I have no doubt. They can't even get this over 2 cents on a supposed 9 million float with PR'd 6 million in buybacks.
Clayton has PR'd a lot of nonsense here, with no follow up.
**I've decided not to post here anymore. In my opinion, the FDIC is trying to destroy the holding company, the creditors are attacking it... this will take months if not years to resolve. Anyway good luck everyone, I was really hoping the judge would sign this and we could start getting some valuation here, but that's not going to happen.
I will hold a small 'just in case' position, but I am not positive here anymore, too much BS is going on for this to be a nice clean run back to dollars.
See ya'll round the boards and good luck!

Well...actually I'm back in, lol. My tone has changed because I see what is happening here:
The FDIC is trying to bury us 6 feet under for good. There is no way the holding company will win imo.
This will go on for months. I'm officially depressed here now, lol.
There won't be any news tonight, the decision about the 4.4 Billion is in limbo, read the google thread posted here. This situation is just getting messier every day.
They are painting this everyday. Pathetic. But, heck, a .001 paint everyday and we're at 13 cents again in 6 months, lol.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerle_Shannara
I don't trust anyone in the Judiciary system in this country.
I am Pro WAMUQ, but I don't trust the FDIC or this judge.
Probably not...but maybe I'll be surprised
Quack? The only quack here is Clayton Young imo. Setting up a cheap web cam at some Optical store would hardly convince me this is a good product, lol.
Your stock is not even at 2 cents. It's down HUGE from a high of 13 cents. What does that tell you?
From the 1985 film 'Better off Dead'...
I WANT MY $2 !!!!
What time is the ruling? 2pm EST or PST? Can anyone definitively answer this?
That web cam is silly, anyone can hook up a $30 web cam, and broadcast it over the Internet. It's been done for years. The resolution and quality of the picture is piss poor.
Is this the disruptive and cutting edge technology Clayton is selling? If you walked into my company with that we would laugh you right out the door!
Looks like I was wrong
Maybe the judge told the FDIC to piss off
Looks like a dead cat bounce.
FDIC will rob us. I have zero faith left in that criminal organization.
FDIC screwed us here AGAIN.
2pm EST or PST today: Someone please answer and verify, thank you!
So April then. You are still only talking 6 months. So basically Clayton has to provide enough evidence by April, in roughly 6 months, to justify the pps growth to 50 cents.
Good luck with that!
Market is betting the judge will not rule in our favor on the 4.4 Billion. Either she will delay (at best) or say no go, it stays with JPM or it goes to the FDIC.
Corruption at its finest.
Well obviously much much higher than this level. 30 - 40 cents. But again: it's mere speculation until Clayton actually provides concrete proof.
Why hasn't he been able to do this yet? Time is running out. Only 2 months 10 days left in 2008. You seriously think he will be able to get this to $1 in that amount of time? He hasn't even put out a PR for 40 days!
That's what I thought as well? Where is the court - anyone?
Dying a slow, but 100% sure death here. Too bad.
Rick. None of this has been proven. Where are the financials? Where are the contracts? Where is the divy rectification?
How do we know that you are not pulling numbers our of your arse to try and get people to buy the stock?
We have one web cam, that anyone with half a brain could set up. At first I thought this was good. But the more I look at it the picture is terrible; grainy, fuzzy, and does not move around.
It looks like cam set up from about 2002, lol. Hardly disruptive and impressive technology.
The market is saying right now this stock is only worth 1.5 cents. Until Clayton provides any proof that it should be worth more - it won't be.
My prediction for the EOY 2008 pps on 12/31/2008: 2 cents per share.
Clayton's goal of $1 is really looking achievable eh Samples?
LMAO!
That is good news then, a few people selling scared today causes a drop. Judge approves this, we could run higher as people panic buy back in. I don't think this story is over yet...
She is definitely building up for a nice run.
I didn't hear it, I can see it in the selling.
Market is betting the court will not be giving us the 4.4 Billion unfortunately. We'll see.
If Clayton wants this at $1 by the end of the year he needs to provide a miracle at this point, lol.
Clayton hasn't put out news for a month. Has anything been accomplished?
Should be a great week ahead for BLDV, many new people are hearing about this stock and the potential. With the leadership of JQM behind the helm we'll be sailing to Paradise Island soon enough.
What is the point of putting out endless PR's like so many Pinks have done? Better to do things behind the scenes, then launch fully.
It's a big deal and the valuation will soon show.
WAMUQ could start a run very soon - these tend to just explode, I think this will simply be a case of those in the know learning the outcome long before we do and buying it up over $1. Stay tuned!

So what. If you buy 100k shares here in 3 years this is at $3. Great! What about 10 years? What if it is $10, $30?
It's happened before. I can give you examples of about 10 scams that went from pennies to dollars in literally days. All it takes is the right momo and news.
$2 - $5 in my opinion. If not higher.
