classic Neom, PR release day after 8k
back into my hole now...
you're crushing my conspiracy theory!! lol
did we switch because shareholders were beginning to understand the reporting? Need to switch to someone new to change it all up again and confuse us??
Now this should be in the sticky notes

wow - really Laura?
when was the last time we had to borrow money?
haha, yes sad but true
Neomedia mentioned on the PR - but in the legal section and specs. In regards to the new Sony Experia, I'm guessing NeoReader is pre-loaded but still looking for confirmation.

She can't hear you, she's on the slopes
Capital loss - year after year this is the 'reason' so many desperate shareholders latch onto as an excuse for PPS drop.
Has nothing to do with poor management of the company...none at all (sarcasm of course)
And she's upset Neomedia gets bashed on their social media outlets? Collateral damage for being a public company IMO
Bagging Microsoft, Kraft and a settlement only to see PPS decline sort of warrants investor backlash.
Things have truly not changed at all with the company or stock.
Been ignoring this stock for a while now...not surprised with where we are.
speaking of management...is Laura still action CEO?
Probably introducing the next CFO, or 2...
If they end up having to borrow money the month they landed MSFT, then Neom is truly run by bafoons.
I forget...does Neom have NFC patents?
"The docking station also played music from the phone, even though it wasn't plugged in. The music was transferred from the Lumia's near-field communications chip"

Correction....Global IP has 25 calendar days. Their work is going to keep Neom alive, not Marriott's.
There couldn't have been much left over after Global IP took their %. And Neom can't borrow more money from YA if they have money in reserves....so...SPEND SPEND SPEND...BORROW BORROW BORROW!!!
Last time they buttered up shareholders by a plethora of PR's was right before the reverse split was announced.
Buyer beware. Just saying.
If you were a multi-billion dollar company, would you want to say you partnered with a local lemonade stand around the corner?
She's hired alot of people since she took over...and few have stuck around.
hahahaha, not really surprised we have a new CFO again, the ole' switch-a-roo
Realistic Case is 8k will say Global IP gets a bulk of that revenue as commission.
I'm sure it is
Like all good things Neomedia does, it's swings...and within 4-5 days from yesterday the PPS will be below the low 5 days before the initial surge.
Here's to always hoping history is not going to repeat itself...but just we aware that when the dust settles, it's usually not in your favor.
Only Neomedia...bag a Fortune 500 and you're stock is in the red.
They have 3 days to file, correct? Assuming they would qualify this as a significant event...don't know who makes that call.
too late in the afternoon, not enough time for the wires to pick it up...tomorrow should be good though.
Thank God, I've been paddling out in this ocean waiting for a wave to come along.
Pop, 2 major flaws in your logic...
General rules of business:
1. You don't sell without a senior salesperson.
~~~~Neomedia can't sell anyway, so I think they're good
2. You don't license without a licensing executive.
~~~~Global IP does this...geeez, haven't you seen all those deals coming in?? oh, wait....
But they also put in a SEC filing about being able to pay off debt and sustain operations for a year....
I think it's sad that people here are still getting caught up in what laura says is going to happen.
I'm sure someone here on the board has the walk-the-talk ratio for Laura, and I'm sure it's disappointing.
I think it's all a PR stunt to try and get other companies to just license or 'get sued'...it will backfire.
I sure hope that IR is suppose to mean Internal Relations and not Investor Relations....she's already failed at the Investor Relations job.
Licensing agreements have been promised next quarter for about 6 quarters now. Laura's mouth is bigger than Neomedia's potential at this point.
Remember when the 2012 Olympics was listed as one of our customers before NEOM removed that whole page from the site
I was just thinking the same thing, impressive it's been 6 weeks without borrowing money...but the next one could be twice as much.
And news FOR Laura Marriott
5 essential qualities of a great CEO

Maybe this will be as good as the Imagine WorldWide partnership.
Hopefully the revenue from this deal will offset the cost of that PR.
I'll predict it has something to do with CitiPoints and the Olympics...remember, Citi was also listed as a partner....and Citi has been running those awful Olympic commercials.
I also predict if it involves Neom code, it will be a bust of a campaign like all the others.
They've been anticipating significant announcements since 2009. Don't hold your breathe.
I'll take a stab at it...
It means there's more diluting coming
Sad for all those people...but, in keeping with Neomedia topic...I wonder if Neom took out a good insurance policy (perhaps one big enough to pay off debt)
