't the only ones who had enough. Trust you me. Wow.
Real time bid/ask,anyone? Thanks.
Lets see..20,000 x $125 = $2.5mil per year($210k per month). I think that should more or less cover operating costs, not including the BioCell deal's revenue. Everything else beyond that is gravy. If paper debt is gone and $16.5 mil readily available, why continue to dilute?
Best opportunity to buy will be tomorrow mid day(lunch). Today's news will cool off while flippers will be pulling some out for profits and other day plays. Starting Monday,a nice steady climb should lead into launch.
I'm not trying to call you out. Just curious as to why you feel the need to inform us all in regards to you're petty little day trades. I mean its great you are making a little dough, but wow.
When you posted you sold at .0104 and now have a buy order at .0094,the pps went to .0093 x .0094 within minutes. Are you saying you pulled you're order in time? I doubt it. Why is it that whenever you post you're personal trades, you can't do no wrong. Now that its at .0091 x .0099 are you going to tell us that the .0093 you posted you bought didn't get filled, that you thought got filled? But of course you took full advantage and bought back in at .0091,right?
Yup,Bitty is right. Who are they though and will this have any effect to the pps?

Revenue from BioCells contract formula revised..I got to believe the BioCells contract will net CBAI roughly $250,000 to $350,000 annualy. I'm basing this on assuming CBAI charges 25-30% for storage. BioCells' annual revenues are $1.5mil. Bitty made a good point yesterday stating that this includes the initial collection fee(roughly $1,000). Lets say the client base grows 3% a year(which is a more than fair average at this point in time). That makes up $360,000 of the total $1.5mil annual revenue. That leaves us with $1.14mil in revenues based on storage fees alone. The client base should be roughly 9,120 samples based on a $125 annual storage fee. Now if you multiply $1.14mil by 25%,your left with $285,000. By 30%,your left with $342,000. The 25-30% charge i'm assumong CBAI is charging BioCells is an average percentage that most contractors charge their source. Sounds about right?
So is it safe to assume the total number of samples BioCells has collected is roughly 12,000? Based on their annual revenues(1.5mil) and divide that by the average annual storage fee ($125),you get 12,000. Not a bad addition to our already 20,000+ samples. I'm also wondering what we are charging them for storage. Is 30-40% ballpark? If so,this contract will land us anywhere between $450,000 to $600,000 annualy. Not a bad start. Not sure how accurate this is,anyone? Also, will we be getting a cut from new BioCells' clients initial collection fee? Anyway you cut it,its all good.
Could this be the beginning of the end of dilution? Nice increase today on mediocre volume. Nice to see.
Ohhhh how the tune will change on this board when we get solid news and this thing starts to run. Prosper,Connie and the rest of them will vanish until it settles again. Too funny.
First off,CBAI is fully reporting and not a pink. Secondly, they already have a revenue stream with the ownership of Corcell(over 20,000 samples) that don't have to be outsourced anymore. Thirdly, they have insurance partners with Blue Cross Blue Sheild leading the way. Many more intangibles to speak of. Try a little dd on this company then report back,Jack.
How about grammar check. What a disaster.
This board is seriously losing it. Poor CaChing is asking Prosper for advice. Sad. Its like the business model has suddenly changed or we got some bad news. The company is just starting up,give it time. Wow.
Wow. I can't believe there are actually people here concerned about the pps. Its kind of funny when you think of the grand scheme of it all. Medical advancements in this field are moving at a rapid rate. The WORLD is advancing into this new miracle type treatment faster than we think. In Greece alone,15% of parents are storing their child's cord blood. Where is are European partner located again? Do you think the USA is going to sit and watch the world pass us by? Not going to happen. IT CANNOT BE AVOIDED. Not to long ago people were dying from common ailments that are laughed at today. Its not a matter of if,its when. Because of the fact we own our own lab, were sitting pretty when the government starts to pay for storing stem cells. In the meantime we will be fine being the outsourced company that many will seek. Just relax people and lets have some fun while we wait. Simple as that.
Hey all. Just checking in and to let you all know i'm going to be here for a long time. Its an inevitable fact that this company and others that are in this sector are going to be in great shape in years to come. The future in stem cell therapy cannot be avoided. I just think we'll be better off than most.
Resists in the .0086-.0088. Grab at these levels if you got some extra scratch laying around.
Locks..Do you know the capacity of each tank? I know we have 12 up and running, but i'm curious as to how many of them are being used to store the 20,000 samples. I know there is a ton of room for more tanks to be installed.
Also wondering if anything was said as to when the additional 8-10 tanks will be installed. Wasn't there suppose to be approx. 20 tanks to start with? Just curious, thanks.
I think the recent $6mil note that was retired had $1mil left on it. Thats why total debt reduced as of now is $11mil.
Does anyone know if there has been clarification regarding the differences in the 'health care' bill and the 'stem cell' bill' by government officials made public? I truely believe there are many people/investors that are connecting the dissapointing recent Massachusetts election to stem cell research, thus all the stem cell stocks getting hammered in the past week.
Uh oh.. Bitty is back in LARGE. Unleash the hounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
15% of parents bank their child's cord blood in Greece. Those numbers will be the norm everywhere else in the next few years if not sooner, then up from there. This market is going to take off like a rocket. We can't be in a better position with CBAI.
Everbody who is freaking out are NOT investors, just a bunch of gamblers who are behaving like their football play got backdoored. MrVegas said Matt isn't being fair to the investors who dumped today if he puts out a solid pr later on today. Are you serious? People, relax. Get rid of the quick fix mentality and look at this company as a 'real' company, cause thats what it is. We are set up for some serious revenue streams. The company will grow in the standard time frame that is required. People who want to make it NOW,get your football plays ready and stop investing in the stock market.
Daytraders are going to start scooping for a good 20% gain,if not more. Watch.
This is a classic MM shake up. This is exactly what went on in September. News hits on an actual lab opening date and the pps ran a bit to .004 from .0029. Three days later the pps drops back to .003. I'm saying to myself how can this be with the lab opening in less than a month? MM's were shaking the tree hard and loading up. The pps remained at .003 for roughly another week. After that, the pps ran to .0109 in a week. Same thing is happening here.
