Ya'll keep your eyes open down that way for pipe to be placed around as they start connecting the new sewer and water lines to the existing lines. Best I remember it seems I heard that it would be about 3 miles to hook onto the existing utilities so that will take a LOT of pipe and should be one of the first things that would be constructed IMO. Also, I would think that the roads would need to be built first, but being that there is access into the tract I guess they could use the existing roads and when the studio is built build the roads afterwards. I wish they'd break down the immediate projects to a little more detail. Also, being that there's a water tower on the SITE, I was wondering if that will be enough local water to make this site work or will they have to hook onto water from another location as well? I'd think that tower was built to serve whatever type of business was on this site as well as several others in the area.
