Perhaps... however, DLCR was certainly a vessel for a P&D with their 2nd most recent PR stating 'serious negotiations.' What was the point of that, seriously? personally, i dont think this stock has done anything that predictable in the last couple of months. Everyone just waiting on the news really.. and if the dividend doesn't move this stock, then it is dead. IMO, charts are useless at this point in the game, maybe once we break the channel, but until then it's anyone's guess. But if you are right, I hope it's in the upward direction!!
