TORONTO, June 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Food Safe International, Inc. (Pink
Sheets:FSIJ) is pleased to announce that it has finalized its Letter of Intent
with I.M. International Trading Corp., a Nevis-based company, to distribute our
food safe process. I.M. International will represent Food Safe International in
the Caribbean and act as a gateway for distribution of the food safe process and
additional food safety products throughout the Caribbean.
Food Safe International will begin with the distribution of ozone purification
equipment available to Food Safe International via an affiliate partner. Ozone
equipment is expected to be available for shipping over the next few months.
I.M. International will also distribute additional products that Food Safe
International has to offer as they become available.
Food safety is an extremely important issue that affects all of the world's
people. Countries in the world are becoming increasingly more independent on
both their food supply availability and food safety. Food Safe International
