He did trim some off & he demands way too much - the Omaha midget needs to sell it off and move on. WF does not need him as a shareholder.
Just like when Great Recession hit and markets swooned mick - what usually leads out? Gold. Silver Platinum, Palladium etc. Pfizer is just beginning their clinical 3rd stage trials for covid - their going to try and get it out before Jan - if not - early 21’ - with 100,000,000 doses of vaccine- just to start with-,It looks promising & the world will be getting back to normal - there are some amazing deals out there in regards to stocks. We’ll see what occurs with election here in the states. But one thing is for sure -IMO it is likely the virus will be controlled and this is only a short term situation max 5-8 months. I’m buying and going deep - since market dropped - picking and choosing selectively and never listening to any drama or neg publicity. This will be over max 8 months - that’s nothing in realm of long term investing. I see this massive sell off, as finding the riches of the Atocha. What’s 6-8 months honestly? That’s NOTHING. Vaccines IMO are coming and it will be after election. Most investors have been spoiled rotten over last 8/9 years with huge gains / their not experienced or not been around long enough to know what’s up. Panic and paranoia - ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME. That’s when I make my moves. Bloody decks - bloodier the better. SELL SELL SELL - pretty pretty please - FOR ME. I’m
acquiring amazing companies for massive haircuts. More doom and gloom news churns out, more strife - it’s an opportunity as the major broadcasters manipulate the news. Mark my words - this huge sell off - was only scaredy cats taking huge profit taking. They’ll be back. But I’ll have beat them to the punch.
Not buying into it - IMO- puff magic dragon.
I like this company and it’s prospects, strategically going small, grinding it out. Staying here in good ole America. Keeping debt somewhat manageable- that’s key. Expansion hopefully of upper blast zone going north. Go Jersey Boys.
NY this is showing some life - the blasting at the top of the mine is IMO, has been so far a pretty shrewd move on John Swallow’s leadership and Jerseys management’s part and upped their gold recovery - they also filed to extend toward the north -at the top of the peak - the same blast zone. Their onto something likely. They from looks of it may have plans for a 2nd blast zone. We’ll see, or maybe a 2nd mill? It’ll be interesting to watch this unfold. Like seeing the actual mining taking place and forward moving Corp expansions. But IMO- making smart prudent decisions on where and how much money their spending. They keep PR’s to a minimum, and IMO - moving forward. Support here in .20’s lately - we’ll where PPS goes from here of sinks back a little. Either way - I’m not going ANYWHERE. However, with what their doing - I have been trimming some long held shares of next door neighbor Hecla off and I’m pulling plug on all of my HL shares within 30 days. After decades - it’s time to part IMO. I could go back - anytime- but I see long potential here with the JERSEY BOYS. IMO ONLY- HL it appears to be meandering as of late and with all of their production - it’s always been a fairly low PPS- saddled with some debt. IMO- I like the way Swallow is running this and it’s direction since he jumped up in the saddle with his boots on. I like their viewpoints on keeping debt low and shoot smaller. IMO - this has more potential than what the market has been valuing this. It’s here in AMERICA, supporting our precious metals industry and American economic security - Jersey is not in ANY far flung countries, chasing their tails, like a rabbit. Central Idaho, North Idaho, MT. Sign me up. Wait I signed up MANY years ago. Since Swallow arrived - it’s trending. If it gets past .25+ and high .20’s and into .30’s then it will gain more market cap slowly but surely. IMO the trick in mining is to spend less, not more and get as much precious metal recovery as someone possibly can - stretch it out- grind it out. That’s what they’ve been doing IMO. I was up the north fork CDA recently fly fishing my fav places and little known tributaries that feed it, deep into those mountains. Just a beautiful area, rich in mining history. It’s extremely stable with local seasoned expert North Idaho generational mining families - who are experts in that type of narrow vein hard rock blasting- and now their BLOWING top of their mountain that looms way up an adit- scooping up and trucking it down their S curve dirt road to their floater mill and it’s in the world famous Silver Valley. What’s there not to like here and did I mention their NOT chasing their tails overseas investing wasting hundreds of millions of capital that saddles bigger corporations? Their focused in their backyards and making lemonade out of lemons. Even if it slips below at some point below .20 - IMO- over time for myself personally - Jersey has real potential. I like small, I like low debt, I like staying in their backyard. I’ll be adding throughout this week and next 3/4 weeks. Go Jersey Boys - GO. The sound of the blast BOOM zone is a music to my ears and seeing trucks loaded up going in and out.
Has some support up here in .20’s a great sign.

Buffett sold off shares before PPS dove badly. I’ve never honestly followed Buffett nor subscribe to his investments. I have always marched to my own tune and always will. He’s certainly done very well, however, I have my own research and skill set/analytical opinions that originated and has been rooted in MY own value investing since 1977. I really do not care if Buffett believes in his opinion that WF blew it with fake account scandals - that’s his opinion - was it a black eye - yes. But a minor shiner. WF is a solid bank institution and has been around a lot longer, than Buffett has been alive and will go on strongly, long after his passing. Who cares what he thinks or opinions? If he feels that way - in his opinions - perhaps he should sell all of his WF holdings- and do the rest of us WF strong long shareholders a favor so we can avoid any further neg publicity connected to his opinions. We don’t need him or Berkshire here. I’ll gladly continue to acquire. Please sell buffet, we’ll be happy to buy your shares and hold for next 4 decades. IMO - he’s always sort of been out for his own interests - Since he first started - but I have mine and I don’t buy or sell based on whatever he does. Who cares? People follow him around, kissing his derrière like a blind puppy dog - blaze your own paths and think and invest for ourselves / that’s what he does. WF is a strong strong financial institution and they made a mistake - they’ve owned up to it - but for him to pop off on WF - while he holds more shares- if I ever came across him eye to eye- I’d tell him politely - please leave. Oh the world is ending, the midwestern midget buffet sold some shares LOL- who cares. Don’t let the door hit him in his ass on way out- He should stay in that chic Uber sophisticated city he lives at in Omaha. WF does not need Warren Buffett- never did and never will. They were operating in CA- Wild West days - how long has Buffett been alive? Exactly my point. He’s toward the end of his life span and who cares if he’s in with us at WF or not.
Hey conix - very well could show signs of weakness. Div at .80 still is highly attractive if they opt to bring it down to that.
Accumulated - still at it. Solid performer. Made adjustments from a Corp strategic to minimize risks in market. Smart management. Great div. buying the hell out of it for awhile now and will continue too. The COVID is not going anywhere until vaccine created- I anticipated a drop with PPS- when it appeared market became over panicked - when I saw the PR that they were situated safely - I stomped on gas and took down quite a bit. Adding to my positions. The div is a real good returner compared to price per share - that can be developed into a strong monthly return by investing. I was in before the drop. So I went off on it- hit gas pedal buy buy buy.
JW IMO has a stake here I agree - not getting younger lol who is though right? That could play into someday stock rising up. IMO- it’s been a Kmart blue light special discount on pricing lately. He’s got decent production still looks like and maintains his wells. Michigan potential could be a value play that could impact PPS to upside. Funding is critical or like futr mentioned a partner. Not too sure if JW and Corp would be open to that. IMO- this is undervalued. JW’s IMO - has got a lot into this and his time.
Mav
Who you trading with JJ -
I agree
We’re on our way - it’s a gift anything under 28- however - by being patient - I can increase cash divs by waiting on PPS to decline - which I knew it would be dropping. Covid is not going anywhere until vaccine is created. Until then - some stocks will be impacted. I’ve been adding on bottoms - but only on bottoms. I don’t buy into rallies on any stock - at anytime. We could see down the road $20-24 price points, with heavy trading activity. I’m long term - here for the HUGE divs.
I can imagine you’d been slightly p’d off. Understandable. Hopefully - he gets that funding and once again DBRM- rises up to those levels once again.
Was always curious if he knew this board existed.
IF- he ever gets funded - and if Michigan lease hits pay dirt- I would like to think PPS would increase perhaps? It’s traded over a penny over last 12 months, but not for long. I’m curious as to how far up it could go if news hits eventually if it does.
JJ!!
Thanks for sharing. That’s a pretty straightforward reply & all in all - not a bad one at that overall. IF he gets funding - which I can appreciate his candor with you. IMO- as price per barrel increases through out rest of 20’ and into 21’ & 22’ - capital should filter in. We both have been here for a long time with Jim and Daybreak -I do believe there is value here - as you do. Sounds like Jim is putting money back into maintenance and doing a good job on that. That’s actually a big positive, plus their production is doing good. If JW does get capital eventually- and this shallow Michigan play turns out black gold - that will be a good thing. I believe there is upside here, and we have all the time we need to watch as we have. At less than .01 - it will likely rise in PPS- if news breaks later on JW got his money and then strikes Michigan black gold. IMO- that’s a risk I would take.
Thank you for sharing! Does he know about this board do you know?
Mav
Shall be interesting
Can I please have some more in the $24's please LOL. Scooping up for my DIVY port.
I AGREE- I have been adding ever since the downturn- done real well with zero chances I'll be selling not 1 share. Here for long term play on amazing dividend returns. I like the infusion of high cash returns each month and they seem to have played the downturn real well. Real surprised there isn't any activity on this board.
Surprised somewhat there isn't more activity here, this cracked .22+...
JJ tomorrow June 23'rd price of oil is set to go up once again I read. With Russia & Saudi Arabia playing nice - oil is stabilizing and going up.
Bank of America GLOBAL 7 hours ago just forecasted crude to increase $6+ a barrel AND $50 IN 2021 AND $55 IN 22'!
The Michigan play is interesting IMO for Daybreak & Jim. Shallow plays.
Nice buy under a penny. IMO with Maximillian out of the companies business - with an agreed upon settlement- this could end up potentially climbing once again a little from here in the future. Anything is possible.
It's been 7+ years since any real run here. I wouldn't bank on anything that's for sure, however, it's occurred in the past.
That's cool Jim got back quick.
Mav
I'm passing on this one.
GLTA.
This has for years bumped along up there north of the I-90 bob. But - I feel this could eventually some day in future could have the potential to trend up. I do like their strategy of blowing top of mountain off and applied for another permit to expand the pit on top of the adit northward. Plus they have a potential 2nd pit as well, plus a potential 2nd mill site. Then look at their PR focused on Idaho. It’s not a bad little mining outfit, they’ve always been overlooked IMO. The several year long acquisition of alder gulch was skillfully acquired and I believe it could hold potential going west to finally link up with jerseys holdings. They added another piece of equipment in their hard rock mining and I believe that blowing the mountain top off and trucking it down their snake like curvy dirt road to their mill below was a real smart business move. It’s a diff path for Jersey, from older earlier days from years past, and I do like it. Their PPS has slowly gained and it’s holding building and that’s IMO- over time- something that could possibly be a good thing. Time will tell. Idaho PR I thought was interesting.
Glad to get a response from you old buddy. Here’s to 2020 bob.

They produce these videos at least twice- with this Jones dude - one recently and another many years back. IMO- this was a cherry picker flip without mining Louis. Look at how many years this has dragged on? Who knows what their really doing or had planned for it.
They issued another promotional video - sorry - not buying the Schtick any longer. I have zero faith or trust with west kirkland - it’s been a massive waste of time for many years, to watch no dirt to shovel. I think it’s going nowhere fast. IF Hasbrouck was all that and then some - there would have been serious advancement by now. How many years- and where are they? IF it had that much GOLD- it would have been developed and or flipped by now IMO- to someone who will have already DONE SOMETHING WITH IT- like actually mined? How refreshing would that be? Idc what press release they put out, who has any time to give any serious consideration to it, honestly? But yet they discuss how much they allegedly saved by taking time with permitting and being cost conscious? Oh and their going for 2nd permit? LOL WHOOPY DANG. Show me GOLD. What’s that gotten public shareholders in how many years? Wish they’d sell it and be done with it, let them focus on his platinum mine which is in operation in another entity. If they did flip it- hopefully it’s to another NV mining operator that trades and we get some shares spun out so we can start getting our long term dead money - back while rest of stock market and S & P went through roof. How many years and still not dirt to shovel? Joke. Then you look at Corvus and the history of bullfrog and it’s like okay - they get things done here. But to have that many wasted years of watching Hasbrouck and what appears to be no real serious interest in advancing it over the years besides just taking way too long for permitting - IMO- it’s not to be taken serious any further from my perspective. Not with my money they won’t be. Nor my patients or time. I’d rather sink it In here. Or Jesus - any other mining entity long as they actually mine. Look at New Jersey Miining - in North Idaho in silver valley. Their getting it done - no BS- no foot dragging. No promotional videos. Just doing their jobs blasting top of a mountain off, and they even have their own mill. Plus they have underground hard rock mining. What exactly has west kirkland done in how many years? Exactly. Corvus they get it done.
It is quite possible it does not have amount of gold they supposedly thought. Might explain no development of mine to advance stage. Lost confidence here. It is possible that it was a flip possibility after getting a few permits through State of Nevada. I don’t take this seriously any longer. It’s a Canadian deal out of Vancouver - maybe they needed sun tans once in a few years and visit Nevada for a cheap holiday, kick a few rocks off the top of their barren hill over watch them tumble see whose goes furthest and swim in a pool at the Strip.
West Kirkland IMHO is the joke of Nevada. I do not have any confidence they’ll ever mine it. Too many years gone by. Talk talk talk, or not much talking at all actually. In business, do it or don’t do it. It’s just amother barren rocky hill in Nevada. Yeah ....let’s just issue PR’s for YEARS. Corvus actually MINES. The Walker Trend is making money. West Kirkland for some reasons - never advanced it to date dirt to shovel. Sad.
Be better off going on eBay buying a gold/silver claim for $3,000 out in desert and try to develop oneself. I agree. 3 years is a long way, plus salmon. But...if they pull it off. But...likely not.
I was doing the same there lol yeah I agree
The PR stated likely dividend not returning and trust could be dissolved in 21’. I don’t think they’ll get dividend back on track either. Some pretty doom and gloom wording IMO. This is a day trader or spec play - from here on out IMO. Until they release if ever any positive dividend news. Good luck to them raising any future capital as well if they need it. Real sad story here. Hopefully down the road - they right their ship financially. We’ll see. If they do - be a good div again.
I agree - was an attractive dividend - but that debt pinned them to bottom of seabed off Pt Conception out in Santa Barbara Channel. It’s a real pity.
Look at the massive volume occurring - rise up to low .40’s and once again camel backing down again. So is worse news coming regarding trust being dissolved or is there need coming that diva are being restored? Seems once again peculiar activity. If this is the way it’s going to be - looks like a day trading or a few day buy and hold and sell off highs. Weird deal imo.
But still - question is now will the trust dissolve in 21’? What are the chances, that they do not dissolve this trust and start paying dividends once again? Especially after the drop in barrel prices after Saudi vs Russia UFC fight?
Maybe. But check out the press release on august 22, announcing the Sept dividend right. Look at Sept 5 it was traded at $2.15. But after that - I noticed it had dropped after Sept 5 - up until that press release came out announcing no dividend. So it dropped from $2.15 on Sept 5, all the way down to $1.98 on Sep 30, the day the press release came out, with no further div - then it dropped straight off that cliff. I find it curious somewhat, that after 2 days of shareholders on record, as of Sept 3,but 2 days after that, on Sept 5 where it ended at $2.15 - it starts dipping - then on Sept 30, the bomb shell drops.
So it dropped from $2.15 down to $1.98 on Sept 30th? That’s a .17 cent drop. With zero press releases until Sep 30 - but the selling was well on its way IMO. So why did it drop after Sep 5, 2 days after shareholders on record were to receive the next div?
Not saying anything was out of ordinary - certainly not implying nor suggesting, that there was an advance sell off- however I found it interesting somewhat, that the PPS dropped after Sept 5- then kept dropping over that course of time, until that press release came out on Sept 30 saying no October div. but by then it had dropped and then fell off a cliff.
The PPS decline IMO, after Sept 5, did not reflect the trading of previous months over $2.00+. I always thought it was odd. Like why would it decline to $2.00 and then below, with no press releases with neg info? The stock was humming along, and then after Sept 5- it declined.

Bob - the recently acquired alder gulch area, 368 acres, was never explored by the 3 majors who historically operated in area. From this press release, there is considerable information in regards to their future plans with it. Evans claims shows potential gold and the gold lady prospect the company feels has potential as well. But more importantly is what they stated about either a new tailings compound or A NEW MILL. That would mean a 2nd mill and that hints strongly that expansion is in their future plan of operation. The same family controlled alder gulch for 100 years- now John Swallow acquired if after 3 long years, and consolidated everything west for 1.2 miles. It’s located right above the town of Murray and trends west. New Jersey has 477,000 oz’s of gold, with the golden chest, but with that recent acquisition and telling signs of mineralization and veins on surface - look out bob - New Jersey may have hit paydirt with this 368 acre sweet pick up, which has potential to boost their proven and inferred oz’s up in the future. The mention of the potential new tailing area and or new second mill, has got my attention. Too me, it kind of revealed their future possible plans at EXPANSION. For John to be bringing this up, and hints of classic signs of gold mineralization too me tells their story. Restricted on the $885,000 subscription have been locked up that funded the acquisition of alder gulch and recent $200,000 private placement for working capital etc - tells me their doing quite a bit more production and using far less money in doing it. Their executing and being wise about it, without going all in throwing money out the window. Def heading in a strong direction. Now their talking about possible JV deals in central Idaho on horizon possibly. Like the progress being done here.
Hey ole buddy - hope you are getting along okay. Bob I believe John is doing pretty well here at the jersey and I like what I see. I’m still acquiring and John imo is going about this the right way. Blasting on top of mountain is a shrewd move and and now they are filing for expansion going northward and also a second site, along with deeper below in hard rock mining in golden chest. The combo of blast surface and inside mine was a smart move - now recent PR their looking more into central Idaho. I like these moves and share price is responding with slow gradual increase in PPS.
John Swallow is doing a pretty decent job since coming on board.
The share price is slowly climbing over time which is promising and along with more oz’s of gold being mined from their blasting top of their mountain and now they filed for expansion of the existing northward progress of that and now looking to start a second pit. Couple that into their hard rock mining under inside the golden chest - looks like Swallow has a game plan with New Jersey and recently announced Central Idaho is in the works soon.
I’ve been here and still acquiring. It has potential and their going about it right way.
At least Corvus actually is mining compared to West Kirklands stale cheese deal up the road.
IMO- it’s only a flip to a potential miner who sees value in it. The recent press release saying they have no idea why their stock activity is occurring - seems strange. They claim they know nothing about it. Question is: if they do sell it, that’s if they actually have been trying to sell it, what occurs to it’s stock? One of their executives had been buying hundreds of thousands of shares, In years past. IMO- if there really is allegedly 700,000 oz’s in it, then It could be a merger target or acquisition possibility. That’s if even West Kirkland Is even open to dumping it to another buyer, that could mine it profitably. That’s no small task to either West Kirkland or whomever it ends up with. That’s the way I have seen this go from here. I just do not see $2,000 gold, unless financial meltdown occurs which attracts mining outfits to acquire or develop their assets. I just don’t see West Kirkland ever developing this themselves.
IMO- Just pure speculation on my part- is their or could be a deal in works for another miner to acquire it and their unloadIng it? Who knows. If that is correct, however, that could or might explain the recent stock activity. The Hasbrouck project has been getting stale for years from a shareholder perspective. From that, IMO, after seeing the slow pace of events, question really is for me anyway, is the CEO is more focused on his platinum gig down in South Africa, than this little 700,000 oz NV alleged play?
IMO- my hunch is - they were always looking to get Nev govt approval, of diff phases, while they did that, looked for another mining outfit to dump it off too, for more money. They said they evaluated hundreds of potential deposits and settled on this one an gave impression, hey this is something that looks promising. Well like the old Wendy’s commercial- where’s the beef?
Who knows really. Just speculation and my opinion. Not to be taken as factual or verified. Do your DD.
