I'm stubborn irish and would sink the ship before i'd hand it over to pirates, fair enough.
I never gave him money, I never loaned him money, no gifts to he or his family friends, I made no charitable donations to any of his favorite charities and i never mowed his lawn. I have a question, what is your name? I'd appreciate you telling me before you ask another.
I never asked, wasn't my business.
No, I have never given money to Allen Giles. I bought him lunch once.
Not much imo.
Tex, I am so going to enjoy watching your awakening if it ever happens. What's that river in egypt called?
I thought I had replied. Hate to say he has no chance, might have a small chance, but he could probably double it by buying a lottery ticket.
Giles has a great reputation as do I. Typical BS with no backing other than do your own DD. Your defending a habitual criminal that has done nothing for 10 years but print shares and put out scam PR's in the pinks..imo.
The well was dry, pretty simple, couldn't afford to finish processor, pay salaries, buy property, improvements, feedstock, etc. That was my impression.
Cheaper and quicker. Buy a shell,rs it to death, change name, pump pr's, print shares, short it down, rinse repeat. I'd learn about this stuff before I'd invest in pink sheets if i was you. It's where 99% of the money goes.
Yes it is Tex. Allen had a great business plan, best I've seen, what sold me. He had a dozen edges over plans that were being financed, what sold me. Allen knows the numbers in this industry better than anyone I've met. He didn't have a company with any credibility in my opinion, pink sheets to boot, had to look scary.
That was my impression too.
The profitability of a biodiesel plant changes daily, very high risk. Generally oil needs to be above $60 barrel and the plant has to be doing 5MM GPY min to make the numbers work, 30MM GPY is a popular model that works. I like selling the hardware, in and out. During the gold rush in california the guys that made the most money were selling picks and shovels. Example; under the new ASTM every loading rack blending biodiesel will need to remove the entrained water released as it's blended. This will require 10's of millions in infrastructure equipment. I have an opportunity to build and market the best solution teamed with the technology provider. There is little if any competition. It's one of a hundred similar opportunities on the horizon. I have half a dozen mousetraps the world would beat a path to if I could get them to market. Right now I need to order pumps that will be late if I stay here. Have a nice day.
Azziz needed financing. Allen spent his time developing business plans to get that financing. They all said no. They like to see a project happening before they jump on board. Allen took what he had and got the ball rolling. he tried hard, worked hard, and smart. The investors, banks, etc just didn't like Amelot.
Wow. When you put it that way. I picture Azziz blind folded on a plank with us all yelling arggg, ha. The judge will be most concerned with the shareholders i would think and hope. This would make him happy. Not a bad idea.
The thought crossed my mind but doesn't add up. Who wants a shell with 5 billion enemies. You'd have to grow it 1,000,000 fold to square them up, only option is a RS which screws them too. What would be left? A 250k shell with 5B negative good will. I thought it would be cool to have a public company where the CEO actually works, communicates, etc. I like breaking new ground, high risk/reward technology commercialization, bringing new mousetraps to market. It's hard to find investment. So I sell tanks so I can sleep indoors, it's a nice predictable profitable industry in which I have over 20 years experience.
That's about how i see it too. My uncle called me and said when he googles Fitzsimmons this case pops up everywhere. That bugs the heck out of me. My grandpa used to say a lot of good men worked hard to give you a good name, you take it with you when you walk out the door, you should bring it back in the same condition. I am obligated to square this.
Allen told me Aziz couldn't afford him any more back when he was let go.
I spoke with Allen a moment ago. He's still developing green energy projects. He is extremely bright and has learned like we all do. It's tempting to go in the pink sheets to find investment in risky ventures. I am sure he won't try that again.
I predict they quit paying their atty and I win on default.
They released a PR stating they had signed a contract with me for a 6MMGPY system. They had only discussed a 2MM, and had no signed contract. That one was bold faced fraud.
Thx OA, that was refreshing, lmao.
Blade, I never sent Azziz a piece of equipment., that was a another lie. How many before you wake up?
That's awesome. I met with the ambassador from Guyana in NYC about three years ago and explained the opportunity they had. They had a massive palm plantation not being harvested. They offered a 99yr lease on the 160,000 hectares for 1 dollar, all I had to do was use it, employ the locals. I could only offer an offtake for the feedstock, didn't have funds or expertise in developing third world agro economies. I knew they had a ferrari in the garage, no fuel. I'm glad to see it happening, maybe.
7 gallons per person per year in US, approx.
Two plastic tanks, plastic hose, non exp pumps designed for light duty, gravity separation, no meth recovery, water wash, etc. The cheapo backyard style system sold by many.
If you own a diesel engine your living probably depends on it. Fuel quality issues are not taken lightly. One issue and you lose a customer, maybe more. Liability is another concern. What if you blend poor biodiesel with diesel and contaminate 10,000 gallons. How many engines can you afford to fry, etc.
That ebay style processor in barbados will not produce astm grade biodiesel imo, not close.
I don't know but good luck to you.
The SEC is not staffed to handle it. Most investigators with brains go after their future employers and get very sweet deals. It's a revolving door with the talent. Naked short selling was pure theft to the tune of so many billions it would cause systemic failure of the financial system to stop it and was basically condoned. Guys like Maddoff are getting away with it they are so overwhelmed and they look at the pinks with a caveat emptor attitude. The fox is running the hen house now and Aziz is the stuff on the floor. I'm hoping Obama can help.
I don't know for sure. I'd guess 50k each. And yes, the winner can get awarded attorney fees. Their lawyer will want his money upfront I imagine.
You're right. I'm not xenophobic, racist, etc...far far from it. I just want this snake to go back in the hole he slithered out of wherever it is though.
I heard 95% of the plants are shut down now. With oil this low the only thing moving is next gen algae, fischer tropf jet, cellulosic...all still in R&D land really with VC money. DOE loan guarantees coming though. I'd be surprised to see this plant financed.
My atty is in NY, told me the same thing. Todays conference sets a schedule. It will likely lay out a 9-12 month timetable. This will be very expensive for us both, Aziz will likely need to re-up his retainer. Our discovery demands will likely provide us with enough rope to give the SEC to drag his ass back to Pakistan.
he smiled, said i got it, don't worry about it..
i wouldn't know the hearing is coming up if not for being here
if your stock broker told you to mortgage all you have and buy more of this stock would you do it? dumb question huh...you'd find a new stock broker just like i'd find a new lawyer
Not a chance with DM around ever, IMO.
Willie handed it off to his lawyers long ago. He resigned from BOD, then resigned from advisory board, then he pulled Biowillie,
As part of the “BioWillie” license agreement, Earth pays $25,000 in monthly advances on biodiesel royalty amounts payable equal to two cents per gallon of fuel sold under the BioWillie trademark. The contract is renewable every 2 years. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, royalty payments totaled $0. Subsequent to September 30, 2008, Willie Nelson obtained an agreed injunction, whereby Earth cannot use the BioWillie trademark name, or the name of Willie Nelson in any manner."
well said
