Well, Sasser and his bunch are reveling in their "victory".
The SEC tried to do things "civilly" (pun intended)...guess it will have to go the unilateral way and get the ALJ to do its thing!
When do the criminal trials begin?
"...but you know that it isn't."
Obvious?
Here it comes...the "desperate" and "pathetic" spin!
Just imagine cleaning every ship in the whole universe! Even the international space station. Just imagine, a NASA contract!
Your right, it does!
<YAWN> - 8 boats
Was it a sale?
I can draw corollaries...
If they came out and said Ford, GM, or BMW announces using it, I'm impressed.
Whirpool Jet...never heard of them. Non issue.
Do a Google search on "Niagara Falls tours", Whirpool doesn't even show up!!!
I disagree with your thought processes!
Was it a free trial for this market penetrating company, Whirpool Jet?
What are the specifics around their decision and overall deal? Was it a sale, or a promo?
How many consumers does Whirpool Jet "touch"?
When their customers use Whirpool Jet, I highly doubt they get a tour of Whirpool Jet's boat cleaning process.
This is a non-value add.
Flipping a POS penny that's going nowhere with a history of failures...GLTY! TO even suggest that is occurring hear tells me a lot.
WNBD is a case study of penny POSs and the psychology around it; why do people rally around loser CEOs? What is the science behind the attraction to losing propositions?
Even if they know, it's obvious...they look at Eric and his pathetic execution and failures:
and they DON'T CARE!
They wouldn't...that's the point.
Did they ever really have any to begin with?
It just may do a EIGH and flatline since this stock is so illiquid, no one will have a single bid on this POS.
Still love the screenshot of CDIV's HQ!

How this POS ever had a market cap over $50M is beyond me. This "shadowy Monk's Den" sure had a corner on the FRAUD department, scamming so many individuals out there. Nazir Maherali (CDIV's President) even attended a Monkinar and while allowing Jerry Williams to sign corporate documents on his behalf.
SO TIGHTLY CONNECTED!!!

GREAT NEWS!
Will Atomic Bob reconsider?!? If so, I'm joining his forum immediately!!!
Without consumer awareness (marketing/advertising), how does anyone know this?
Is Eric relying on his iHub connections to heighten awareness?
Awe, geez...
Susan Hunt Levin
One of the 13G Filers on the following SEC Document:
http://www.secinfo.com/dsVS7.t9Rx.f.htm
Fact remains, the store locator is inaccurate regarding the stores actually carrying the product!
The ibox is completely inaccurate.
Lowes is and never was imminent!
So? This affects bottom line how again?
Eric is an unstable blogger...I mean, CEO. Narcissitic and reckless (hyperbole Eric...relax you lawdogs)!
Is wishful thinking a good trading strategy?
Another Eric Lehener Embellishment.
Kinda like "Lowes is imminent", "10,000 Stores Carrying Product per the Store Locator", and a multitude of Eric's blunders, follies, and mistakes!!! DRTV is dead I guess!
Pathetic.
I've been reading sentiments like this for 3 years now...actually I think people are exiting b/c there are much better trading to be had elsewhere. rocket and solar come to mind.
I'm just musing from a distance watching how this one unfolds, because if my intuition is correct, I see a lot of people losing a lot of money in the future. WNBD is a good one to learn from...watch
Unfortunate no one knows of WNBD; less than $8K traded today...highly doubt this was even trades. MMs exchanging shares between each other!
WNBD has such low visibility, it's sad. All the grassroots initiatives are doing the same thing Eric's blog accomplishes: NOTHING!
GLTY!
Doubling down/averaging down...interesting proposition
Yep. Time to frontload!
Yes! I think this is the culprit behind devaluing your shares you obviously own in your screenshot!
Making fun of your screenshot...preposterous!
What? You don't think 4,000 people shared in the purchase of less than $100 worth of WNBD Worthless Securities so far today?
That's 2.5 cents per shareholder purchasing today! LOL
Eric is an ignoramus! <---Hyperbole for all you "legal eagles" out there! In other words, IMHO!
AVERAGE = $50-60K in Trades
Yesterday's trading was like Eric's blog--B O R I N G !
WNBD is strictly a dilution machine waiting to implode once and for all, unless a reverse split occurs to give it some legs.
When we hit and sustain successive $180K days of trade volume, tell someone. Until then, WNBD is a horrible investment.
(That's 125M+ shares a day at current prices for all you mathletes out there)
Nice to see you back...yep, another typical day.
BTDG is screaming to be SUSPENDED!
Just a matter of time!
Wouldn't mind seeing a bunch of sleazeball stock promoters doors being kicked in by SWAT, stunned with some ~*FLASH*~ Bangs, thrown into handcuffs, and escorted off in police cars.
I could list a few names, but let's stay on topic!
I may just get my wish soon enough!!!
Eric (via the 504s) is doing a bang up job selling into the news!
Nicely done!
"...and not just stock promoters."

Just speculating, but I think the distinguished doctor and US Naval veteran will be included in a future Microcap Fraud Working Group press release, under the stock promoter category.
"...SEC's new effort to crackdown on microcap fraud is targeting transfer agents, attorneys, auditors, broker-dealers and other "gatekeepers" in the market..."
Should a particular IPO attorney (rhymes with) heed the SEC's latest round of suspensions and press release?
That's a darn shame.
2 of Monk's FLD schemes now have been suspended. Coincidence?
Let's review:
- EIGH: Suspended - November 4, 2010
- CDIV: Suspended - June 7, 2011
- GRNO: TBD
- SUGO: TBD
Am I missing any?
VWAP
Anyone been tracking WNBD's VWAP?
Pretty pathetic, I assume. Well, by judging by the company's CEO, people can see why!
Interesting!
And what logical and viable conclusions can you make of this data?
Could it be Eric was slow to register shares he sold within the appropriate and acceptable timelines? Is it just Eric being the buffoon he is?
Or are you suggesting something illegal (FTDs due to naked shorts or something else)? What exactly are you implying?
I even read a few posts talking about naked short sellers too...same story! Same bogus BS!
WNBD is turning out to be exactly what it set out to be all along--a share selling POS with a product on the shelf...virtual shelf. Home Depot carries it online only! That little nugget allowed the PPS to somewhat stablize...without it, the dilution would have put this POS into trip zeros a week or two ago!
Trip zeros is inevitable unless the product actually is accepted by the consumer market. Retailers and wholesalers aren't to positive, now are they?
How is our lawyer-friend Alan Heller?
Is he still allowed to practice? NY Bar Association is really showing how low their bar is set!
Hope you make some dinero out of the three-right circus, called SpongeTech!
