Thanks! You too.
Thanks. Hope you are well.
Hi everyone, I hope all are well. I have a five year old daughter, business is good, life is good. God bless.
Hey y'all, thought I'd see if anything had changed in a couple of years.....nope. Hope you're all well.
Yea, it's not the pink sheet CEO's telling lies, it's all the people they did business with, gotcha.
Yea it was, and that PR was pure bull, like many others.
I heard they are trying to sell the shell, game over.
Based on a decade of lies and deceit leading to a year of being dark at minimum bid? Do you know Freddy? How do you come to have faith? Wouldn't raising the Titanic be easier?
That isn't true, as you know. I lost it all. I also picked up, moved on, took my losses, and rebuilt. Life's good.
History is a tale told by the survivors.
The scam already happened. It's done. Elvis left the building.
Any day now right?
Didn't the recent spike in volume roughly correlate to how many shares that were allowed to dribble in the new year? Did Aziz's tab also get paid recently? Or let me guess..it's accumulation building prior to the big run.
I'm surprised. Seems like anything he's near should be red flagged by now. I haven't followed his shenanigans in some time, looking now. I see TexOk, Big Star, Skillen..He just keeps looting away, ensnarling others as he goes..If I hadn't run out of money I could have buried him back in 2008, so wish I did.
Hey;
Fancy meeting you here. I saw some ties to Dennis McClaughlin. Is this his new toy?
They can dump 400 million shares a year per the dribble rule right? Looks like Aziz is dribbling.
30MM shares only equates to $3,000 dollars. Sounds like someone is covering a bar tab to me or maybe the bar is selling their shares, maybe both.
Hope you come through it ok buddy..prayers with ya.
I built the first biodiesel blending dispenser, brought it to San Antonio biodiesel show. BNOC could simply splash drop the biodiesel into the same tank as the diesel is stored, no blending dispensers, pumps, tanks, meters, etc Gauge stick and common sense is all that's needed. They don't need any captal investment. If AMHD matches the cost on diesel it's a no brainer for BNOC. They will likely have fuel problems, supply problems, etc and abandon it, imo.
BTW..To be called biodiesel, a trademarked name owned by the NBB, it has to meet ASTM. Anything else is whatever..so there is no such thing as off spec biodiesel, it's not biodiesel if it's off spec..ha..
Yea, guilty...I once was blind but now I see.
I was talking about the biodiesel machine. Flipping houses is profitable and probably within their capabilities. I can't think why they wouldn't just pocket the profits though.
I know that anyone doing anything with Azziz has to be a crook or an idiot.
Another genius in the smoke and mirrors show.
It's pretty obvious that machine/operation was shuttered just like a thousand others trying to do the same thing. It's not a realistic or profitable model. imo
I was on my to the bank and lol when I saw this. Anyone that believes Azziz and his PR's deserves to lose their money in this scam. They dropped this suit, lawyer went MIA, but they probably sold enough shares to pay for the PR, that's the only thing they know how to do.
Are you serious? Whatever you are making the biodiesel out of is feedstock. No wonder you like this company.
Sorry your investment is in the toilet with 5 billion shares around it's neck. At what point will you say oops?
No, didn't have any.
The stainless was stolen during a break in years ago, the rest are in our old warehouse in our "bone pile".
They gave up.
On the cusp of greatness? too funny
Wow, I thought that PR would generate some volume. Looks like the party is over.
This is my favorite.
Amelot Holdings to exploit new source of biodiesel
By MJ Clark
March 28, 2008 --
CHEYENNE - Amelot Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company incorporated in Wyoming, has announced its projected 2008 revenues at $7 million.
According to its Web site, the company’s focus is on developing a global renewable energy trading and manufacturing company. One of the company’s interests lies in the subtropical Jatropha plant, whose non-edible seeds contain up to 40 percent oil. The processed oil can be used in a standard diesel engine, while the residue can be used for biomass electricity production.
The company expects to collect enough indigenous Jatropha seed to produce a minimum of 1 million gallons of Jatropha oil in 2008. On March 13, the company subsidiary, Jatropha Biofuel Technologies, Inc. (JBTI), came to an agreement with Fundacion Pan America (FPA) to develop Jatropha plantations throughout Latin America.
Beginning next month, JBTI will begin developing a minimum of 100,000 hectares of land across Latin America for the cultivation of Jatropha feedstock and the production of Jatropha oil.
According to the company, each hectare of land will support about 2,000 Jatropha trees which can be interplanted with cash crops like coffee, sugar, fruits and vegetables. Every Jatropha tree produces approximately half a gallon of Jatropha oil per year. The company claims that a Jatropha plantation will generate net income for 35 to 40 years.
In terms of world ecology, the Jatropha tree grows well in poor soils, actually improves soil quality and can be grown in dry land farms or drought situations.
Conservative estimates show that 100,000 hectares of developed land will produce 100 million gallons of oil annually. Currently, soy-based biodiesel (B100) trades for $5.01 a gallon.
This week, the company announced that it will acquire Three Rivers Biofuel LLC, (TRB) and intends to build a Jatropha biofuel plant with a full capacity of 100 million gallons a year when fully upgraded. The plant will be built on a 20-acre parcel that TRB has the rights to in Burnsville, Miss.
"The acquisition of Three Rivers’ Biofuel LLC by Amelot Holdings Inc will give us access to quality feedstock," said Forrest F. "Bud" Stacy, president and CEO of TRB. "We felt that Amelot's strengths matched very well with our expertise in the designing, development, and management of biodiesel facilities. This is the perfect fit and it is a win-win situation."
"Bud Stacy is the only man for this job," said Aziz Hirji need his title And AFFILIATION. "Bud's track record of designing, constructing, and operating large scale energy plants speaks for itself. He took Olgethorpe Power and turned it into a Fortune 500 top 50 utilities company. He is just the kind of person we need and want at Amelot to build our first class Jatropha Biodiesel Plants in the U.S. and around the world."
In addition to direct sales of biodiesel, Amelot also plans to market the following revenue streams globally: consulting for new Jatropha plantations; cloning technology for the production of superior Jatropha seeds; exclusive distribution rights for a new, superior extraction process; and sale of Jatropha seeds and seedlings.
I can prove it, he lied plenty.
Allen knew everything, and reported to Azzis. He did the PR's, most was overstated, exaggerated, always forward looking spin, etc. They lied about processor size, it being burned in, it producing fuel, it being done here and there, etc. He was trying to make it all happen, needed money, needed to sell stock to get it, needed to spin PR's to get the stock sold.
He knows that, he justs likes to twist and spin this thing. I think it goes with denial about his losses. Most of us have given in to the fact we screwed up getting involved with this company. Jgyg and Fly not so much, they still want to hope and find any reason they can to hang on to it, it's sad. Reality sucks sometimes.
Not familiar with him, thx. I have heard about lots of catalysts coming on the seen. I quit tracking all of it. I googled biodiesel every night and read everything I could for years, talked to most that were doing anything interesting, etc. Now I just do fuel storage system design.
TMC always blamed him when the promised monies couldn't be sent. They never once witheld payment over concern over progress, it was always Azziz's fault or "the financing didn't come through." They never said they weren't paying me over progress. Mike Joyce lied when he said that and he has no communications, emails, letters, etc to stand on. I do.
Allen was putting the deals together with himself in the equity mix, I don't know specifics, or care. He may have had intent on paying Azziz all, I wouldn't have as he had clearly defaulted on his commitments.
I wanted them to pay a fair price, I was 40% under the competition and offering a superior product to boot. The "profit" has to cover many many things while also insuring the risk / reward. I lost a million, my biz, my house, wife, dogs..what was that worth? R&D was ongoing, as was tech support, warranty expense, etc.
