You shorted me one L, lol. Anyhow, I just was playing around with the acreages one time a couple of months back and the amount of land didn't add up to 1550 acres but by adding the two pond sites and house property to the amount shown in the BIG tract it would come close to the amount needed for the 1550 acres. Plus a entrance road going thru two beautiful pond sites would make for a nice entrance to the property from Old River Road. Kind of a buffer so to speak from the existing housing that's on the other side of the ponds..

My feelings are this...and this is just a WAG (wild a$$ed guess)...it might be that RB Baker is going to terminate his lease on those borrow pits and the money that has been made in this dilution might be used by Medient to BUY those two tracts of land where the two ponds have been built thus the reason there's been NON-STOP action with the dump trucks for the past 6 or 8 weeks getting as much fill dirt for other projects that RB Baker (a major construction contractor in that area) has to get built.
Also could be that Medient is going to get out of the LEASE of that house they are in not too and purchase that property from RB Baker. No, I'm not selling out on this news yet but REALLY will be interested in what ya'll find out at the meeting. I think this is just another one of those pieces of the puzzle that has to be completed for this project to come forward. My guess might be WAY off, but it is a possibility...especially seeing as how the sketch plans have been made.
What would seal this deal for me would be to have an actual look at some ARCHITECTURAL plans of what is going to be built there and some CIVIL ENGINEERING plans of how the roads are going to be laid out and where EXACTLY on an overlay of the aerial photograph. I doubt that I could see that but I might do some whispering around just to see if I can find someone who knows someone who works in one of those offices who could put a little bird in my ear as to what kind of stage the plans are in and if this studio can be built in some 7 months....That's a lot of steel, concrete and panels to put up to make an 18 acre building.
Nope...no meeting for me tonight..didn't even realize there was one. Is there anything on the agenda concerning Medient? If so, I hope some of you locals will go and inform us here. I doubt I'll bleed down to .005 or lower with this but really, with as much dilution as was going on today, the price stayed relatively stable for most of the day. I'm in and not going to be buying or selling unless it gets a rather large increase in PPS and then it will simply be to recover the "new" money that I put in on top of the profit money that I bought shares with recently. Got to remember, this stock has been around for a good long time now and I really do believe that Manu has a LOT of connections in the music/film/gaming industries and with a strong stomach I will be holding onto my shares. Just glad I did as was advised by someone smarter than I was to recoop my initial investment while it was high so that I was "playing" with free shares. Did that and I do believe that when this takes off again my pile of FREE shares going up will be double what it was. Lot's of money on the board here. Just a "What if"......What if Manu makes a PR that some rich oil sheik has fallen in love with his idea and is going to do most of the financing of this project! What would happen to our shares? They'd go sky high so quick that most would not have a chance to even buy in especially if the announcement was made during trading hours and not before. Somehow, I think Manu has the connections to get this project done.
Like I mentioned the other day..IMHO, that new gate down there seems significant in my mind. Much more of the type of gate I'd think would be on the main access road to a multimillion dollar studio being built. I should have snapped a shot of it but was in a hurry and really didn't think a whole lot about it until after the fact. Construction is going to start down there soon, and I believe that Manu's purpose on his worldwide trip is to gain more financing for this endeavor...The USA is NOT the only place that has money anymore and deep pockets are in many places around the world. Personally I wish the financing would come from US sources but he might have not had luck in securing local financing as many banks especially in this economic climate can't or won't think out of the box and this project is VERY PROGRESSIVE FORWARD thinking and worldwide I imagine there's money to help him make this project be completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE thus his comment about us waiting for 3 years to reap our rewards. Whatever, I'm in it for the long haul and I'm sure there are other stocks out there that money can be made on but I like this stock, I don't really care with the dilution but it's part of life right now, but could SUDDENLY and unexpectedly end and the PPS be above a dime in a day or two. Maybe not likely, but in Pennyland, all things are possible.
Yes, I know one person (not me) who made a TON of money flipping this stock while it was going down to .007 and then again when it was going back up to over .03 so that when they did get out they didn't lose money on the sell off and actually made a ton of money. I'm too nervous about flipping because the way my luck would run would be I'd flip the stock and news would break and the price to get back in would be double in an instant..
Giving some of you fellow longs follow marks as I've neglected to to that for a while and a lot of the longs that were here are no longer with us but many new ones are...we'll get thru this dilution and I think you're right about a bounce...wonder if Dr PS is still with us on this one or if he left? Haven't heard from him in a few days..
Got to remember, some of these people who come in here bashing might be paid bashers from other movie companies who DON'T want this to become a reality. In today's world, this CAN become a reality and I think it WILL become a reality. So many incentives that this company is getting and they looked at numerous other sites around the US before selecting where they did and have spent unknown amount of money getting environmental issues out of the way including even removing an entire colony of endangered species of turtles that were on the property to another location so it's going to happen...it is. I just averaged down again so that my PPS is less than one cent for the first time since I've been in this company. Soon as the dilution is over with, you sidelookers will be buying back in at the higher prices and chasing...The purchase I made also puts me at the highest level of shares I've owned in this company yet too. As much movies as are made and the amount it costs to go see a movie at the theatres these days or rent even on the PPV outlets....there's BILLIONS of dollars in this industry and one of the FEW solid industries that's going to be around whatever the future brings. Not something that can be outsourced to China...GO MDNT! #1 LONG HERE!!
Like I've said, today will be a pivotal day on this stock.. I think it will close either a good bit higher or a good bit lower...all depending on the d factor...hoping the "powers to be" will stop and let this dog run! I'm a number 1 as well. Long and strong until I get wealthy or lose it all. Fun game this penny stocks!
I actually closed GREEN today! Buying those giveaway shares at .0089 really helped me average on down! I think tomorrow will be a pivotal day with this stock and I'm hoping that the forces in charge will let loose the reigns and let this baby ride for a couple of days and see where it goes! I still think if it had been left alone without dilution that it would be up around .05 or more by now, but I guess, that bills come due and have to be paid...I think they have a plan, and I right now don't see anything sinister with their plan and hoping that I can squeeze in a few more shares to my pile at or near .01.

At this time, Our directors receive a monthly fee of $5,000 as cash compensation for serving on the Medient Board of Directors. Mr. Mellon, Mr. Koppelman and Mr. Giamichael were issued shares of common stock upon their initial appointment to the Board of Directors.
So, not sure if they're getting salaries but $5000 a month cash compensation for serving on the Medient Board of Directors can buy a lot of ham sandwiches... $60,000 a year...I could live on that. Wonder if Manu's getting that as well? I guess he's got to eat too!
wow!!! Closed in the green today and got me another jingle to use to invest with today. Can anyone imagine what this stock would be doing if it weren't for the dilution?? I compare it to a race car that's being held back by chains...running wide open and just barely able to move. Once those chains (dilution) break and this baby gains traction it's going to fly to highs never seen!! Well, in 2014 anyhow. So glad I got my shares when I did today and hope to get some more around a penny tomorrow. Gift shares is what these are from Manu to the longs who have kept his (our) dream alive... Welcome Tonyeight...I don't recognize your user ID but I feel like this is a chance of a lifetime to be able to buy this stock so cheaply again. Yes, some dilution is going on as expected in any penny stock, but lots of positive news too right down the pipe and this stock will recover and take care of itself and all of us who believe in this. I wish the ones who don't believe would find another stock to invest in as I've been around this stock for about 7 months now and rode it down, rode it up and buying it again for super cheap prices and when it finally takes off it's going to be a MONSTER!! BUILD THIS THING MANU! Keep them movies coming!!

Order filled! Got more shares now than I had and can't believe I got them for under a cent! Once the construction gets underway and news about the movies hits this stock, It's going to make a lot of us longs well off. I, as a few other investors in the room, have personally met with Mr Manu and his personal delegation of people at the Effingham County Development Authority and they're still behind this project 100% and the comment was made by a board member there that they felt better about this project than at anytime in the past...Got a few stragglers on rent and if they come thru like they are supposed to I'll throw another couple of grand at this as I believe every share bought will be AT LEAST a dollar within a year or two. As Manu tweeted and I've stated myself, if you're in this to make quick money you're in the wrong stock as this stock will take time and I think will make a gradual move on up as different events unfold. I've got my buys and sells in place..looks like this is going to be a slow mover today so going out into the real world and leave this one along for today..at least for a few hours.
IMO...the changing out of the gate ON THE SITE is significant as it lets me know that someone is planning on doing something back in there and the gate is fixed now where trespassers on 4 wheelers can't just get in and go snooping around as they could have before by going around the former gate. I think this project is getting ready to TAKE OFF and I've got my shares and got more this morning and have a "just in case" order to buy more should it drop but I think it's going to stabilize about where it's at now and the push up next time is going to be quick and massive as lots of news hits this company. Ya'll keep your eyes open down that way for pipe to be placed around as they start connecting the new sewer and water lines to the existing lines. Best I remember it seems I heard that it would be about 3 miles to hook onto the existing utilities so that will take a LOT of pipe and should be one of the first things that would be constructed IMO. Also, I would think that the roads would need to be built first, but being that there is access into the tract I guess they could use the existing roads and when the studio is built build the roads afterwards. I wish they'd break down the immediate projects to a little more detail. Also, being that there's a water tower on the SITE, I was wondering if that will be enough local water to make this site work or will they have to hook onto water from another location as well? I'd think that tower was built to serve whatever type of business was on this site as well as several others in the area.

Good post! Lot's of good points made in there. I'll be buying at the opening in the morning...talked with some commissioners down that way at a meeting and they say they're hearing this will still be built. sooooooooooooo.....my good news is that I sold enough shares back near the high that I have all my initial money back and just playing with "free" shares. Still got a chunk of change to buy them at the much depreciated price now and will hold them and if they go up..GREAT, if they go down, not so great but won't really cost me one way or the other. Personally, as long as the dilution slows down, I think this stock will rise back up. I'm counting on it.
btw...why the disclaimer on your post? lol You're not putting a gun to anyone's head and making them buy the stock..that's up to each individual and they have to make their own decision and I doubt very seriously anyone could file a lawsuit against another trader for giving their opinion of what they think the stock might do in the future.
When I got signed up with the conference call there was the option to ask questions...I had to mash a certain button or something but didn't do it because (probably like many in here) thought that everyone else was going to be asking the questions...if this opportunity comes again where he has a conference call then I'd hope that we as a group get a list of questions we'd like answered and whoever gets through ask those questions. I never EVER believed there would only be two questions asked...
I agree with you about Manu on twitter although I don't know my password to get in touch with him. I like that he answers his twits (is that what they're called?) and he has IMO been pretty well transparent on this project. I was thinking that the Effingham County and State of Georgia had some funding for partial building of this project...I'm holding my shares and will be adding more on Monday as I have cash cleared..
You're going to tweet the ihub link to Manu? I'm fairly sure he knows it exists and probably reading along but wouldn't hurt anything to send a tweet to him and let him know about it. I still think they should have some money coming in on the movies that are being shown on HBO now and aren't there monies coming in from the Atlas films? I've seen Atlas films on movies I've watched in the past although I'm not sure what they were. They should have a decent flow of money coming in otherwise why buy Atlas at all?
I just wish that the company could do as Dr Pennystock says and run up to .19 and then they'd dilute if they have to. If they have money to get the project started then when people see the physical construction going on then they would buy up shares so fast no telling where this would go and then let them slip in some dilution for .10 a share or so. 100M shares would then be worth some $10,000,000. If it was my company, that's what I'd do anyhow. 3 or 4 dilution shares a day at that price and they would make plenty of money and not hurt the stock...
I guess all that sounds too easy..lol. I'm still in and long as I keep hearing this project IS going to built so we'll just have to see

Road by the Medient site yesterday on my way down to Savannah and only thing that I saw that was different was that the gate that would lead to back to where the new studio is being built had been replaced with a much better type of gate and fixed where 4 wheeler and such things can't get access to the property as was with the other gate. The gate by the house (headquarters) was the same but both gates were locked up tight. The dumptrucks are still running wide open though but taking the dirt offsite. Was hoping to see some big bundles of pipes staged around in certain places but that still has not began nor have I seen any fresh surveying ribbon. I guess still in the re-designing phases and probably the first part of the studio being built will not be the studio itself but the utilities going to it. To build and stock an 18 acre studio building in 7 months is going to be one more massive undertaking but I'm sure with enough manpower it could be done..
My thoughts on the dilution is it would look like the company would let the stock run...I think a couple of weeks ago it was on the very verge of this and had it gone on up to .05 or .06 and then on up to .10 and THEN the company started diluting SLOWLYthen I think the company could have diluted much easier, not upset the apple cart and made the money they needed and quite possibly the stock would have continued it upward movement.
I'm still in this stock pretty heavily and wish if any of MANU'S people are reading these posts to maybe try that approach instead of running the stock price into the dirt. Some investors could give a rats behind about the company and some of the management probably could give a rats behind about us investors but there should be some meeting in the middle for this to make everyone happy. That's my two cents worth.
Either that or someone from another VERY WORRIED MOVIE STUDIO company to try to bash this one out of existence...Sorry my friend...a lot of us longs have been paying attention to the stock and all the news and with people IN THIS ROOM who have watched some of the movies that have been produced by MDNT on Showtime and given them rave reviews, you're going to have to come up with something better than that to scare us longs off. Atlas films has been in business some 40+ years and not just something to sneeze at either. I put a lot more faith in what they can produce than what the panic sell off that you are trying to produce...

Go away basher is the truth...you don't have a company that's been researched by lawyers by Effingham Industrial Development Authority who have their own engineer and architects hired and reviewing all these plans as well as the Effingham County Commissioners having their own lawyers and architects as well as Medient having the same thing and this not be a legit enterprise. Movies are being shown on HBO and Showtime NOW and movies are being produced NOW and have some ready for release so you should have bought your shares back when it went down to the low 02's because I don't foresee this going anywhere but up up up!!
Sure wish Manu could get some rich movie personnel to invest some money in this company. $23K for a million shares is petty cash for them but a good chunk of change for me. If the big money folks would invest this stock would take off like a rocket ship to the moon! JMO

I'm still steadily making about 3 or 4 posts per day on the MOMO break out and on the BB HAVEN message boards about MDNT. I always BOLD MDNT and then make a quick statement about what it is and I don't know if it's helping or not but certainly the stock seems to keep running up and all of us had to find out about this stock somewhere unless we just stumbled upon it. Be aware that you can put a post on the two above boards during the peak hours 8:30 -about 10:30 and it might last 10 minutes top on the boards but I'll usually post one in the peak period and then one right before lunch and then one mid afternoon and another in the power hour..just depends on what my schedule is for the day.. I do sometimes try to remember to post one about 10 pm for the late night insomniacs and many times those posts will stay up for hours. More potential investors = higher stock price. Time to get my morning post on those two boards... Good luck to all and anyone wanting to help spread the word it would certainly help as strength helps in numbers..

We lose a few, gain a few...I think some want this to take off instantly but the key to this stock is patience. You don't build a 18+ acre movie studio overnight. Us TRUE longs realize this and although there are setbacks sometimes, I can remember not very long ago when we would have LOVED to see the price it's at now and it really seems to be stable at these levels. So close to news and getting news all the time with this stock now. Only someone wanting to get the quick flip that sometimes works and sometimes don't would sell right now. I'm in for a LONG TIME myself...
