You and your reverse engineering!!!!
I didn't realize what current outstanding is...I stopped keeping count after 65 million. Thanks though, I just got a little more sick in the stomach.
Yahoo has this:
Shares Outstanding5: 65.77M
Float: 63.91M
roughly 65 mil x .037 = roughly 2.4 million (+ or -)
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=NEOM.OB+Key+Statistics
I can't find what MarketWatch has listed as outstanding shares...but I would guess they are reflecting the most recent outstanding share count, whereas Yahoo is reflecting old outstanding share count.
We're a 'mobile' company.
Guess we're not getting a quarterly conference call...maybe Zima was the one urging to have them...and now that he's out the window so are the calls.
thoughts?
I think many burnt longs have adopted that strategy. Can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Rules seem not to apply to OTCBB stocks or this company.
New re-seller posted. Brandscape.

She will be talking about educating the market...still.
Does it matter who passed it to who? Isn't the marketing torch laying on the ground burnt out right now?
Or is that the sales torch??
What's the timeline for filing an 8k?
4 mil shares at today's PPS seems like Baniak & Pine were the losers of that settlement. Hopefully they know of a potential rise down the road.
Pull any new posters name off of this board and I'm sure they are some of the new buyers.
When you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Hoping for the next run above .05, can't hope for that whale anymore.
Good luck
Isn't Borders bankrupt and in liquidation mode right now?
But surely the settlement will indicate the % of future royalties, who they are off of, and how to make/recieve the payments...with an arbitration or agreement not to sue again unless it violates one of the above specifics.
How much did they give up to borrow back the money they gave to YA? Answer: The thought makes me sick...I choose not to answer.
As always, thanks for the legal updates Krays.
Doubt that...would you want to keep working with someone you had to sue to get paid?
Very nice find
Yeah I never bought into that stunt. It was blatantly obvious they were trying to soften the blow of R/S.
May be better off without them...you see the mess we're in right now with our former patent attorneys.
It's a legit question...our US sales team has diminished to a guy's apartment in NYC.
We get a 2nd USPTO ruling, and we're back to square one of educating the market and hoping someone comes to us.
Aren't all of our patents meaningless since we have no sales force to sell them??
Ha, even better.
Thanks for the laugh...O'Leary's Linked In page says he's in charge of patent enforcement...isn't that good enough?
It's going to be a Christmas where we get a Pink Bunny suit instead of a Red Rider BB gun
:(
I think they'll still release on time, probably Friday like they have been. I just don't think there will be a conference call this time b/c I mean really....O'Leary speak a word to a common shareholder!?!? He's above that.
looks like it quicksand to me
Depends on if you're looking before or after R/S. Before is was sub-sub penny. After it was average well above the .28.
Why did I stick around? Because Neomedia stated it needed a loan to pursue a transaction, which would make the company operationally sound for 1 year...as well as pay down the large loan at the same time.
That never happened. However, I've recovered my losses and am still hopeful something will come down the road. Will it happen with the Neomedia we know today? Probably not, we have a solid product and a solid business plan...most recent problem is we've lost our sales team to implement our plan...that's a strong sign of poor management....or, it's a deeper sign that our company is too difficult to work with.
There are no negatives, just reality. Wish myself and many more longs here would have been fed reality by Neomedia personnel...rather, we were fed lies and false hope. I remember being in your shoes...my advice, play the chart and make money...don't believe. Belief in this company will only backfire.
If you choose to stick it out like most of us did...then we will welcome you to the club...no hard feelings.
how's that a negative? Do I need to put a smiley face after my sentences??
It's a legitimate question..do you understand how YA makes money? Because if you're new to this stock...then they just made good money off of you buying your shares...and will continue to make good money if you choose to keep buying.
you don't loan money over and over to a company that has no known assets unless you plan to make money,
You don't understand how YA makes money do you?
well said JP
No one is holding a gun to your head to click open my posts...are they?
Perhaps you should review my posts...I do take accountability for getting involved with this stock-and have said it numerous times.
Think of my frustration this way...remember Enron? They lied about everything and duked it's investors. Not saying Neom is anything like Enron...but, lies are lies...and everyone here knows Neom has lied to its investors. Take for example...
"Neomedia is a public company, so I'll take on the fiduciary responsibilities that come with being a board member, from strategic oversight and guidance to holding the management team accountable to shareholders and helping to raise the value of the company as a key member of the leadership team," she said. - Laura Marriott

"The Borrower has represented to the Lender that it requires additional financing in order to pursue one or more transactions within the next ninety (90) days and that the expected proceeds from the consummation of such transaction(s) will be sufficient to repay the New Loan (as defined herein) and to fund the Borrower’s ongoing business operations for twelve (12) months." - in a SEC filed document...pretty bold of them

"All ninety-five claims of this Barcode Lookup Patent have been confirmed as being patentable by the PTO." - http://www.pr-inside.com/neomedia-s-barcode-lookup-patent-approved-r1066302.htm
No, Neomedia's inability to release accurate information is the reason I, and many more, did not realize they were mismanaging. See the 1st patent re-exam PR for proof, and any subsequent PR that was released prior to LM becoming CEO. Although I do not agree with LM's management style, she has significantly reduced the amount of fluff about this company.
I don't play charts, I invest in companies with potential. Neomedia hyped it's own potential, I fell for it, got burnt, recovered the losses with the last PR and am now back to seeing a company with PRODUCT huge potential to actually make a name for itself
Thank you though for your wonderful insight.
Granted, they never put a gun to my head...I'm the one that hit the buy button. But...their inability to successfully manage the company is a huge reason why PPS is down....so that I can blame them for.
Can Neomedia tell that I was giving them the middle finger when I decided to delete NeoReader?
Sorry, can't support a company I have no faith in anymore...if they were getting a click-thru off of me then I can't imagine .04/month will help offset the millions in debt.
We're in enough debt as it is
An even better choice for mascot. Good hearing from you again, are you sure you want to get back into the asylum?
Someone, somewhere seems to think it is or else we would see everything. I'm sure the SEC has gotten inquiries about this specific thing, with this specific company...yet, nothing.
So either my tax dollars are funding a wasteful organization, or there's nothing illegal going on.
I'm going with my first hypothesis, however.
