Original investor with Nickolas dating to 2003. I'll benefit you bet. I would love to see this happen, but Nickolas is a loser. I am betting on my namesake KEN.
I am plenty long (625mm)alright and not very patient.
Not a thing.
Happy to assist!!!
Thank you, but this is old news. This is a plan not accomplishments. Your point is.
Dave, they need to publish PRs that will pump the stock ... that would be win/win. They can't be that incompetent. Remember they have little to no capital to work with. If they have been infused with private monies ... why no PR to pump the stock? With that said, the only inference to draw is they don't have anything definitive financially or bonafide agreements or they would publish it. They need more pinky investor monies to launch this thing ... that isn't happening either. You should be asking to see more meat on the bone.
They have drawn a line in the sand alright, but with caveats. They should have published a PR with a stronger factual basis as I have already stated. My guess is the still can't or haven't walked the talk. They have a little over 60 days and they should have firm agreements in place for bottling, merchandising and producing inventory of the three unknown products.
Food for thought -- If they are launching on October 1 they should be able to state the following:
1.) What retail outlets will the product be distributed and available for sale? The marketing and distribution agreements should be consummated and in place for 10/01 launch. Why no statements to prepare the consumer for anticipated purchase as well as credible information to the investors. GNC, Walgrens, Health Clubs, Vending??? Why no disclosure? ... that would be much more powerful and credible.
2.) If they are launching on October 1 they should be producing inventory as we speak to fill the distribution pipeline. Why no statement to that point.
3.) What three products? The formulations should be finalized and bottling agreements complete. No hard specifics there.
Just the same old same old. If you are tired of my diatribe you should have more displeasure with these empty suits.
Touche!!!
They always have a caveat. Why don't they state through which marketing outlet like GNC, Walgrens, etc. The numbers they project should have some basis or foundation not just pie in the sky. A solid PR would contain more detail like the initial outlet for distribution. IMO-just the same old drivel.
Thank you ... I am glad someone finally gets it. For those who bought in early I ask you one question ... Who or what killed this stock? Single handedly, it was Mr. Nickolas with his bogus PRs. I don't mind being villified as in time reality will bare the truth. Their track record stinks and up until now they have only duped the investment group.
I don't believe Twist Beverages Inc. of Toronto is publicly traded contact them @ 888-697-5461.
MY FRIEND, so does Vitatwist provide all the benefits of Nu2O. It doesn't need a special patented process is the point as it deliveries either dry or liquid nutrients at the point of consumption through the PowerCapTM. I enlightened the board many moons ago as there would be a technology that usurps Nu2O. The longer this waited the sooner they would become ME TOO. The cold fill economics is driven by the savings of PET in making the bottle @ +$1.00/#. THE PATENTED PROCESS IS MOOT!!! THE BLOOM IS FALLING OF THE ROSE WITH EACH PASSING DAY. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SINCE 2005.
RichieBoy Ice Down is not a partner they are a contract manufacturer for bottled water not unlike Chameleon. There are many to choose from in the States. NUBV owns no bottling plant assets. In many cases, these bottlers have their own products and contract manufacturer for other private labels like Nu2O, Vitatwist, Hotels, Airlines, etc. Vitatwist is launching a number of products nationally that are flavored an/or enhanced with zero calories, sugars or preservatives. They also can use the cold fill process. The major savings in the cold fill process is PET content of the bottle. The nutrients can be delivered dry or liquid with or without flavors. The point is Nu2O will not be UNIQUE. The patent doesn't apply and has no value as these ingredients are delivered at point of consumption through the PowerCapTM. NO UNIQUE PROCESS REQUIRED. This can dry or liquid delivery of nutrient sytems that can be purchased by a number of suppliers as Steve mentioned in his conference call. Liquid Health labs is an example. There are vendors of liquid nutritional delivery systems that are flavorless. I purchase them myself over the internet and add to my water first thing in the morning for maximum absorption 95% versus 50% with a pill. The economics is driven by saving PET in the cold fill process as it only uses 12 grams of PET versus 20 grams for hot fill. PET costs +$1.00/#. That is a 40% savings.
VitaTwist
Martin & Barbara has done it again! Their focus on designing nutrient-enrich skin care for athletes and sports-minded men and women has led to a whole new twist on liquid nutrition VitaTwist™. Since vitamins degrade so quickly, the founders of Twist Beverages Inc. knew it was crucial to keep the Active Ingredients separate from the liquid until the moment it was to be consumed.
“A unique, interactive twist cap finally made it possible,” says co-founder, Martin Holder With a twist of the wrist, fresh nutrients stored in the cap are activated creating a delicious, thirst-quenching blend of vitamins in an oxygen-enriched water. The ability to instantly release nutrients—free of sugars, calories and preservatives—into a nine step filtration process water called O2 Aqua™ makes VitaTwist™ an innovation set to shake the beverage market.
Continuing on their quest to provide healthy-looking skin from the INSIDE-OUT, Twist Beverages Inc. will soon introduce three new brands using the same twist cap technology. They plan to launch a drinkable skin care called SkinTwist™; a sports-oriented line of beverages, SportsTwist™

VitaTwist Link - Nu2O is already obsolete. This is the uiltimate in coldfill technology. As I stated in previous post there is superior technology to be introduced. Sorry to burst everyones bubble, but this does everything that NUBV touts and then some. Cap technology in beverage is the new wave ... someday you will be able to buy just the caps and apply to your commodity purified water.

No thank you ... my distain for Nickolas is clear and all the money in the world will not compromise my principals and character to promote a scumbag. I am not here to recommend pump or dump. My mission is nothing but to convey BUYER BEWARE and provide information that I am privy to whether it is good or bad. This board needs to convey a balance of info. not just pump.
Believe me they won't divulge any information that they wouldn't share publicly ... if they do, then they aren't worthy of their leadership position and fiduciary responsibility.
You are right on. They really don't owe the shareholder anything other than a return on investment. The PR releases should be market oriented as to product launch and financial health.
Hello Brasco -- not in your wildest of dreams. I am here to help you with your spelling and grammar. I apologize if I get under your skin ... you really do wear it on your sleeve. Lighten up.
Hello Colonel ... just found that to be a bit curious. His company is private and he can arbitrarily issue as many as he likes. The one thing we don't know is the valuation or a potential new investment partner in XND. Best regards - ken
I liked your cardinal rules you posted earlier ... at least I believe it was your post. I hope this doesn't turn into a game of mouse trap. You seemed to be armed with resources to get to the bottom. If NUBV doesn't own the technology rights, they have nothing but the short end of the stick. The money is in the proprietary art not the brand. Can't sell the brand without the license to produce ... and Nickolas and Stewart own that right along with Enhanced Beverage, LLC.
By the way, are you aware Steve increased his shares in XND from 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 before the merger. Looks like Steve got twice as much in the second merger than he did the first. He is still running circles around NUBV. Now,that's a good guy ... ROTGLMAO.
Bridgette, I am here just for you. As a lawyer, I am surprised you don't try to source other information than the same BS Steve et al continues to blow up your skirt. Quite frankly, they don't owe you or anyone else insider info. just credible information to drive the PPS. Why don't you research the technology vendors and verify they are purchasing the ingredients to roll out the product? I have.
People with good character and a solid value system don't get sued and end up in court as often as Nickolas does. His resume isn't even accurate. There was never a legal entity called Apani Bottled Water Company it was Apani Inc. If he started the first bottled water company in Hawaii ... why doesn't he reference it by name? It's clear deceipt ... that is not a person of integrity and great character. He told you in the conference call he was going to build a $500M brand and sell it. He sold out to NUBV shortly thereafter before the first bottle hit the market because he is broke. I'll bet he still owns the patent ... that is where the money is not retail water. You and a number of the gang need to see more transparency and understanding of all these shallow PRs. Nonetheless, credibility and sales $$$ are going to attract new investors and drive PPS not the ongoing BS. I will assure you that Steve still owns the patent as he hasn't sold the entity that owns the patent to NUBV. All this BS is nothing but going full circle like a dog chasing it's tail. What is the marketing outlet for a 10,000 bottles per day 3.65M bottles per year @ $1.39. That wouldn't even fill the vending needs in health clubs. Walk down the beverage aisle and see how much shelf space small regional waters get ... not ehough for a six pack. This certainly doesn't come close to the business plan targets and the company will be far from making any profit any time soon. The money is in the proprietary technology that Steve owns and will eventually sell ... Nu2O is simply the exposure vehicle. If and when, Steve will prosper and everyone at NUBV loses. A Tiger doesn't change it's stripes. You are right ...he's a GOOD PERSON you simply forgot to insert CON.
XND has no production assets ... they are a marketing company. All of this product will be contract manufactured by the likes of Chameleon and Ice Box. Steve says he has the bottles and labels. That makes little sense to me as most of all the large manufacturers like Pepsi and Coke blow all their bottles inline in other words a fully integrated manufacturing process. If Steve is buying the bottles on the outside, the cost to ship is tremendous and they lose the advantage of cold fill. A hot fill bottle uses 20 grams of PET and cold fill uses 12 grams of PET. That alone is large considering the cost of PET, but the freight costs eat the savings. They do not appear to have this well planned based on the snippits of info posted on the board.
10k per day is spit @ $1.39 a bottle and net profit of 5-10%. If you do the math, they won't get rich any time soon. Market leader Vitaminwater sells 2mm bottles per day. This is a regional play at best. Chameleon's full capacity is 2mm per week. Wonder what the available capacity for Nu2O is at Chameleon and Ice Box. If they can't generate high volume this product won't get enough exposure. This needs to hit mass merchandisers to be of significance. HUM!!!
I buy this product daily Aquafina Alive (nutrient enhanced water/flavored) O calories. Most have daily values of 10% vitamins depending on the product. All contain high intensity non- caloric sweetners such as Splenda (sucralose) and Acesulfame K ... loaded with preservatives such as SHMP, Potassium Sorbate and EDTA. Nu2O can provide the nutrients without the aforementioned and be virtually flavorless.
For such a cash starved company to not return your letters to assist them ($$$) in launching product ... makes you wonder. Selling off their stock makes no sense in raising operating capital as this will keep the pps depressed. Can they walk the talk or are they just another den of pinky investor thieves? At these trading levels they can't raise enough dough to keep the lights on.
The only thing to draw from the announcement is that the temporary non exclusive marketing agreement would become permanent. Time will tell if these guys can set aside their previous differences and truly work together. The only way to get this stock to move is sales $$$$$$.
Correction ... Beverage Science Labs is a trademark not a shell as I previously posted. Valuation remains the same as previous post 0000000000. What does one pay for something of no value?
Just answering the question. Incidentally, Vitaminwater sells over 2mm bottles a day ... that exceeds Chameleon Beverage weekly capacity. Do some research and you will find the majority of small bottled water companies do not make any money as they can't market or merchandise against the "Big 3". I'll post the link.
That's just another shell Nickolas Enterprise that has no valuation.
Congratulations Sir, I missed that one ... my apologies. Steve has been such a truthful forthcoming individual NOT ... in fact, he has commanded this whole debacle. I can't possibly believe an individual of your stature would continue to fall for his BS. Remember he called me a thief ... how credible is that. I only supplied him with a bunch of dough and helped him raise more monies only to find he cut and run with the funds to pay off his second mortgage for his multi-million dollar lifestyle. He is a tiger and is very charming ( a wolf in sheeps clothing)... don't let the camo your judgement. I would never expect anyone that has ridden it out this long to liquidate ... that makes no sense, but I certainly wouldn't invest more good money after bad until I saw a major turn. Not just some BS PR. In fact, these guys seem to have learned to keep their big mouths shut. That is a good sign ... perhaps there is some credibility with Ken Jones. Time will tell!!! Good luck to you all!!!
Hello Lieutenant --- I hope this post finds you save and well. I have been here all along ... I read the posts most everyday for some comic relief. I've noticed a great deal of newcomers and not much to comment on other than they appear to be attempting this acquisition all over again. I wonder what has changed. That last time I spoke to Zouvas their was a lack of trust, honesty and integrity between all parties. I quess birds of a feather will always flock together. Hope you hit the lottery with all the rest, but I don't put alot of faith in hopes and a prayer when it comes to finance. I am well invested in beverage technology ... this one as well as you know, but the technology is not in the right hands and will take time. If they are successful inspite of themselves we will all prosper. My money sits on the ingredients that NUBV needs to utilize to make this happen. Good luck to you and stay out of harms way.
This is better than reading the funny papers!! You actually believe this "den of investor money thieves" can actually establish and build a business. Their record and previous history ... Says, NO WAY. Does anyone really comprehend or understand what it takes to capitalize this business in terms of time and money? They have plenty of time but no money. If you would like to visit an interesting website on water ... visit www.finewaters.com. Enlighten yourselves.
So that is a cast of? Steve must be meeting with himself in the closet and making a spectacular power point presentation. Do you think Ted got invited as the master's voice. These meetings are a joke and so is the re-aquisition of XND. These guys had so much fun and trust the first time let's try again. This is a circus. I hope you lottery plays hit it big, but the odds are ????? remote at best.ROTFLMAO
Since the company has little to no money and a new CEO that they can't afford, they issued Ken Jones stock for his compensation package $220,000. That is no different they what they planned to do with Zouvas; thereby, the buyback isn't a sign of great things to come and is why it was done quietly - IMO.
Great Post!!! Now that is some nice DD; however their will be a lot of non-believers. Some will never get it ... gluttons for punishment.
I agree with the penny man they need a white knight...and that isn't going to happen as they have nothing to offer, but a 6 mos. non-exclusive license for a product that hasn't seen the light of day. That is another smoke screen or should I say blowing smoke up your skirt. Any arrangement is a oneway street because NUBV has nothing to bring to the party. It will be a cold day in hell before this moves under the current status quo. It's not bashing just a reality. RAh Rah doesn't get it anymore ... that dirt trail is way to long and just another failure in the long string of unsuccessful endeavors by Ron et al.
